We have been here 2 times (Both on Christmas eve 2022 and 2023). The first year they had a harp player and that was awesome. The second year they did not have a harp player (When we made the reservations, we were told the harpist would be there - it turns out they are only there on Saturdays, thus we were given the wrong info, and we were disappointed) The servers are very professional and knowledgeable of the menu. They are very attentive to your needs. Our orders this year: Special Wagyu fillet (6oz) cooked med. rare (Perfectly cooked), with a side order of bleu cheese, and a side of truffle mac and cheese (So yummy) Swordfish with risotto (Both very tasty) Another steak with the foie gras butter (Very good too) Salad. Wine, Prosecco, iced tea. They also bring out bread and butter prior to dinner, that was a good dish of bread. The butter had red Hawaiian salt on it - very tasty. The ambiance is good; however, it could be better. There is a bar in the front, and they have a sporting event on a TV. Personally, I feel that a fine dining restaurant should not have a sports bar in it - there are other places for that. Pricewise, overall, it is a little overpriced by about 15% - having been to other fine dining places, we know how much items should cost. We tipped our waiter more than 20% because he did a great job. We plan on going back in January. read more

It was my family and myself first time there,we were celebrating my moms birthday the food was sooo good. Our server Nia was so sweet her recommendations of wine was excellent (we went with the bonanza wine) the crap cake was delicious my parents had the oysters they loved it. Had dinner here for the first time since we had a concert afterwards at the Cache Creek Event Center. We decided to do the 32 oz. Long-Bone ribeye for the 4 of us. For the sides, we had garlic mash, green beans and portobello fries. For drinks we had Espresso Martini, Manhattan, Black Label and wine among the 4 of us. Ended with dessert (see video). Tiramisu flambé with rum. Delicious! Not overly sweet or too rich. The only downside was me not taking any pictures of our dinner. The meat was prepared beautifully as requested, medium rare, seasoned just right and tender. All the sides were equally tasty and nicely prepared. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and seated immediately. Our server, Katrina and the assistant server were awesome. The manager ( sorry, didn't get your name) also stopped by to check on us and everyone's table. Overall, the hospitality and service here is wonderful. Personalities are genuine. You don't always feel that when you're dining out. Just seeing how the staff interacts with everyone was gratifying. The ambiance here is beautiful, seating is at a table and/or booths, nicely spaced apart for an intimate dinner or for a larger group! Will definitely return to try other items as the entire menu is very inviting. Note: Always good to make your reservation beforehand especially if you're attending a concert. Came here to celebrate our 28th Anniversary. Even put that on the reservation. Food was great, service great but disappointed that they didn't acknowledge our Anniversary at all like the other waitress did at another table. I looked online and I noticed that there was a steakhouse at cache creek casino, naturally my husband and I wanted to try it. We tried making reservation but they were full but the next time we headed over we were able to get in and we have been talking about our experience ever since. To our friends, our neighbors and at work, our main celebration for wanting to reserve at C2 was due to my birthday. I will say that my/our experience was phenomenal, we had the filet and the lamb for dinner. Everything was incredible, including the caviar and truffle mac and cheese, so many flavors. The lamb lollipops were as tender and juicy as the filet, very buttery and delicious. The customer service, right off the bat we got the best, Manny went above and beyond, his expertise with wine was admirable, his energy was great and he made sure we felt taken care of even though it was busy. Very genuine person overall. We will be coming back and we are definitely requesting Manny to be our server again. My husband and I always have a great time at C2, as a matter of fact, if reservations for C2 aren't available, we postpone our trip to Cache Creek. Neither the food nor the service has ever disappointed. Shout out to Elias at the host stand who is always so accommodating when we arrive early for our reservation. Niya & Zack make a great service duo; Niya has an extensive knowledge of wine and will gladly help you out when you can't decide what you want while Zack will never let your water glass go empty. I also want to acknowledge Andy, the manager at C2. He has a great team and you can tell that the restaurant is well managed. Though I never get to see the names or faces of the kitchen crew, I also want to thank them for providing such memorable meals. It feels like a special occasion every time we visit. As frequently visited guest at cashe creek was really disappointed we weren't