Joe and his team were extremely professional and provided a service from start to finish that is truly not easy to find. He was able to give us the best price for our La Cantina doors and spent a great deal of time on the phone going over our architectural plans making sure our order was placed correctly. We were building our house so we had our contractor put in the La Cantina doors and he lost the locking mechanism and other important parts for the door that opens independently of the others. I called Joe to order the parts I needed and he showed up the next day, replaced everything that was missing and added special magnets to the door to keep them open. To my surprise he didn't charge me anything, just wanted to make sure my doors were working perfectly and I was happy with my purchase. We had 6 panels of La Cantina folding doors put in to replace older sliding glass doors. 1 door was 4 panels and the other 2 panels. The 4 panel door required significant construction with a new header. The whole project was coordinate well. There were some supply chain delays but that was explained up front and it was expected.
