What an amazing steakhouse to try off the LV Strip!!! 13/10 ratings for all of the food we tried! Outstanding steps of service from server, Dana; she went above & beyond for our anniversary dinner There is inside dining, outside patio seating, as well as a full bar, and a really unique open kitchen bar top. We have already recommended and will return!

Great atmosphere and fun staff. Ary took great care of us at the bar. Appetizers are perfect size and satisfying.

If you're looking for the relaxed, business casual atmosphere this is the place. They're bringing a slightly upscale yet family friendly establishment to the bend which has been much needed! We got quite a few things off the menu starting with the cheesesteak eggrolls, break bread, and hamachi crudo. We also tried the butcher burger and filet mignon with the Brussels sprouts. Cocktails we tried the Love You Long Time (adding alcohol), Dick & Marie (personal fave) and the Nice Pair which was also tasty. Here's the thing with the food..... it was ok. Nothing was memorable. In fact I completely forgot we ordered the Calamari as I wrote this review because it was just ok. The crudo had a weird texture, and everything else was just..... fine. I think for that price point - I can think of three other establishments I would choose first - albeit this is the most convenient for me. The service was also nothing spectacular. It wasn't a particularly busy night but drinks took quite a while to come out after we ordered. In fact they came out after appetizers which made it a little challenging to want to order a second. So I don't think it was bad, but it just wasn't anything I'm going to be craving anytime soon for that price point.

Glad to have dined here. We stopped by for Happy Hour but decided on other dishes. They sat us in a room that had a work gathering that we asked to be moved because they were too loud. The acoustics weren't good in that section of the restaurant. We ended up moving outside which was perfect. Karlen C. was our server and he was really nice and helpful. Food: Fried Calamari Spinach Peach Melba Ribeye Steak - Medium The food was amazing. The ribeye was cooked to our liking. I enjoyed the calamari too. It was tender and we squeezed a little bit of lemon on it to give it a zest. The bread was also yummy. I was not a fan of the peach Melba which is fine. I was to full. Overall, great spot to dine at.

We chose this restaurant because it was off the Strip, and it was a great find. I definitely recommend making reservations in advance. Our hostess was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dining. The main dining room is beautiful with a full bar and an open view of the kitchen. We were seated in the back dining room, which felt more like a private event space. Our servers were friendly, attentive, and gave great menu recommendations. The cheesesteak egg rolls were everyone's favorite and a must try. We also enjoyed the spinach, mushrooms, brussell sprouts, and crab cakes. Everyone who ordered a steak had rave reviews. The banana cream pie was good, although the peanut butter flavor was a little stronger than we expected. Next time, we are definitely saving room for the Junk Food Platter. It looked amazing. We will absolutely be back!

New York strip very salty and a lot of fat

June 13 2026. Dinner with friends they took us to butcher and I am a big New York State fan. The ambience was beautiful. Hostesses were excellent. highly recommend making revelations which we did our table/booth was ready. This is a really nice place. We had a variety of different states, New York flat iron fillet and Wagyu. Everyone's steak was delicious. I felt my New York strip had too much salt. The french fries definitely over seasoned with too much salt. My only suggestion is they should have a better selection of desserts. Like carrot cake cheesecake. chocolate cake with whipped cream icing. peach pie or cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream.

It was my first time here. Wished I took a video of the interior because it was a nice relaxing ambience. When you walk in the door, they greet you with a nicely. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very nice especially Ari. That was our bartender/server. He was very nice and welcoming. He checked up on us to make sure everything was good. We went just for after dinner drinks and oysters and dessert. Next time I want to go in for an actual dinner/meal. Everything was delicious. I'll be back again.

The food was decent overall, though a bit underwhelming. I considered ordering the steak but wasn't in the mood for it at the time. We tried the beef tartare, which I believe included capers--something I'm not usually a fan of, though it was recommended. I did enjoy the crab cakes, but after a few bites they felt quite rich and a bit heavy. The service was attentive, with staff checking in on us regularly. We sat on the patio, which was a nice setting--comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere was more casual than I expected, but that ended up being perfectly fine. I might give the restaurant another try since it's conveniently located nearby.

Food - another day of stuffing ourselves. start with the onion bread. we ate the leftovers the next day and it was still good. but its best fresh! so soft and buttery and salty. i had the steak frites. a good portion, i couldnt finish it in one sitting! the mash & spinach were also good. i would prob order the mash again but not the spinach. even though it has a good crunch on top, it was a little much to have 2 mushy sides. dessert was the choco cake. it looks kind of funky. but its actually good! service - amazing! sat right away. checked in on us multiple times. food came out fast. ambiance - plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. there was even a private room you could prob rent. its in a random plaza, but felt very nice and high end inside.

