Lobster quality: real Maine lobster meat, sweet and tender…read moreVariety: lobster tacos, grilled cheese, and lobster mac & cheese. Friendly staff: polite and efficient service. Price: pricey for portion size - lobster roll is a hotdog bun size. Saltiness/seasoning: everything was just bland - the lobster tasted like the butter, and the bisque tasted like it was watered down. Temperature: Waited in line for fresh, the lobster roll was warm and cold at the same time, and the bisque was watered down with no lobster chunks and cold. Pre-Packaged: The Woopied Pie was premade/prepacked and is frozen solid, it is inedible. -Lobster Roll, plus bisque, plus woopie pie was over $40 and that did not include the mandatory tip. Always wanted to try it - now I have, not returning (over-priced, bland, pre-made). UPDATE: I was able to speak with Bethanie, the Customer Relations Manager, for about 10-15 minutes to discuss my concerns. Our conversation was helpful, and it appears this was likely an isolated incident. I've agreed to visit the OKC truck the next time it's in town and will update my review afterward. Because of the professional and thoughtful customer service interaction, I'm updating my rating from one (1) star to two (2) stars. How a company handles concerns can shape how the overall experience is remembered, and it's clear Cousins Maine Lobster has passionate people behind their brand.

It didn't take long for our meal to be ready but others told us that they had waited an hour in previous visits. I had the lobster and tots, the pico was delicious and really put the dish over the top. I also had the clam chowder which was fantastic. My husband had the lobster tacos which were terrific and loaded with big pieces of meat. He chose the lobster bisque as well but sadly neither of us liked it and we definitely recommend the clam chowder.

The dipping sauce was great but a little spicier than my taste but it was still so good I ate it. I had an egg roll also. It was great. I dipped it in the sauce too so I guess it wasn't that spicy. My husband had the Korean Bowl with a salad. He really enjoyed it. It was a huge amount of food. He only ate half of it. I gave them 4 stars because of the wait time. We waited 45 minutes for our food after we ordered. There were several people there not happy with the wait time. They had come to our neighborhood so everyone gets there pretty much at the same time. Maybe when they are in a parking lot with no rush it might be faster. They would have easily gotten 5 stars from me if the wait hadn't been so long. The food was 5 star worthy.

I mean seriously I watched the kids grow up, how good of cooks can they be??!!! Well I'm here to say HOLY DUMPLINGS!! It's amazing!! The short ribs are delectable. Melt in your mouth. Flavor is literally out of this world. Seaweed salad!!! Excellent!!! You might have to hunt them down, right now on the corner of NW 122 and N Rockwell, but Man is it worth it!!!

Price for each still $1.50 -- average street taco size, double tortillas, with a good amount of meat. Asada cooked just right, super yummy, with great texture, very tender..Chicken also tender and delicious, marinated with a lot of spices and a little heat -- it might just be my new favorite here. Al pastor similarly marinated, flavorful but with no pineapple. Carnitas much different than my past visits -- meat no longer soggy and fatty, but now too greasy -- it's still a miss, not tender and juicy like it should be. Included red and green salsas add good flavor, red with a bit of heat. Their included pickled carrots are the best. They are hit and miss on speed, but even that has improved lately. They are cash only. This part of Britton is one of the homliest in the metro, and their parking lot matches it in a not so good way. Pickup window turns into a giant mud puddle during rains. So they could improve the grounds, but I won't bust on 'em too badly for that. Rincon #3 has become a regular part of my after-work taco rotation. Keep up the great work!
