Thank you Jay and the lady who checked us in around 10:30! We got the nicest booth and recs of their tostada that has tender pulled chicken and a crunch at the bottom!! Highly recommend :)

Summer House is a great spot for weekend brunch or lunch. They don't offer bottomless drinks, but they do have a bottle option if you're looking to share. The vibes are definitely there, and the patio is equipped with misters, which make a huge difference. We sat outside in the middle of a Vegas summer and were totally comfortable--which is saying a lot! I always order the shaved Brussels sprout salad with salmon. It's very filling, and I can never finish the whole thing. The dressing is perfectly balanced and exactly to my liking. If you're a salad person, it's a solid choice. And don't leave without grabbing one of the cookies from the front counter. They're an absolute must!

Hot tip !! Make sure you enter this restaurant from the parking lot not through the casino. The entrance is breathtaking. You truly feel like you're in vacation mode. Feels like Maui The staff needs a refresher course in customer service however. We walked to the hostess desk to check on a reservation only to find out that happy hour is in the bar. We found our way back to the bar and the lovely Emily kindly pushed two hightop tables together to accommodate our group of five ladies. I really wish the entire staff would be as accommodating as Emily because she was beautiful inside and out. Onto the food !! Their happy hour menu is limited however we did find a few good options that we could share. Espresso martinis were yummy even though the vodka brand was an off brand but that's ok, the drink was wonderful. Our server, Jay, was anything but excited to see us. Maybe it's his low-key personality but when you're in customer service, you need to be a little bit more upbeat and accommodating. You never know when you're serving people who are also in the tipping industry. Drinks were great. Tostadas with crab and ahi tuna were delicious. We had 2 pizzas ... one cheese and one sausage. They chop it up into ridiculous sized slices. It was flatbread mode but not advertised this way. Truffle fries were shoestring fries. Not my favorite. Wagyu burger was really nothing more than a plain burger. Honestly ... if you're going for happy hour, choose an espresso martini with a crab tostada or an ahi tuna tostada. Everything else, in my humble opinion, was just average. Beautiful restaurant that needs a kitchen upgrade.

Cute spot for brunch and dinner. There's also patio seating available. Great for groups. Nice menu. Summer House has a good dessert menu with other offerings from their bakery at the front of the restaurant. I've had their skirt steak frites, Mexican mocha, huevos rancheros, and cheesy dream puffs. The cheesy dream puffs reminds me of the cheese bread you get from Texas de Brazil. The skirt steak and frites were very juicy and full of flavor. The huevos rancheros look small on Yelp photos, but the size is bigger in person. Service could be more attentive. I'm not sure if it's on purpose so we don't feel rushed, but the servers could've checked in more.

We are so lucky in Las Vegas to have the chain restaurant Summer House. Beautiful setting in the Durango Casino. Service is always great and the food is even better! Delicious and refreshing, summertime, cocktails, lavender haze, and the Apperal spritz. It's definitely somewhere that I'm always looking forward to visiting again!

This review covers two visits, the first during restaurant week, which we enjoyed so much and the prices on the menu are decent, we had to return. June 2nd was our first visit during Restaurant Week. Noelia N was our server during this visit. She had an amazing personality, was very informative on the menu and the restaurant and very friendly. We started with the whipped burrata crostini and the Potato Leek Soup off the special menu and A Nice House Salad off the regular menu. I then had the spicy cheese & pancetta pizza and my friend had the Faroe Island salmon. We finished off the meal with the butterscotch-pretzel sundae. This experience was so awesome we had to return. We came back on Wednesday because we have points and it's half points night. This visit our server was Dominique P. Not taking anything away from our first server, Dominique was awesome in every way. She felt like a friend versus a server. We started with the Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip, and the Shaved Brussels Sprouts. An amazing way to start our dinner. We then had the Grilled Avocado which was creamy and yummy. Next was the main course Fish 'n' Chips which is Rockfish and Brussel Sprouts instead of fries. I had the Steak Frites which I had Sweet Potato Fries. Lastly we finished with the Lemon Blueberry Cream Cake. This all was awesome and amazing. The steak was cooked the way I asked it to be and the fish was off the hook. (Pun intended). This is a really cool place with awesome servers, great food and a very cool beach type ambiance. We will be regulars here.

I ordered the huevos rancheros and they were delicious. Loved the coffee as well. Outside seating was amazing event during the heat. I'm excited to see what it would be like during the fall. great little spot for some good food. there's also a cookie bar at the entrance that was so cool.

Beautiful decor and ambiance. We like the Mon-Fri happy hour menu, but with it had at least one healthy option. Kids menu is fun too - this is our favorite spot in Durango Casino.

