I would recommend going with their weight reduction menu unless you want a lot of cheese with your food. The entrees are just $5 when you order 6 and I would recommend the microwave salmon entrees. The chicken is not bad, but the problem is the side orders. if you want to eat healthy avoid them. The potatoes, the casseroles, and the corn muffins are high in fat. It was worth the experiment, but I won't be coming back. Salmon is an easy fish to cook, and salads you make are better for you. Hopefully, this place will expand its menu, and try to cater to those of us trying to eat as healthy as one can on a very busy schedule. One other warning, don't add any extra salr, they give you plenty in the food.

There are "healthy" options such as salads and whole grain sandwiches, but there are also many indulgent options such as pizza, pastas, and a variety of desserts from brownies, frosted cupcakes, eclairs, cookies, and more. The Cancer Center alone is beautiful, so the ambiance is great. There are many tables with chairs along with a lovely piano that self-plays. My favorite salad was the crispy chicken southwest salad and I also love the tuna salad/chicken salad with lettuce cups that they have already prepared ready to purchase. The service is great - the staff is very friendly and personable. The wait time sometimes is long, but during lunch that is expected because a LOT of staff members come to eat here.
