It's very easy to get reservations and the staff is always SPECTACULAR. they have a lovely bar area with a large collection of different liquors, and a fabulous wine selection. Dinner started with fresh focaccia and tableside oil with roasted garlic (my bf says his number one reason to choose Al Solito). We also had oysters (not pictured) but holy... wow! We split the Italian chop salad. For the main course we told Lilly (server) to choose between the pesto gnocchi or rigatoni and surprise us. She made a delicious choice of rigatoni. It's the little details the staff does that really evaluate the experience. Sat at the bar for happy hour. Will start off with the service. Bartenders were fast, & efficient, kept our area clean. Loved that. Happy hour menu is a great one ! The restaurant is a beautiful dimly lit decor with an open-kitchen view. The friendly wait staff is very attentive checking in on us to make sure we had enough water, drinks, and everything else in between. Since it was our first time at the restaurant, we opted for the prix fixe menu to get a taste of everything. The complimentary warm and soft focaccia bread with the roasted garlic olive oil dip was delicious. We added a chef's charcuterie board that has a nice variety of cheese and meat. There wasn't a single mediocre dish from the starters to the desserts. I especially enjoyed the branzino with the perfectly crispy skin bathed in a creamy lemon caper sauce. We liked the option of upgrading our desserts to some of the other dessert choices that are on the dessert menu. The apple crostata is big enough for 2 to share. Al Solito Posto means "at the usual place/spot" and I think it's become one of my favorite usual place to go to. read more

The bread was good, but the olive oil to dip it in with freshly smashed garlic took it to another level. The pear salad was delicious with such a fun & unique combo of flavors. Last night, I visited Al Solito Posto with a friend, to celebrate her birthday, and after this experience, it has officially become my go-to Italian restaurant! The food was absolutely phenomenal--100/10. Every dish we tried was exceptional. Our server recommended the Gavi Villa wine, and it was the perfect pairing for my meal. My friend's lemon drop martini was also perfection. We started with the fresh bread and dipping oil, which was prepared tableside and was such a nice touch. We followed that with two other appetizers... calamari and meatballs. As someone who orders calamari almost everywhere that serves it, I can honestly say theirs was among the best I've ever had--perfectly breaded and cooked. The meatballs were delicious as well, but the little cheesy triangle thing that accompanied the meatballs was insanely good. I don't even know what it was and I forgot to ask, but it was absolutely mouthwatering. For our entrées, my friend ordered the rigatoni while I had the linguine with clams. Oh my goodness--the best linguine & clams I've ever eaten. I still find myself thinking about it the next day. Taste and texture = perfection!! To finish the evening, we shared the crostata with ice cream and a tiramisu. The crostata was absolutely delicious, while the tiramisu was just okay. It wasn't bad by any means, but I've had better and would probably try a different dessert on my next visit, or get the crostada again. The restaurant was at full capacity, and while it was a tad bit loud, the overall ambiance was still wonderful. What impressed me most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient despite how busy the restaurant was. The prices were also very reasonable considering the outstanding quality of the food, drinks, and service. Overall, this was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. I've passed the entrance to Al Solito Posto several times in the charming Tivoli Village, but finally had the opportunity to give them a try just last night. My date and I decided we'd give their Prix-Fixe menu a shot. It's an affordable ($50PP) alternative, offering an appetizer, entree, and dessert each. We were stuffed and took home leftovers; it's definitely the best bang for your buck. The Meatballs: 5/5 Impressively tender and generously sized, these meatballs didn't stand a chance at our table. Coated in a mild, herbal marinara and served with a decadent fried polenta. A must-order. Caesar Salad: 4.9/5 Crisp and topped with whole anchovies. This is a solid caesar. Rigatoni Alla Vodka: 100/5 Hands down the best rigatoni dish I've had in Las Vegas. Perfectly al dente and topped with a light vodka sauce. None of their red sauces are acidic. Flat-out perfect. Gigli: 4/5 A happy little accident of an order. I asked for a Proscuitto + Pesto pizza, but the waiter misheard and I was served Gigli. Delicious. The pasta was a bit softer though, and I wish the pesto packed more punch. Cannoli & Hazelnut Semifreddo both hit the spot. The Semifreddo is actually a hefty portion. Creamy goodness, I wish it were offered on their traditional menu. Al