Highly recommend all the things we ordered, which were: French Toast, yogurt and granola, spinach feta, ham and cheese croissant, chocolate croissant, lemon lavender scone, kouign amann, lavender honey latte (which was a seasonal item) and drip coffee! I would have taken pics but ugh we couldn't wait. That's how good they were! How this bakery got 2nd place for the James Beard award but we thought they deserved FIRST!

The grilled cheese was genuinely tasty, and I really liked the cortado. The pecan pie was fine -- not outstanding, but enjoyable enough. The croissant, though, was disappointing. It was served cold, not warmed up at all, and surprisingly, they don't even offer a plain croissant. It may sound like a minor detail, but when you're paying bakery-level prices, those details count. The bigger problem, however, was the service -- especially the brunette woman at the counter. From the second we approached, the atmosphere felt unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact. There was no willingness to assist, no recommendations, and no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Her expression stayed cold the entire time, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. To top it off, it took nearly five minutes just to get a basic receipt, with no explanation or acknowledgment. And that's the thing about customer service -- it shapes the entire experience. A café can have great coffee, appealing food, and a beautiful interior, but when the first interaction feels distant and unwelcoming, it overshadows everything else. Staff members are the face of a business, and when customers leave feeling ignored or unwanted, it leaves a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. Beautiful space and some solid food, but service is what defines whether people return -- and unfortunately, this experience made us not want to come back.

Tart & delish! Intense dark! So satisfying! Orange caramel. Yes! Cabernet reduction. Complex and nuanced. Hazelnut praline! A definite repeater! Would order everything again! Thanks, Hichran! The location is just a block off the main square with the Wort Hotel just across the street and some art galleries which is a great place while roaming. I recommend if you are looking for a unique dessert with coffee! The French Dessert/patisserie has a variety of goods--not all shown. On the far left there is flavored chocolates (bonbons?) with a range of flavors (when I went) from Huckleberry + Vanilla, tea, etc. it looked like you had to buy a minimum box of 6 for 24$ but I could be incorrect on that. Next case had a variety of desserts, which is where the huckleberry chocolate out of (abt 9$). They do run out of pastries as the day goes on so something specific from yelp might not be in there. Next case has about 10 flavored of gelato. The following case has savory pastries like feta cheese-mushroom or ham croissants in addition to sweeter goods like croissants and cookies. There is indoor seating (about four two tops), a bench outside, and takeaway pastry or chocolate boxes if to go. When I walked in it was pretty crowded but the service was efficient. Luckily there was enough space for me to dine-in with a comfy spot against the wall. (Note: The other side of the table had soft and wide stools but with no back). (Note #2: When eating in you get ceramic plate + silverware with a plastic cup for cold drinks; there is a little station near the entrance for trash and plates). The chocolate-Huckleberry dessert was delicious. It had chocolate roses (with texture!!!) on top and a marbled silver-purple chocolate surrounding the cake and huckleberry filling. Very beautiful and I really enjoyed the sweet but also tart huckleberry with the chocolate. It was a bit of a mess to eat but I am more than okay with that! I would recommend it! I was able to get the feta-something-mushroom croissant warmed for lunch, which was pretty tasty. Nice flakiness and the middle with the filling was a nice mix. If you are stopping for lunch/breakfast and want something a little more substantial to your meal/snake then I recommend. They also had a ham-something-Jalapeño but I wasn't sure on how strong the pepper would be. Lastly, I had a matcha latte. It can come in a variety of sizes and I believe with the option of cold or hot. It was good-decent but not my favorite matcha-- the flavors were more milk heavy. But that is likely just my current preference--some places I have gone recently have it stronger and some have it sweeter; so take it as you will. It did have the nice crushable ice which I munched on with the concentrated matcha at the end though. As for the drink menu they had more non-coffee options like hot chocolate, turmeric latte, etc along with (what is maybe standard? coffees---don't drink them) like cappuccinos, mochas, etc. along with drip and affogatos.

A unique setting in a wine / liquor store with a tapas bar in the back, amongst the wine racks and liquor bottles. Long communal tables and sitting hip to hip with foodies, locals, and people meeting total strangers. It is good conversation with everyone sharing stories, not once was politics mentioned. Reservations are not taken, instead you will find the host making people scoot to make room for new arrivals at the long tables. Our servers were spot-on with service, drinks and sharing her favorites. It is cozy and casual, people meeting people. The spirits here are for the pros with knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and bubbles. We started with the wild mushroom mozzarella with balsalmic butter, parmesan and balsalmic glaze served on crunchy baguettes. It was unbelievably flavored and tasty, a great start to the night and must have! The Spanish salad with arugula, apple, fennel, almonds, manchego and a honey-sherry vinegarette was good but not on par with the other dishes. The tuna crudo with cucumber, arugula, crunchy grains, orange wedges, citrous vinegarette, fried capers and preserved lemon was light, a real palate cleanser, and refreshing. A pleasant surprise and would order again. The lamb pintxos was our final selection and a great dish to end the night on. The fork tender lamb tenderloin was served on 2 skewers with mojo verde, Spanish aoili, and pickled red onions on crisp baguette slices. Another Homerun! The menu changes frequently and the tapas allow you to try several different delectable dishes. It encourages sharing and forces you to open up and try different dishes. Hands-down my favorite food and conversation while visiting Jackson, WY. To the staff here at Binn 22, congrats on a unique and completely fabulous dinner and concept. I can't wait to return and try many other options on a truly innovative menu. If you haven't been here, only one word, WHY?

We put our name on the list and received a text and were told about 10 minutes. Not a problem. We saw many people leaving while waiting outside. Well we waited about 25 minutes as opposed to 10. Then when we get the text we were told you can sit at the bar instead of a table even though I saw two tables that were open and clean. So we went and sat at the bar. Then two minutes later another couple that was standing outside was seated at one of the empty tables. Well we sat at the bar and it took about 10 minutes before any one came and greeted us. Finally came back and took our order. We received our food which the s'mores French toast and the corned beef hash were both fantastic, but after the food. We got the check and it took another 10-15 minutes before they came back to pick up and run my card. Look I get being busy, as they were. But there are some improvements that can be made.
