Just left this place and will never go back. The customer service was terrible and their skill level is subpar. I got a mani/pedi with dip powder and was charged $120. When asked to see their menu to verify the charges, I was told they didn't have one. I reluctantly paid with my card and as I was leaving, they then asked to see my drivers license when I said I was going to give them a bad review. Their poor service included the fact they didn't even wash my hands or lotion my hands/feet. My hands and feet are cracked and dry minus the oil they dripped on my nails. I question their cleanliness because after scraping my feet, they rinsed it off in the water my feet were soaking in and put it back in their tray. When I asked them to file down one of my toenails the entire staff begin chattering amongst themselves. Regardless of what they were saying, it was extremely rude because I felt like they were talking about me. I can go on but I recommend avoiding this place at all cost. I was verbally told my bill $50 for mani with dip and my pedi was $25 + $45 with dip and that everybody knows that. 20 minutes prior, two other customers were complaining but I don't know why. I enjoy going to this salon as my primary choice. The location is great and the employees are always extremely nice and accommodating. They allow walk ins which is what I primarily do. There is hardly ever a wait (unless extremely busy on a weekend). I was first introduced to the powder for your nails here and have been hooked ever since. Incredible salon! I truly got my money's worth and more from coming here. I went in an hour before closing time on Sunday and was greeted as soon as I stepped in. There were a decent amount of people there and all the employees were giving them their best attention. I waited 5 minutes before Johnson started to work on my pedicure. I had a great conversation with him and Helen assured me he was a great massage therapist-which is his real profession. I even learned what my problem areas are and what foods to eat to avoid problems later in life! Walked in Saturday morning with two other people. We all got seated and the employees started working on us within about 10 minutes with no appointment. Honestly we just came in because we were staying at a nearby hotel but we had a great experience. The nail work was done well AND done in a relatively short amount of time. The hot stone treatment was a huge plus, but the part of the pedicure that I was most impressed with was the door scrub. I've been to a ton of nail salons where you leave with a bunch of dead skin still on your feet. This wasn't the case here! My feet haven't felt this soft in years, and it's incredible. They aren't shy about scrubbing dead skin away, and your feet will end up much better for it. If I'm ever in town in this area again, I'll definitely be back. read more

The worst manicures I've ever gotten. Nail polish was chipping shortly after they applied it and they didn't do a great job cutting all of the excess cuticle. Pedicure was pretty good. They wrap your feet in a hot oil bag, but they could have done a better job removing all of the dead skin. Pedicure is $42 and comes with a "free" manicure, but you certainly get what you pay for with the manicure. read more

I came here last Saturday and from the beginning it was a nightmare! One lady is super aggressive she was arguing with the other staff! I wanted dip powder on my nails and toes and asked for that. They immediately asked where we were from I'm assuming so they could overcharge us. One lady started on my hands and another on my feet! Not once did my hands touch water and she proceeded to dip my fingers that's very unsanitary!!! And the lady doing my feet barely did anything!! She didn't even finish the pedicure. Before we left one lady was complaining about the same thing I'm complaining about now but they told her to come back tomorrow but of course we couldn't. So we go to pay and they tell us 120 each wtf!! So we ask to see the price list she says there isn't one and proceeds to point at the customers and say everyone in here knows. The lil aggressive lady comes up barking and I told her to calm the hell down I will pay her but I'm putting a review up then she proceeds to get even angrier with me and follows me out to my car (after I paid) to demand my drivers license. When I wouldn't give it to her she took my tag #. Please stay away from this place they do a shitty job, are rude as hell and unsanitary. We originally were going to another place that wasn't far had great reviews but they couldn't get us in until 3 pm. So we just went to the nearest place. I've had this dip powder 7 days and look at it! I don't work I'm a full time student so there is nothing I'm doing strenuous with my hands. I'm going to report them about their unsanitary practices as well to the licensing board. read more

So I came here to get a mani pedi at 6pm on a Wednesday. Dee did my nails and toes, not only was she aggressive with me but she seemed pissed off at everything. She did not bother to cut my cuticles or massage my legs even though I bought the deluxe pedi. I was extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. I still tipped and left. The following day I noticed that two of my nails had already chipped which seemed very odd to me since I had just paid for a fresh set. I return the next day, on a Thursday and share with the manager exactly what I stated about Dee being aggressive and unprofessional and ask if they could fix my nail. THEN GET THIS. Dee came up and told me, to my face, that she only applied two coats of shellac when you're supposed to apply three. I have no Idea why she shared that information with me as if that would help the situation. She literally intentionally did my nails wrong. Knew exactly why too. "Whatever, please just fix my nails." Im thinking. I leave. It's not Monday of the following week and I'm way past due for a new set. Almost every nail has fallen off. I'm very dissatisfied that I have to go the extent of leaving a review. But please ladies and gentlemen, do not waste your money or time here! read more

I'm not going to say the whole experience was terrible... The outcome of my nails did look really nice! But, unfortunately, my nail tech was very rough with my finger nails. I had a full set put on with shellac (s/p?). She was very aggressively tucking my natural nail bed to fit the acrylic. After it was all said and done, like I said, they looked nice, until about two days later when I noticed an intense itching and burning under my ring finger on my right hand. I pulled the fake nail off, only to find puss and swelling. I was able to get rid of the infection that started on my own at first, only to have it come back a week later. I've now had a staph infection under my nail bed for about a month, even on antibiotics. I would like to point out that out of the 6 years that I've been getting acrylic nails put on, I've never gotten an infection until going to this salon. read more

These girls are so sweet, I ADORE them! I'm someone who always likes to do different things with my nails and they always listen to exactly what I want and how I want it. They are accommodating, fun and do beautiful work. The salon is always clean and they have gorgeous, unique colors. With all that said, the thing that really separates them from all of the other nail salons is how amazing each technician is. When they first opened the workers took pride in their work. Now it is going down hill the workers are lazy, rude and unorganized. If you are not getting Gel, Shellac or Acrylic nails be prepared to return in two days because of sloppy work from a regular manicure, she didn't want to use the cuticle cream on mani or pedi and when I said something she had an attitude. she was hurting me and my cuticles are now peeling back from using dull/old cuticles trimming scissors.
