I would put no stars if possible! I had flooring installed March 3, 2023 that I purchased from Just…read morea Dollar Floor in Titusville, FL. In July 2023 boards were floating up over top of the next board. I paid over 11k between the water proof flooring and installation. The Just a Dollar store closed down soon after my flooring was installed. I have tried to reach installer via texts and voice mails as he warranted flooring for a year as per his contract. To date I have had no return calls! Now I have to hire a Floor inspector! I'm fighting cancer and the stress of this is too much and definitely not healthy in my condition. I saved all the texts and documented all the voice mails I left the installer.

We called with an issue and waited almost a month for anyone to come fix the problem. Apparently they came and fixed the roof when we were not home but did not call or contact us. When I called, not knowing the work was done, I got an earful from Tiffany (Supervisor and part-owner - self described). When I complained about waiting a month for the repair she stated she didn't care and then went into a tirade saying they had thousands of customers and I was unreasonable and couldn't communicate like an adult (I guess because I wanted them to honor their warranty). She then told me never to call them again and hung up. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe the owner of the company. Steer very clear of this company is my recommendation.

The kitchen work required plumbing (they are also plumbers) mod's to move kitchen sink drains to a new peninsula sink location. Very pleased with the results and the price for both projects was very reasonable. They are timely, and the quality is excellent. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I'm sure everyone's not happy with every job they've done, but I wanted to make sure that at least I offered an honest assessment from a very satisfied customer, as well as someone who will use them again for other work. After a Coastal rep came out and gave me an estimate, I added on resurfacing of the top of my vanity as well. Everyone from the business was friendly and professional. Will, my technician, was respectful, answered all my many questions, and sought my input when there were choices. His many years of experience in this field were evident in the finished product. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations. It was completed today, so I can't comment on how it will wear over time, but Will asked me to call if I had any issues. I complimented Will on his good work ethic and asked what motivated him. He said that he worked for a really good boss, and didn't want to disappoint him. The owner and office staff were very nice , until I had a problem…read more The person who came to resurface my bathtub did not use any sort of air ventilation during the whole process until the very end they used some sort of contraption for like 20 minutes to ventilate the chemicals outside. My special-needs son was there and my cat was there. They never said anything about you us leaving the house for a while or anything like that. They never gave me any instructions on what to do before, during or after the process and they did not leave any sort of instructions on what to expect. I walked in the door at 8:30pm at night and got blasted with this extreme chemical smell which I had a huge reaction to. I called them the next day and they said oh it should be gone in 24 hours. No it was not gone. I had to open up my whole house go buy some air purifiers and fans and still a week later I had horrible chemical fumes. I had a quality air guy come in and test the air and do an air scrub on it and I also had to go rent an air scrubber machine at Home Depot to try and get the fumes out of my house, now it's two weeks after and I still have the fumes in my house that he says are not toxic in any way , I requested SDS sheets that are required by law and they have yet to get them to me and now they are not responding. If you are sensitive to chemicals in any way, do not get this process done without getting all the chemical information before they do it! Lesson learned with a lot of pain!

Every other company told me to get someone else that does that. They thought of everything including redirecting the rainwater from roof downspout out to the lawn where it belongs. They were considerate of me and my neighbors. They even pressure washed the street when they were done. They did all this in less than 3 days! They not only saved us money they were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Imperium Pavers LLC..! They have the best crew I've ever seen. Please see the photos. Nick, & Delynne were easy to work with. They helped us choose the cabinets, countetops and backslash. All of the contractors that they used were very professional! From the tile guys, drywall/ painter, electrician and plumbers! EJM Electric, Auger Plumbing, Behner Pro Services Painter were amazing!! Infact we will have them work on another property of ours!

My wife found Melbourne Beach flooring and they did an excellent job of ripping up tile and carpet downstairs and put a beautiful modern tile floor and high baseboards in. Upstairs they replaced the entire floor with a stain resistant (3 small kids!) white patterned carpet. Jim, the owner of Melbourne Flooring personally oversaw the entire project and even worked all day by himself in Sunday because he wanted to give his crew time off, but not lose momentum on the project. It was a big job and it was finished in a matter of days. Highly recommend!
