Unfortunately, his workers did not align the new flooring with the old flooring and it didn't look good, or professional. I discovered this when the job was finished. I sent a pic to Jason and said, "I guess I'll had to live with it." Jason replied that he was embarrassed by the amateurish quality of the job, that I shouldn't have to live with it, and that he wanted to redo it. So his guys came back, removed the flooring and then put it back correctly. Also, on the first day, his guys scratched my delicate front door while moving in the flooring. Jason had it redone no questions asked. The response of a company when something goes wrong is an excellent way to judge it. RH passed that test with flying color!

I was very excited to find Interior Technique Flooring through Yelp, as many of the reviews mentioned how helpful they are with repairing flooring after flooding and that they specialize in all kinds of flooring as well. The reviews also mentioned how friendly the owners and installers are, and I couldn't agree more after working with them on this project. Dustin was very helpful and creative and offered several different solutions to help us use existing floorboards to repair the area in front of our pantry so that the color match would be seamless. We decided to make our whole kitchen tile to help prevent future flooding problems and also provide a fun pop of color. We selected the tile from the ones they had in their showroom, and Ryan was very helpful with getting us a sample to take home and giving us info on the tile options. Mike made sure that scheduling went smoothly and our kitchen was back to normal within 5 days which was so helpful given we have a three year old daughter who wanted to check out all exposed sub flooring. We also have to give a shout out to the laminate and tile installers and the plumber as well. Everyone did a great job and was very clean and polite.