Summer House at Durango Hotel & Casino was an absolute delight from start to finish. The restaurant is stunning, the décor is bright, inviting, and incredibly aesthetically pleasing. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to enjoy the experience. I chose to sit on the patio for lunch, and even though it was over 100 degrees outside, I was amazed at how comfortable it was. The patio was kept so cool that I completely forgot how hot it was outside. They did an incredible job creating a comfortable outdoor dining experience. Since I don't drink alcohol, I ordered a ginger beer with olives, which was a refreshing choice. For lunch, I had the Caesar salad with salmon, and it was absolutely delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and seasoned beautifully. Every bite was fresh and satisfying. Unfortunately, I can't remember my server's name, but she was phenomenal. She was attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Everything about this restaurant exceeded my expectations. From the beautiful ambiance and comfortable patio to the exceptional food and outstanding service, Summer House truly delivered. If I could give this restaurant more than five stars, I absolutely would.

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly & great the service was despite being a BUSY Friday night. My hubby & I had an impromptu date night, and were looking for something semi-low carb. We decided to split the following: Shrimp cocktail; Costa Mesa salad, and tuna & watermelon tostada. Since we were drinking, we also ordered the corn bread in a skillet w/ honey butter. EVERYTHING tasted so fresh & delicious!! I was so impressed with the tuna tostada that I asked my hubby to replicate it at home. We sat at the high-top table, so we had the bartender & two other nice servers to help us navigate the night. We cannot wait to bring our son back this fall, so we can take advantage of patio seating.

We went to Summer House for Mother's Day. I was able to make reservations and so when we got there, we were seated right away. Here's where they got right the aesthetic vibe and restaurant were beautiful. It really hit the mark on what they were trying to do which is inspired by California with coastal vibes. Our server said hi to us and said he'll be right back. He gave us water and we ordered an iced caramel macchiato and iced vanilla latte. We didn't see our server for a good 20 minutes after until we ordered our food which took another 20 to 25 minutes. I ordered the potato salad deviled eggs and salmon. Deviled eggs were incredible and I wish I had more than 2! The fish was really tough and not that great. The pasta that my husband ordered was a lot better. Once we were done eating, we barely saw our server as he was running around. There was no person picking up plates or filling out waters. I think they were really understaffed. My caramel macchiato was delicious and I really think they could do better if they get enough staff and fix some of their dishes. When we were done, I was given a small Mother's Day gift with a little dessert which I did appreciate.

The ambience of this restaurant was so cute and it was so perfect for mom's brunch gathering!!! The table was set right in front of the tree and we did have a good time!! The order I did was Matcha latte Their famous giant cinnamon roll (shared with): a little bit overly sweet for me. Taste really good for first bite though... And a nice house salad with grilled wagyu sirloin steak: It was good but not surprisingly amazing... The portion was good. The cocktail lineup looks amazing. I just didn't feel it to drink alcohol on that day... The server was super attentive and we were like 14 of us. But I didn't feel like waited long. Most impressive part of that day was, they have QR code for the payment... 14 of us each one can pay their own food each one payment way! All the restaurant should have that platform for group customer!!

    Cinnamon roll- 4/5

This place is absolutely gorgeous inside. I loved the socal west coast vibes that this place has when you are walking down the hallway into the restaurant. Went for brunch and tried various items. Giant Cinnamon roll- 4/5. Im generally not a huge fan of cinnamon roll and this was one of the better ones I've ever had. Jalapeño cheese cornbread- 2.5/5. Tastes just like it sounds. Turkey sandwich- 2.5/5. I really liked the quality of the turkey inside but it was lacking in sauce and flavor. I just wish it had a bread in the center so that there's room for some mayo and mustard to balance out the sandwich. The shoestring fries were cold and not so great. Brisket and hash- 2.5/5. Did not look appetizing at all and flavor was okay. I'm unsure if I'll be ever back for the food. I love Summerhouse for their cookie bar and have tried most of the items. Highly recommend their brown butter Oreo cookie rice crispy treat, the Thai banana cookie, peanut butter cookie, and their oatmeal. You can't go wrong with majority of them.

Located in the Uncommons, I parked in their parking structure. I hung out for longer than 2 hours so I think that's why I paid $3 for parking at the end of the night. Entrance located in the Quad Area. Our waitress Bella was sweet and recommended the right drinks. We tried the Li Hung Hula margarita, Monkey In A Tree piña colada, and the Oso Panda signature cocktail. All drinks tasted amazing and looked very good. I loved the ambiance of this place. They have outdoor patio seating and inside seating. It gives a comfy feel with their seat cushions, small tables, and stools. I noticed it got busier as the night got later. They have one T.V. that they had on when I came in but was covered up by the time I left. I definitely recommend this place. Glad I came after dinner as they do not serve food here. I would definitely come again!