able to make reservations for two during our hotel stay. We have always gotten reservations and have always been accommodated at the time we prefer. Was told over the phone we couldn't make a 7:30 reservation due to bigger party's being a priority. The warm and soft bread basket consisted of parmesan crisps, raisin bread, dinner rolls, and olive bread served with creamy butter topped with Hawaiian alaea salt. The smokey taste of bacon, quality Rogue river blue cheese, a thinly sliced Fuji apple beneath a thinly sliced sour dough crouton, and tender baby gem lettuce were a delightful combination of flavors.. The surf N Turf is served with your choice of steak (we chose 8 Oz Filet Mignon) served with a silky burre blanc sauce. The rich taste of cold water lobster tail dipped in clarified butter and a tender roasted shallot is a heavenly bite. Hot coffee is served in a stainless steel thin pitcher alongside a sexy curved creamer pitcher. The chocolate decadent cake, rich caramel sauce, housemade whipped cream, white and dark chocolate chunks, garnished with caramel popcorn is amazing. The chef's attention to detail is impressive. I've been going to this steakhouse for years and seems like it still has great food and excellent service. It might have changed managers lately , and I can see the definite improvement in both service and friendliness .... Our server "James" was excellent and the manager dropped by to see how things were going ! James steered me towards ordering a Chicago Rib eye steak , after hearing what types of steaks I prefer. We weren't expecting much when we headed to Cache Creek but we're pleasantly surprised. He and I both agreed that C2 is one of the best steakhouses we've been to. We've been to a handful to including Harris', Maestros, and Alexander's & C2 definitely competes with them. The decor is swanky too and wonderful top notch service. Fine dining at an Indian Casino? Yes sir! The breads and different type of butters are delicious, and fresh! Menus are on huge iPad like displays. Honestly, we were comped (due to dining with high rollers) but the high price tag here is worth it in this pretty restaurant. The quality and taste here are excellent. I did the surf n turf but subbed the filet mignon with the Delmonico steak. Everyone else but my dad's gf got a cut of steak; she got shrimp scampi with red sauce. They also shared a Casear salad. We also got truffle mac n cheese and brussel sprouts to share as sides. I usually do get filet mignon because of the smaller size but part of me was craving fat. Fat does give beef more flavor! The Delmonico was a huge 14oz perfectly seasoned and perfectly juicy mid rare hunk of beef. The marbling was great and it wasn't too fatty. Everyone enjoyed their steaks (24oz Porterhouse & 16oz Rib Eye). Dad's gf always loves her shrimp scampi loaded with tons of huge shrimp. Truffle mac n cheese, wasn't mac pasta, but was solid with lots of truffle taste and smell. Brussel sprouts were standard. Of course all of us took leftovers back to our rooms. Service was excellent and the cherry on top; the complimentary chocolate truffles at the end of the meal! We definitely will be back to try more items on their menu next time when we are at Cache Creek. read more

Cache Creek has other truly delightful options such as Enso Sushi, Chang Shou, even their Canyon Cafe. I don't want to go to a steakhouse and receive a lukewarm, old baked potato, so-so appetizers and a tasty steak. I want to want to come back. When I stay at other local casinos, I WANT to make sure I have time and room in my stomach for their steakhouse, I look forward to it! After a round of golf, the four boys had a 5:30 pm Friday dinner at C2. We all ordered the 24 oz Chicago Cut Ribeye ($65) and we all agreed that it was fantastic. For me, one of the best ever steaks. I also enjoyed the raisin bread in the breadbasket. Since the two of us had early February birthdays, we received complimentary brownies with whipped cream - also very good. I didn't try the mochi but the others agreed that it was also good. The French onion soup ($9) was just ok. The St. Francis wine ($40) was just ok. The servers were friendly and efficient. Came here with some friends on a golf weekend trip, all guys and we decided to eat here. we ordered the seafood tower and four steaks. The seafood tower was amazing the steaks were Great, but unfortunately they messed up twice on my buddy steak. If it wasn't for that there of been five stars on this, because their customer service was amazing our waiter/waitress was also absolutely amazing. We had a party of 10 on a Sunday at 11am. We were seated at 2 tables of 5 pretty quickly. 2 of s had mimosas, 3 had self service coffee at the coffee bar, the rest had iced tea. Breakfast was fast and very hearty. Me and my mom had veggie scramble. Substituted cottage cheese for hash browns and no toast. This was not an issue at all. My husband and son in laws got huge pancakes, all of the kids got pancakes and were super happy, The 3 egg omelet came with huge toast, hash brown or country potatoes, all of our food was filling and delicious.
