We have had two cars serviced here more than once, and never had an issue. Went in for an oil change. I knew my brakes were low. They told me my pads were low and rotors needed changing. I took it to a brake specialist and he told me the rotor was just fine and changed the pads for half the busy buggy estimate. The quest for an honest mechanic continues. read more

Came here with an appointment on 4/16/21. I went in for check engine light on, knowing that there'll be a diagnostic fee and if I get my car fix there, that fee will be waived. I was 100% that I'll get my car fix there once they diagnosed what was wrong with my car, since I've read all the good reviews about this shop. But after they check my car, they could not find the misfire and didn't really give me a diagnostic so they couldn't recommend anything to fix, but they still made me pay the $50 diagnostic fee for something they couldn't diagnose. It's upsetting because I wouldn't mind paying if they told me what was wrong with the car, but they couldn't tell me what the issue was and charged me the fee for something they could not figure out. I've been to this shop twice so far and have not been disappointed. First time was for an oil change and transmission flush. I walked in knowing what I needed to get done and Carlos who is the shop manager was happy to assist with my request. He quoted me a fair price and it was way cheaper than what I was going to pay if i had brought it in to the dealership that's for sure. Second time I went in because my car was making a rattling noise. It took them less than 5 minutes to find what the issue was (water pump) and now my car runs quiet than ever. The building is clean and well kept. The waiting area provides complimentary beverages and snacks. Also they have windows that see right through the shop so you can watch them work on your vehicle. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They even offer shuttle service if you don't want to wait at the shop which was great. I'd definitely be coming here more often for all my vehicle services. read more

I honestly don't ever write any reviews but I feel indebted to these guys because they always take care of me and my 370z when my car runs into trouble. Carlos usually takes care of me, and I have to say, he's the best mechanic I've ever come across. He has a very professional and honest demeanor, and they're work is always top notch. My most recent visit, my car was in pretty bad shape, having a rough idle, shutting off randomly and losing alot of power. I know from previous experiences at dishonest mechanics like sun auto, they would've charged up the ass with ridiculous claims of nonexistent problems and fully taken advantage of me. But here at Busy Buggy they made an honest diagnoses and the repair only costed $50! Its a great peace of mind knowing I have a go-to mechanic who always take care of me with quality, respect, and honesty. read more

Scam, Took my car here for rear main seal and steering rack replacement and decided to have them replace transmission as well since they have to take it down, they called a day later and said my car was ready for pickup, paid them and drove home, I noticed transmission oil everywhere in engine bay and on ground jacked the car up and noticed leaking, missing bolts, and broken case on transmission, why did they not say anything? why try and hide this? well, its because they dropped my transmission, and drove it without oil in it, knowing they would have to purchase me a new transmission they just didn't say anything, I will never take my car here again and you should think twice about it as well, they refused to give my money back and refused to replace transmission, I took many pictures as evidence. read more

I came in by myself- my boyfriend had to work. I needed a break job- and before it was all over, I got a call from the Owner-Marco telling me that my back breaks needed to be replaced as well- after I had a detailed conversation with him about why I came to this place. This guy is a crook- he as I have read from other customer reviews here, will try and tack on charges to trump up the bill. Then he responds here on Yelp, like he is really sorry, really? Do not fall for it. He did it to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Drop your car off if you want to and I PROMISE YOU, they will find other problem on your car for more money. CROOKS!!! read more

If you want a friendly and honest mechanic, this is the place to go. My vehicle is 4 years old and I wanted to check it out as far as brakes and tires. I went to a tire shop they told me I should buy new tires as mine aren't in the best of shape. Then I went to a speciality brake shop and they told me brakes needed to be done. Best Mechanic shop in town hands down!!! I always receive the best customer service and leave at the end of my visit knowing my vehicle is in better shape than when I arrived. Carlos is fantastic and I have never felt like I was being quoted unnecessary work. The owners wife even gave me a ride home when my car needed to stay in the shop over night!!! My car was making a weird noise when I turned. and I brought it in because I thought it might be one of the power steering or a belt, but it turned out to be both axels were worn down (my car is 15 years old). I was shocked to find out that was the issue, and I had been driving for about 3 weeks with this noise. At any moment I could have been in danger or hurt someone else while I was driving with my car in the state. They were able to fix my car quickly and for a very fair price and I am so grateful!
