It was served cold, not warmed up at all, and surprisingly, they don't even offer a plain croissant. It may sound like a minor detail, but when you're paying bakery-level prices, those details count. The bigger problem, however, was the service -- especially the brunette woman at the counter. From the second we approached, the atmosphere felt unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact. There was no willingness to assist, no recommendations, and no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Her expression stayed cold the entire time, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. To top it off, it took nearly five minutes just to get a basic receipt, with no explanation or acknowledgment. And that's the thing about customer service -- it shapes the entire experience. A café can have great coffee, appealing food, and a beautiful interior, but when the first interaction feels distant and unwelcoming, it overshadows everything else. Staff members are the face of a business, and when customers leave feeling ignored or unwanted, it leaves a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. Beautiful space and some solid food, but service is what defines whether people return -- and unfortunately, this experience made us not want to come back.

I loved coming here the whole time of my stay because it was easy to get quick salads, meals and little items. I also came here for some allergy medication as well. Allergies have been horrible this summer. This little market was very convenient and of course it's in Jackson hole so of course it's going to be expensive like everything here but that doesn't take away from the convenience and availability of items. The people working here were extremely polite except for one big, brown guy the last day, who stared me up and down and couldn't bother putting my items into my shopping bag that I brought with me. We also brought home a bunch of tamales, oh my gosh, they are sooo good try the Salsa Verde con Pollo. Spicy deliciousness. Because everything in the national parks were closed, if you're going to be in the park all day you must bring your own food. We ordered their sandwiches for one of our Yellowstone trips. (BTW Yellowstone was virtually empty of people, see my review for Yellowstone for more info). The sandwiches were gourmet wonderful. The only downside for me would be that you order at the counter and they bring you your food but you have to get the coffee yourself (Starbucks style). This would normally be fine, but it was difficult when the cups were full to the brim. Overall, totally worth it though!