Solito Posto is well-designed, but unfortunately we were sat in front of the bar and their only TV. It didn't feel fitting for our special occasion visit, but the food made up for it and more. Our waiter was kind but a little awkward, and all of the servers were fantastic and sociable. Return or not return? Split decision. I say give them another chance, wife says no way. I was looking forward to a great dining experience after reading the reviews and upon entering the restaurant. It has a nice ambiance and a Miami vibe. First off, I eat out a lot lot, and I've noticed patrons in LV are generally more generous in ratings than other major US cities. This appears to be another classic example. Made a reservation and unbeknownst to me, my wife called the restaurant to tell them it was my birthday. The host promised a complimentary birthday cake dessert upon entry, and all seemed to be going fine, and then.... The focaccia bread and olive oil with roasted garlic to start. Excellent on all accounts. Round 2 of the bread. Underbaked and doughy in the middle. Had all the makings of a potential stomach ache. Appetizer: octopus not bad, but not over the top. Disguised with potatoes and green onions. Needed more char and crisp. Artichoke appetizer. Not good. Lacked any meaningful flavor. And just not a good consistency. The pasta: massive disappointment and was the dinner killer. Pappardelle Bolognese. Pasta over boiled and salty. Very doughy as well with no elasticity. Pasta should not break on the fork and be a glob of carbs without separation. Chicken parmigiana. Salty again and same issue with the pasta. Over boiled. Ironically my wife ordered extra spaghetti noodles only, but they instead brought her a side of tomato sauce and noodles. These noodles were actually cooked correctly, but ultimately we ended up paying for something we didn't order (ie, the sauce). The "bus lady" was surprised when we said, "Nothing needs to be packed to go." Our body language said everything. And suggestion for the management. Find a different way to space tables. It's no fun having the waiter's rear end hovering over my food when engaging with the adjacent table. Overall, the service itself was good, but like my wife said, "That was a waste of $150". Perhaps I should have complained on all of the above, but I'm not one to draw unnecessary attention. For me, everything should be right the first time. Awesome Italian restaurant. It is one of its kind. This is the only location. The owner partnered with a chef and designed the awesome menu. The wait staff is exceptional. Everyone is dressed nice. They always kept my drinks full. The water tastes good. Their cocktails are yummy. They have a variety of cocktails and wine and the prices are decent. The food is dynamite. All pasta is handmade and you can tell. I tried the lobster ravioli and it was chefs kiss. They did not skimp out on the topping inside the ravioli. The vodka sauce was so tasty. First time for happy hour here...we went to dinner a few years back and I remembered it being nice, so we returned for the HH. Made a reservation and got a high top table. We got a marvelous waiter to take care of us. Hub got an Aperol spritz and I tried the Hugo spritz....these were beautifully made drinks. We started off with the HH meatball and polenta appetizer...very nice size to split. We remembered that the pasta was memorable so we decided to split an entree of Pappardelle bolognese....this was an absolute show stopper!!! Our server sent the dish with a tong so we could easily share it...just amazing thought process to make the meal so nice. Our server also brought over some delicious focaccia bread and some fresh oil with garlic and herbs to dip it in. Needless to say I will be back and soon. One of my favourite spots in Vegas for Italian. Great portions for the price, quick service and really good foccacia thats free with housemade olive oil and roasted garlic dip, so good!!! Located away from the Strip in Las Vegas' Tivoli Village, we made reservations here for last Dec 2025 for our Christmas family celebration and my sister-in-law's birthday. The ambiance is pretty posh so while it says casual attire works, it gives you an opportunity to doll up if you wish to. Because of Vegas' traffic, a few of us were late so they have us ample time to wait for the rest of the party. Our servers were nice, had smile on their faces, and even gave food suggestions since it was our first time there. We ordered different items on the menu which were all good. I loved my branzino piccata and the tiramisu. We also had the olive oil cake which was a fave for most of us. Went on Saturday evening. It was full. Even with restaurant full of people the service was very fast. We were seated on time and our order was taken fast and we didn't have to wait long for the food to come out. We took Pear salad - I wasn't the biggest fan - could have more cheese and more cranberries. Veal Milanese parmigiana style - my boyfriend tried it for