This was my birthday dinner and I couldn't wait to eat some good steak. I wish we would have made reservations but now we know. We sat outside, which wasn't to bad but the view to the inside looked nice. Our waitress was so nice and knowledgeable. We ordered the break bread which was one of the best breads I've had in a long time. So soft and buttery. The calamari was so well breaded and flavorful. The sauce it came with was delicious. The Caesar salad was not great, too much mayo I think. The flavor was not Caesar. All the steaks were cooked to absolute perfection. The flavors on them were amazing. The A5 Wagyu was different, it had a full and bold flavor. The Zabuton was my steak and I ate it with pure flavorful joy. The ribeye was just as good. The sides were so good too. The mashed potatoe was creamy and delicious. We were fighting for the last bite but it was my birthday so I got it. The Mac and cheese was just as tasty. We didn't finish it but I took it home. The next day I wish I had more of it. I really like it here. I will be back with a reservation.

New to the area so i appreciated the great service as a new guy. The waiter was friendly and informative about the menu. Recommended the peanut butter bacon as an appetizer and it did not disappoint. I'll be back to try more of the menu.

This place is so good! The burger might be my favorite from a steakhouse! We'll need to come back for dessert and drinks.

4/5 We visited Butcher & Thief for a double date after hearing great things. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, the service was friendly and attentive, and every dish was plated with care minus the filet that left a lot to be desired. The steak plate was completely empty and the filet was torn up for some odd reason (see photos). We shared the bubble bread, shrimp cocktail, blackberry & burrata salad, wedge salad, shishito peppers, Verlasso salmon, double-cut pork chop, branzino, filet mignon, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and mac & cheese. The salmon, mushrooms, shishito peppers, mac & cheese, and warm bubble bread were our favorites, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Our only real issue was that a couple of the shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were slightly undercooked in the center. Our meal for four came to about $470 including tip, a cocktail, a beer, and a mocktail, so it's definitely a special occasion restaurant. Overall, we had a very enjoyable evening and would return to try more of the menu.

I got prosecco and my partner got Pinot noir from the happy hour and tbh they were delicious. My partner drinks wine more often than me (I hate the dry taste of wine lol) but I wanted to come to try something new. We ordered the Waffle and Caviar, Sausage Roll, Brushetta from the happy hour and the Chef's Tasting board. The Waffle and Caviar was super flavorful! The touch of masago was 10/10 paired with the waffle and cream sauce! Ugh my fav truly. Next we got the Brushetta and my partner loved it. He said the tomatoes were delicious and paired well with the bread and sauce it was marinated with. I did try a bite even though I'm a tomato hater but man you can tell the tomatoes were fresh. I had a piece with no tomatoes because I loved whatever was on top as whatever the tomatoes were marinated in! Next came the Sausage Rolls and man were they delicious paired with their homemade cheese dip! I don't think I'd get again because it's quite heavy with the wine but def glad I tried. Lastly was the Chef's Tasting Board... this was so good. You could tell the cheese and meats were fresh and paired very well all together. The main star for me for that platter was the bread dipped in that garlic butter balsamic + oil... ugh delicious. I can't wait to get the membership and go back.

Today, I arrived around 3:00 PM and asked for an inside table for six. I was told there would be an event at 5:00 PM and that we couldn't stay because she couldn't "a bunch of screaming babies there". I told her we would be in-out within the hour and she still suggested I leave! My baby wasn't fussing, she was peaceful inside her bassinet stroller! I left feeling unwelcome, the place was absolutely dead. The only customers were sitting at the bar. As a new mom, it's already challenging enough, and being refused service because I have a stroller was disheartening. I definitely won't return. We went somewhere else, finished by 4:00 pm and my baby slept! If you aren't going to be child friendly, FINE -- put out a sign so moms know not to come here for dinner.

Since this was my one and only chance (I think) to try this spot, me and a friend decided to split our sandwiches to try more than just one. We settled on L'INFERNO and the LA DISTRICT. The former has: porchetta, nduja, spicy eggplant, spicy zucchini, arugula -- while the latter has pancetta, pecorino cream, sun dried tomato, arugula. I had to hop on a plane for a few hours, so I wanted to pack the sandwiches for a later time -- but I had to try them FRESH. Oh boy. These sandwiches were an absolute EXPERIENCE -- the bread (which is schiacciata) was warm, pillowy, with the most amazing crust. The porchetta on the L'INFERNO was so tender and full of flavor paired with the nduja. The LA DISTRICT was a nice calm contrast, instead of strong flavors, all the elements worked as one -- and that pecorino cream was an absolute masterpiece. After I arrived, the line behind me quietly filled up quickly (it was the 10:35 AM)! As with most locations, come early if you don't want to wait. I did eat the rest of the sandwiches about 3 hrs. later but it got duller the longer it sat (as expected). It was still good though! I repeat: I was a bit skeptical because of the virality of this slot, but at lease at the UNCOMMONS, location, the hype is indeed real. Place was immaculate, service was as expected, and sandwiches were knocked out of the park!

For my entree I got the short rib with kimchi fried rice. It was good but again what wowed me were the apps. I also like their drink menu, they seem to be redoing it right now.
