So, went to the new location, and right when you walk in, it is a beautiful area, then you get to the seating and the dining room area feels really small You actually have to walk through the path of tables (hope you don't trip) The menu is kind weird it is OK to read but not all the food options are visible if you choose something the they will ask you all kinds of questions like normal but the pictures show different that what you think you want the booths are very hard,and the tables are quite small to fit everyone in the small dining area, I think that mabey they we're trying to be modern vibe but not to comfortable, I know it will take some getting used to but if you're already tired and your body hurts from working all day it will leave you more sore and when you have to pass the back bar area when the door is open be aware of someone popping out swearing because he already had one to many. Went with a large group (20) during a basketball tournament. They were very accommodating and our server was very friendly. Unfortunately our server lost her order book so had to retake everyone's orders. The food came out as it was done so some people got theirs and 30 minutes later others got theirs. My last review for this place was in 2023...Here I go again. It is still about greed, and now crappy food. They changed the burger patties to some weird, gross meat food. It was like eating flavored styrofoam, it made me gag. That was a Swiss Dip, I was so hungry and only ate 1/2. I ordered the sliders off the appetizer menu this time, I chose the chicked fried steak. They were over cooked and the same texture meat as the burger I had in my swiss dip, same meat for hamburgers too. My partner had an omelet, because he figured they couldn't ruin it, wrong! His hash brownd were so over cooked he could not cut them with a knife. I LOVE food and LOVE to cook a lot of different foods, I do know the difference between crap food and good food. Giving this a 2 because our server was good. The food really sucked. A french dip w/barbecue sauce (offered on the menu) and fries. Fries were cold. The meat was dry and let's not even talk about the roll. It was beyond dry. And then, I was charged for an extra sauce (the barbecue when it was an offering on the menu). My husband, son, and myself ate here today and all of our meals were not good. My son had a hamburger and the meat was gray. He wondered what it was, but he continued to eat it. The fries were small and dried out and almost unedible. My husband and I had a breakfast meal and it was like eating ground up plastic. The hashbrowns tasted like gauze bandages. The scrambled eggs had a strange texture, I can't even explain. My husband's wheat toast was like an air filled sponge. It was one of the worst experiences we've had at a restaurant. we stopped by on Monday, 9/22/25 for their steak dinner special around 4:30 pm. The dining room was not busy by any means. We were seated promptly by the hostess, yet waited over 7 minutes and our waitress never even acknowledged us. instead, she was carrying on a conversation about her signifiant other and love life vs. even turning around to tell us "I'll be right with you". Odd place, ordered rib-eye as the waitresses made sure I knew it was the better choice over the pot roast. After getting over the salad being served in a bowl designed for use with spoons (a rounded bowl with narrow base, which is prone to tipping if any pressure on a placed the side - type of forced used to push forks into chunks of lettuce and celery), I got my rib-eye, ordered medium or medium rare, and got a barely seared piece of meat, and by touch alone could tell the structure of the steak had not begun to cook let alone get to safe temp for red meat... This place is horrible. The front end staff are rude and unwelcoming. They did a nice job of renovating from the last restaurant but the food is below Denny's quality. I ordered the biggest steak they had and was low quality. Added the chili with it and it's just canned Nalley's I know for a fact because I grew up on it and you can see what canned beef looks like. We have been to nearly all of the Buzz Inn restaurants in the area, and generally have really good food and service. However, tonight's dinner experience at the Marysville location completely caught us off guard. It was so terrible that it warrants a quick review. The place was almost empty and we got a table, ordered and paid upfront (not all Buzz Inns are set up this way, but it was fine and nothing out of the ordinary. We had a medium sized party all order food. There were serious very basic issues with 5 of the seven meals ordered. Just for the sake of this review though, I am going to just highlight my own order. This is a steakhouse, says so right in the name. I ordered the Medium 12oz sirloin. Well, I was literally brought a 6 ounce piece of meat. I promptly pointed the obvious out, and three of the staff including the cook held firm and reiterated that it was indeed a 12 ounce steak. I am posting pics that clearly show the size and cut. It is shameful that they lied, then pushed back the way they did. They asked if I would like them to remake the steak, and I said I would appreciate that. The cooks proceeded to make a steak that was very Well Done (in no way did they try to make it Medium, it was clearly on purpose). The server asked how it was, and I just simply just said, "how does this look to you?", and she said "that looks extremely well done to me". They ended up refunding my order , and one of the other meals, which was the right thing to do, at a bare minimum. This was such a memorably bad dinner experience, such a shame. *first pick is of the 6oz steak they tried to sell as the 12oz. Additional picks are of their retaliatory redo expression that was pretty insulting. Again, if it was just my dinner order, it would have been bad enough, but this lack of care was expressed on 5 of the 7 separate meals. Cold french fries, cold chili, cold au jus sauce, soggy sandwich bread.... On and on. I left very upset for the waste of time and money this evening. read more

We went to the new location of buzz inn in marysville at around noon. Seated us in a corner, not a window, wanted to move to another table to watch one of the tv's, seemed inconvenient to the waitress. Ordered corned beef and eggs. Eggs were pure runny. Just eww. She explained over easy are like that (i call shenanigans).
