I was a customer for seven months. They ruined my Lacoste polo for dry cleaning. They refused to pay for it after they ruined it. Quality is low. The clothes smell like body odor. In case you wanted to stock up on masks, C Cleaners as a bunch! I was getting a haircut next door at Big Ben's and saw their huge display of masks. I could not believe they were only $3. It was so funny to find a Baby Yoda printed mask, pikachu mask, and even one with a Philippine flag motif. Very fun designs and the masks work great -- They're multi-layered and are quite breathable. I dropped off 8 items, including a woop peacoat, a few formal dresses, and a silk nightie and robe. Some of the dresses are vi the, so I was expecting upwards of $130 for everything. If I could give this cleaners negative stars , I would! Do NOT use this dry cleaner . I took our clothes here hoping to find a nice neighborhood cleaners I could start using . When I went to pick up my clothes, they first said that they couldn't dry clean my wife's white blouse. The clueless girl at the register says that she doesn't know why. Well it was because they totally ruined her new $220 blouse. They made it look grey with splotches all over it but did ME the favor of not charging. Are you kidding? I should make them pay me for a replacement. When I got home and looked at my other clothes, they were still dirty. This is one of the worst jobs ever and it was not cheap . I learned my lesson to not just go anywhere to have your nicer clothes dry cleaned . The girl says that they don't dry clean any of the clothes there and that they send it out to another place but she had no idea where. For all I know they did it in their own house.
