I found Caballero Bakery on Yelp while looking for good pan de Dulce. With 5 stars, I had to give it a try. It's a little location on Pinn Rd that if you blink you may just miss it, so don't blink! We went close to 5 and were greeted immediately. The cases are filled with different varieties of sweet bread. We ordered several items for that evening and some snacks for the next day. Honestly I just wanted to try it all. Everything looked so good so I went with the staples. We immediately tore into the box while in the car. Everything was fantastic! The bread was soft even at 5pm. The empanadas were filled, and I mean filled! I was really impressed with this location. I highly recommend it and will most definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful pan dulce. The empanadas de camote, are my family's favorite and they are generously stuffed and beyond delicious. I brought pastries from Caballero's for a Halloween party and they were a big hit. This is a small family owned business and I highly recommend their pastries. The family is so nice and they are very helpful.

When you walk in it smells amazing! Beautiful Mexican pastries, we had concha, cinnamon roll, some empanadas and a tray of small colorful concha's. Everything was delicious, and the lady was so nice, and prompt. I will be going every weekend

    Always fresh!

My go to bakery! I've been coming here for years. It's a staple if you live around here. Mr. Caballero makes everything himself fresh daily. My kids are always happy to visit. Mr. Caballero is super friendly as well as the owner and morning lady. If your looking for the best pan dulce I definitely recommend stopping here! He opens at 5:30am and if you can make it at that time you'll see full cases with all of the best! On the weekends he sells pre-made bundles and sometimes banana bread. For the holidays this is always my go to spot for the BEST Bunuelos! They sell out fast! -Follow them on fb they always post live updates!

I love the friendly greeting you get when you walk into this place. It's a very small establishment but worth the stop. The pan de dulce is fresh and delicious!! I would definitely recommend this place! WARNING: you may walk out with more than you planned. My little monster was very happy after she ate her twisted donut.... if you can't tell she was in heaven when she walked in.

Right at the corner of Westfield Blvd and Pinn rd. Got the craving for some traditional pan dulce even though I shouldn't be eating this during the week. The co owner was very welcoming. She sparked up a conversation and welcomed us right in. I got some sweet potato empanadas and a chocolate donut. Boyyyy let me tell you they hit it out the park with both! Very very good. This is a must try. Go on in and getcha some!

Best bakery in Town! Hands down. Prices and flavor are the best combination here! You will not regret it, I promise!

Everything was good & if I did have one near me I'd be 100lbs bigger from binging my favorite Japanese style pastries all the time. The selection here is unmatched.

There were very limited fresh selections available, and many items were still being baked during opening hours. In my opinion, a bakery should open with the shelves fully stocked and ready for customers, especially those of us stopping in early. The prices are reasonable, ranging from about $2.50-$4.00 for both sweet and savory pastries, but price doesn't make up for the lack of availability. I expected to have more options to choose from instead of empty or partially filled displays. For consistency in early morning breakfast items, I could have easily gone to Krispy Kreme, where you know exactly what you're getting when the doors open. That said, 85°C is convenient and their mango smoothies are great. Overall, it's a decent spot, but I wouldn't recommend going first thing in the morning if you're expecting a full pastry selection.

We were given menus to look at while we waited so by the time we got to the counter, we were ready to order. The baked goods aren't on the menu, so when we walked by the counter filled with croissants, kouign amann, bear claws, apple pie, cheese cakes, it was hard to choose what we wanted!! We ordered: the Alamo Burger: a 8 oz wagyu beef smash burger , served with a fried egg, caramelized onions, cheese on a crispy croissant bun. It was incredible and worth the 15-20 minute wait! Almond croissant - a monster sized, flaky croissant with a generous almond filling. Guy Fieri highlighted this croissant on his DD&D show. It's probably a million calories not worth it! Tequila strawberry tres leches croissant - a small, cream filled croissant with strawberries. This was our least favorite. My husband didn't like the filling, I didn't like the sogginess of the croissant. Coffee - really good brewed coffee with free refills. We plan to go back a few more times while we're in town!!

I chose this location because it was close to my hotel. The first thing that caught my eye was the pastry display. I had heard great things about their conchas, so I purchased a chocolate concha, a chocolate croissant, and a guava-filled pastry. Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed. All three pastries seemed a bit dry to me and didn't live up to the hype. I also tried their brunch offerings, which were good but nothing particularly memorable. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The ambiance was casual and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to visit overall.

Instead, they offered a promo where if you buy a cheesecake jar, you got a free drink. Score! I tried the tres leches cheesecake, and it was delicious! It wasn't too sweet, which was great. I do wish the layer of cake was a bit taller. I do love how the cheesecakes come in a glass jar so I can reuse it, but you can also save them and give them back when you accumulate 10 for a free jar of cheesecake. As for the drink, I got a dragonfruit strawberry matcha latte. It was pretty good, but I felt like the strawberry was a little overpowering and I couldn't taste the dragonfruit. They do have glutten free, sugar free options too if you are the type of person needing to watch what you eat. They all looked really cute but settled on a tiramisu. I wont lie I did get thrown off on taste at first since my thought keep me thinking it wasn't a cheesecake but it tasted good. I did bring it home to chill it more and tasted even better.