the first time - he said it was too heavy on cheese but maybe he was just expecting something else. My branzino was absolutely delicious ! Grilled to perfection and so flaky. And the sauce - yummm ! That's my regular order at any Italian restaurant and this one might be the best I ever had! Really would have liked to nudge this to a 4 star but the service just wasn't there for me. Came here on NYE with an 7:15 reservation. A little out of the way from the strip but for me it's always been: "good food - will travel." We checked in and were sat quickly - the lady who handles bussing tables and refilling drinks got us water, and a oil mixture. Then we sat. Finally a taller bigger waiter - NYY wristband handled us and took our drink order. Things stalled here with another guy serving us drinks. The oil mix was obviously for bread but that still hadn't come out yet. About 10min later, after watching our waiter gladhanding every other table except us, we put in our order. We started with the caprese salad. This was good - off colored tomatoes but the burrata was fresh and the oils were properly executed. I ordered the chicken Parmesan. This was also good - served with a TINY and I mean TINY amount of spaghetti tossed with a white sauce. I like the contrast but honestly - why even bother with pasta if that's all you're being served. TINY. We passed on dessert bc the options were pretty bleak. Nothing chocolate - which is good bc our waiter would have taken care of every other table but us. For someone who doesn't usually love Italian food, this restaurant absolutely earned the four stars I'm giving it. One thing to note during the week there is no valet parking, despite what the website says. That said, we found parking close by, so no harm done. We were seated promptly, and our waiter was attentive from the start. We ordered sparkling water and our glasses were never empty. All of us chose the $50 prix fixe menu, which includes an appetizer or salad, a main entrée, and dessert. There is a small upcharge for the tiramisu, but it is 100 percent worth it. It is truly incredible. My husband wanted the pappardelle, which wasn't listed on the prix fixe menu, and my father wanted the salmon. The waiter had no issue accommodating both requests. My dad is very picky about salmon and usually only eats wild caught fish, but the waiter explained that the New Zealand salmon is humanely raised in large, cold water environments. That reassurance mattered to him, and the salmon did not disappoint. It was grilled perfectly, and you could really taste the wood fire. I ordered the rigatoni with vodka sauce and house made sausage, and it was outstanding. My mom ordered the veal prepared Parmesan style, and the portion was enormous, literally the size of my head, and came with fresh spaghetti. We started with squash blossoms, meatballs, and a Caesar salad. All were excellent, and it was a real Caesar salad. My husband was thrilled to see anchovies included. For dessert, my parents had the hazelnut semifreddo, which was creamy with just the right amount of espresso flavor, rich but not overpowering. Afterward, my husband asked if they had any amaro. The waiter said, I got you, and returned with a full amaro cart. My husband ordered a flight for $18, which would easily cost $40 back home in the Bay Area. The selection included amaros we don't normally see, far beyond the usual basics, and he loved exploring them. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. It genuinely felt like visiting Italy. The service ran like a well oiled machine, and we could see into the kitchen. It was impressive to watch the care and standards in action. When something wasn't quite right, it was sent back immediately, and the staff made sure everyone understood why. That level of attention says everything. We eat out often when we travel, and this was truly a fine dining experience off the Strip. Highly recommend taking an Uber if you don't have a car and giving this place a try. read more

The dip was sooo good but I did wish the bread was warm. My boyfriend got the margherita pizza and it was so yummy! It had the perfect amount of seasoning, sauce and cheese. NY style seating provided some interesting eavesdropping between a plastic surgery procedure sales pitch and a gossipy jealous friend duo, we barely needed to say a word as we dined! Matt Henry helped get us started with a charcuterie board that included 3 meats, some walnuts, olives, and 3 cheeses that included a very flavorful brie. The squash blossoms my wife ordered had cheese inside, a no no for her, so they went largely uneaten. Despite not normally being a foccacia bread fan, this version along with the oil was great! So airy it looked like angel food cake. My short rib pasta was delicious and a perfect portion after all the other dishes. My wife got a huge portion of basil pesto to which she added grilled chicken. Plenty of leftovers here! My iced tea never went unfilled and the course pacing was great.
