I chose this place because it's close to where I live. The service was great and the employees very attentive. My end result was spot on what I wanted. My advice is to check their prices once you get there. I was browsing on their website and chose a service based on the content and the price. Deluxe mani-pedi with shellac, website price $57. Once I check out $92!!! I asked for clarification and they simply told me the price on the website was incorrect. I suggested that this is advertised wrong and it causes confusion. Had I really been in a complaining mood I would have insisted that the price be matched. But I'm coming into a holiday weekend and don't need that type of negativity. I travel to Houston for business and always come here..yesterday my daughter and I spent 250.00 between the 2 of us for services. Keep in mind I said yesterday!! My daughter picked up her bag this morning and it cracked..we came back today to get my nails fixed because they were done incorrectly yesterday..Whrn we walked in bobody spoke..they looked at us and began talkimg in there language. Instead of Susan just fixing my nails without speaking in their language first she comes over and says my nails should have been have been more yesterday because of what I asked for. I told her that the tech that did my nails told me the price so thats npt my problem..she thrn says she doesnt know and that she was in charge..Honestly again thats not my problem. Why do you have her servicing customers if she doesn't understand or no what to do Meanwhile my dauggter tried to get her nail fixed and she says it would be 10.00..my daughter paid for her to fix the same nail the day before .she continues to say it's no way the nail just broke..I proceed to tell her that that's exactly what happened..Susan still continued to go back and forth with me..I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN HERE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE here is sucks. Susan is rude and I will not tolerate it..she had no problem taking 250.00 yesterday and everybody was tipped..No cudtomer deserves to be treated this way.. The bad part is I was going to get a gift certificate for my husband because he comes here as well! There are wayyy to many nail salons for me to deal with a nasty rude nail technician. I have now gone here twice for a full set and both times was during my lunch hour. I was able to walk in with no appointment and was seen instantly with no wait. I was very hesitant as I am very particular about whom I let do my nails, but I may say I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed. The first young lady I seen on my first visit was very friendly and did my nails in no time. I was very pleased and was on my way back to work with plenty of time to go next door a pick up a quick bite to eat. On my second visit the original lady I had previously used was not in, but I was still seen instantly with no appointment. That is a big plus for me considering I typically make a last minute drop by during lunch when time permits, Not to mention they have reserved parking right in front of their building which is very helpful considering the amount of traffic that accumulates here and especially during the lunch hour. This makes it so much easier to get in and out with time to spare. I for sure plan to return and eventually get me a pedicure too. I ve been to this place many times merely because of the location. Never been too happy but kept going back since its right next door. My last couple of visits were horrible, hence one star. The management has changed recently and everything has gone down the hill ever since. The technician never listened to what I request instead they push for more services ( sales pitch). The technicians constantly talk and laugh loudly together. I wonder why they play relaxing background music, when they leave no room for relaxation. Occasionally my bill was mis calculated so they called after a few hours wanting to charge my card again. Bottom line, nice people, zero customer service and moderate quality of work. read more

I came in for a facial yesterday afternoon. I woke up to a blister from the facial, in the middle of my nose. It hurts very badly. When she put the steamer on my face, it was way to close and was only focused on half my face. It was so close I could not breathe and it was so hot, so I moved it. I had moved it off my face because when I opened my eyes to see why it was held so close to my face, I had realized that she had put it on my face and left the room. So I moved it off my face and she came and moved it right back on my face and walked right back out of the room. When I opened my eyes to move it again, she walked in the room and saw me trying to move it and moved it back a couple inches. This is very hot steam. Should not be left on someone's face like that at all and be left alone in the room. Now my face is legitimately burnt and I have a blister in the middle of my nose that hurts super bad. I have my operators license and have worked for a spa doing facials and other skin care before. I have been licensed for 16 years, this was not ok. read more

The salon is clean and employees reasonably friendly. Be careful getting the lash clusters. Susan, the lash tech. Calls them extensions, but the are more like clusters. She puts them on real fast but they look a mess. My eyes got irritated after 1/12 days, and she told me to use baby oil to remove them. It didn't work. I don't live in Houston and tried to have them removed in Dallas. I went to several salons and they could not remove them. Susan will tell you she uses the best glue, and is a persistent sales person, don't believe her. You are better off paying for actual extensions at a reputable establishment than going for the cheap rate. read more

Just left this place and will never go back. The customer service was terrible and their skill level is subpar. I got a mani/pedi with dip powder and was charged $120. When asked to see their menu to verify the charges, I was told they didn't have one. I reluctantly paid with my card and as I was leaving, they then asked to see my drivers license when I said I was going to give them a bad review. Their poor service included the fact they didn't even wash my hands or lotion my hands/feet. My hands and feet are cracked and dry minus the oil they dripped on my nails. I question their cleanliness because after scraping my feet, they rinsed it off in the water my feet were soaking in and put it back in their tray. When I asked them to file down one of my toenails the entire staff begin chattering amongst themselves. Regardless of what they were saying, it was extremely rude because I felt like they were talking about me. I can go on but I recommend avoiding this place at all cost. I was verbally told my bill $50 for mani with dip and my pedi was $25 + $45 with dip and that everybody knows that. 20 minutes prior, two other customers were complaining but I don't know why.
