When a young lady, Ashley (tall-ish, long dark hair and dark glasses) came out I asked if she could help me with the selected items I had chosen from the website and I was new to theit location. She was extremely short and basically barked out from behind the register which refrigerator the items were in. She made me very embarrassed and humiliated and was no help whatsoever. Why Prep'd would employ someone with such a lack of inter personal communication skills and customer service is beyond me. Having been in a professional corporate sales and service career for a Global company, I can assure you there is most definitely a training opportunity there. I will NOT be returning to that particular location again. However, I HAVE had a good experience with the Yukon location. I would recommend that location but definitely NOT NW OKC! Do better NW OKC.
