The beginning process was very smooth and I was contacted immediately and all my questions were answered. The price seemed fair and all was good. I was told that I would get a call the day prior to my move date confirming that all was set for the move. The day before the move, I didn't think much of it and then it got to be evening time the night before and I remembered I was supposed to get a call confirming. I reached out a couple of times to attempt to confirm if my move was still on but did not receive a text or call back. We went into that evening not knowing if our move would be happening or not. So as a family we sat down and decided to give the movers 1 hr before our scheduled move before we started calling other movers for a last minute move. The next morning we received an automated message stating that our move time was approved, but still no confirmation of any movers being able to show up. Roughly 1 hour before the scheduled arrival time, I received a call from an out of area number that I normally would reject but perhaps it was the movers. In this case it was the movers and we were able to get a time confirmed. The team started out very strong and were working hard. The two movers we had were fairly communicative and were focused on getting us moved in time. They thanked me a couple of times for having the place packed up and organized. Overall I would have given a 4 star review for this but I found damage to multiple walls/corners of both locations (old and the new location) that I ultimately would have to fix (at the old location to help get my deposit back AND the new location because that's where we will be living). I also docked off a star because I was told verbally and in text that I would receive a call/text/message confirming my move the night before. Unfortunately that did not happen and it was an unnecessary stress that my family had to endure the night before our move. Overall though (minus the damages and communication) it was a decent moving experience. read more

Movers were ok overall. Moved out of a 4th story apartment and put things into a garage. They were quite careful with wrapping items and putting them into their truck and storage. However, an easily 3-4 hour move turned into almost 7 hours because they were quite slow coming up and down apartment. They also had trouble understanding us as they didn't speak fluent English. I requested for next day moving service and they accommodate the moving date. They were prompt and the two movers carefully wrapped my leather recliner and my flat screen. They also install the flat screen tv at my new place. When they move my stuff to new place they made sure with me where to place the stuff. I would definitely recommend them. I sent them at least four emails from the date of moving which was September 12, 2025 but they never replied. The guy, whose name was Mike, and was in touch with me promised that they'd fix the super deep scratches on my brand new vinyl flooring but he never did. I recommend everyone to avoid getting any service from them as I found them dishonest and absolutely unprofessional. I'd definitely follow my issue through DCA to make them respect the customer's right and to stop them doing this to other people. A very dishonest and unprofessional moving company!! read more

My fiance and I were moving from SoCal to NorCal and was recommended Royal Express Solution from friends of ours who moved from SoCal to Las Vegas. I had the absolute worst experience with the movers (Erkin's Relocation - TERRIBLE) that I chose when moving to SoCal from Norcal and was hesitant about Royal Express Solution. The experience was NIGHT and DAY - I am SO happy that we went with Royal Express Solution. MOVE/DEPARTURE: We were moving from a 1b/1ba to a 3b/2.5ba. Stan had let my fiance and I know the night before that the movers would arrive at 9am. Rashid and Robert came right at 9am and started to move the small boxes into their moving van. They had politely asked us if we preferred shoes on or off in our apartment, and I really appreciated that. They went ahead and took care of everything. What was so awesome was that it felt like they treated our items like their own. It took them about 2 1/2 hours to move our items into their moving truck. I watched them put our items into the moving truck and they were delicate with it. DRIVE: They had communicated to us that it would take about 7 hours to get to our destination. I appreciated that they drove slow so that our items would not get damaged. ARRIVAL: When they arrived at our new home, they (again) politely asked us if wanted their shoes off/on. They placed all the boxes in the specific room and carefully moved our bed frame, dresser, stand-up desk, and upright piano up THREE, yes THREE flights of stairs. When my fiance and I did the final check, there were little to no scratches. The total move started at 9am and was completed around 10pm that same night. PRICING: Very reasonable. When I reached out to several moving companies, Stan was the only person that reached out by phone. I appreciate that as text is good, but a conversation saves a lot of time. He was very forward and transparent when I shared my needs. I got my estimate and signed the contract later that day. Rashid and Guillermo were super kind and professional. They pretty much did everything in the time we expected and didn't give us anything to worry about. We didn't experience damages or challenges with items. I think they've seen everything, so nothing phased them. They are incredibly hard working and it showed. We had two separate drop off locations for our move and they did both very seamlessly. What was great: -Movers were eager to work fast and were nice (brothers I believe) -The operator / dispatcher was on call even late at night to answer questions -In general the people were very pleasant What wasn't so great: -The quoted time estimate was off, ended up paying 1.5 times the original quote (such is the nature of moving though, there's always more stuff than you think). BUT, I was under the impression that they were sending 3 movers, not 2 -I informed the dispatcher that I had a piano to move (upright spinet, ~300 lbs). They said they'd send a crew of 3 for the move, but only 2 people arrived the day of, and they weren't able to get the piano up the stairs (understandably). I was quoted upwards of $500 to get movers to just move the piano on a later date, which I found frustrating. In summary: I think they're good movers. I'd recommend them so long as you feel confident that you know exactly what kind of service you need, and can communicate that effectively. Expect to pay more than the quoted value. read more

They worked nonstop from 9am to dark like at 6pm without breaking a thing. They wrapped my son's Dragonfruit trees that are still blooming in plastic wrap to not break a limb that we took 4yrs growing like the Pelora that is blooming for the 1st time ever in 4 yrs. It's here in one piece and we wanted two trucks but they made another trip to get them separately and we appreciate it. They climbed the garage to take it down after climbing the wall to produce 5 buds with one forming a pelora first. I gave the 4 men $200 tips each added to the bill from my heart and pocketbook... they took a break but yo you never noticed because they played Tetris with my boxes and didnt break anything.