I will say on weekend nights, I had always seen this place crowded and lively. I was for sure curious. On a weekday evening, I strolled into this venue. It had great chill music and had some customers, but not busy at all. The weather had been a little more humid than usual and with the full opened walls/doors to the outside patio, it was a bit warm, little muggy sitting at the bar. The decor is really nice though, a really good tiki vibe. The bartender addressed us right away and we were first looking for an espresso martini but they had a Carajillo, which was explained to be a Spanish version of an espresso martini. The bartender said it was really good. We got it - and you have to expect something that is the same as the espresso martini. The flavor was alright, but the knock for me was that it was all ice. There was very little drink in it. The agua fresca was a winner - the Sundown Sipper. It was refreshing and a great blend of juices. Not tart, perfect amount of sweet tropical flavor. I did really enjoy this. If you're not a drinker, you have options here.

From the moment we sat down, the whole place felt like a vibe -- great ambience, excellent service, delicious food, and yummy cocktails made by Dave the bartender. I wish I remembered the name of our server because she was also a gem, so friendly and engaging -- but we're going to blame that on the cocktails. We ordered the deviled eggs, wings, short rib, mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts with parmesan cheese. Everything was outstanding. Not one miss. And the reason there are no photos of the food? By the time we thought to take pictures, we had already eaten everything. That should tell you all you need to know. The entry is super cute, grand princess chair to welcome you sparks your curiosity about what else the ambiance has to offer. You walk in and it's for sure a vibe. Why only a one visit spot? Happy hour menu is very limited, service was not awesome & food was edible. Most of the menu was pretty standard amongst the lounge & bars around, so given the awesome ambiance I was expecting dishes that aligned but it was pretty standard. Fries, skewers, chip/dip, salad, sandwiches, wings, etc. I will say the Brussels sprouts were delicious! Specialty cocktails - s'mores espresso martini VERY chocolatey, sugar tasting. I couldn't even finish it. LOVED the watermelon martini tho! Definitely try. So refreshing & yummy! Service- he was very nice just not very attentive. He forgot things, we had to ask multiple times for items and took a long time to bring things. I did realize he had a lot of tables so he was busy, maybe they were short staffed!???! It was a Friday night during prime dinner time so I would have thought they would have better prepared. When leaving the hostess made the exit a bit uncomfortable, she just stared at us. We had to break the awkwardness by saying "thank you bye". She just kept staring at us and back at her iPad or computer not sure what!?? To drink, I ordered the Sandia Diva and the Nuts About You. The Sandia Diva was sooo good and refreshing. I loved the presentation of it. Also, their menu gives photos of their cocktails which I also love cuz sometimes its hard to figure out what they look like. We decided to split a lot of items, which is always my favorite way to eat with friends. We ordered the yellowtail ceviche, empanadas, taquitos, and a variety of tacos. The avocado taco was pretty good, though I thought it was going to be a fried avocado for some reason haha. Still tasty! They do give two tortillas which at first I was like eh, but then I realized they fall apart so makes sense haha. The empanadas were delicious and so were the taquitos! We ordered the Waffle and Caviar, Sausage Roll, Brushetta from the happy hour and the Chef's Tasting board. The Waffle and Caviar was super flavorful! The touch of masago was 10/10 paired with the waffle and cream sauce! Ugh my fav truly. Next we got the Brushetta and my partner loved it. He said the tomatoes were delicious and paired well with the bread and sauce it was marinated with. I did try a bite even though I'm a tomato hater but man you can tell the tomatoes were fresh. I had a piece with no tomatoes because I loved whatever was on top as whatever the tomatoes were marinated in! Next came the Sausage Rolls and man were they delicious paired with their homemade cheese dip! I don't think I'd get again because it's quite heavy with the wine but def glad I tried. Lastly was the Chef's Tasting Board... this was so good. You could tell the cheese and meats were fresh and paired very well all together. The main star for me for that platter was the bread dipped in that garlic butter balsamic + oil... ugh delicious. I can't wait to get the membership and go back.

That thing was smoother than Snoop Dogg explaining why he's late. Seven was our waitress and somehow managed the impossible combination of being attentive without hovering. Drinks were full, coals were fresh, and she kept everything running like she'd already read our minds. The food on the menu looked good enough to make me question my life choices, so I'll definitely be back to try it next time. Great hookah, great service, and a chill atmosphere. The only complaint I have is that eventually I had to leave.

Such a vibe and the owner is mad cool. The decor here is perfect, it's actually setup like a lounge…read moreand not a club. The wings were good, hot and not over seasoned. One of my friends tried the pizza and he wasn't a fan. Drinks were on point and it was the owners birthday so we had shots cake and more shots lol. When I say you'll enjoy Old Skool, you won't be disappointed. It took maybe an hour for our hookah & food to come out which food didn't bother us much. However the hookah taking that long was wild. Come to find out our waitress didn't put it in. The owner came and apologized and gave us a few shots. The hookah However was clean tasting, smooth and honestly the presentation was worth the wait. The other negative here which didnt impact my rating was our waitress. She barely came to the table, we dabbed up the owner more times than we saw our waitress. She missed things we ordered but again the owner was a G and he took care of us. Overall great experience and I would definitely be back my next visit. This was an entire vibe and made our night.
