We did and ordered a sink from them. The sink did not fit and they knew this said we just need to make a cut to make it fit!! LUIS and Minnie were awesome! My wife and I stopped in one Saturday morning on our way to Mor furniture, and we're so glad we did. Luis was very friendly and helpful. Even without exact measurements we got a great idea of the layout for our kitchen. After remeasuring, We ordered the cabinets, had them delivered, and in a very short time we had a brand new kitchen. We also made some changes along the way, that's when I worked with Minnie, very sweet and helpful. The base cabinet drawer glides are really heavy duty allowing the drawers to extend out fully, and the soft close feature is top quality. The wall cabinets also have the soft close feature if desired, with heavy duty 3way adjustable hinges. The cabinets come delivered in a box, which needs to be assembled, but don't be discouraged. It's a very easy process to put together saving you lots of money. Top quality product with heavy duty hardware, solid wood-no particle board, great finishes, awesome help designing layout, great warranty! Putting the cabinets together is super easy and great for DIY generation! The quality of the cabinets are excellent especially for the price. When I first went in to design my kitchen and look at cabinets they were very helpful and Luis worked with me for hours to design my kitchen and get the cabinets and colors that I wanted. Then the cabinets arrived in a timely fashion which was great. Now this is why I have given this company one star.... It took me a week to simply get a quote on cabinet assembly, and apparently they only did one quote that week so I am not sure why it took so long for me to get my quote. Finally when I got the quote, I went in right away and paid for assembly because I was told nothing would happen until I paid. I was supposed to get a call back the next day for assembly instructions.....never got a call back. Finally after several days of calling I finally got a manager to help me get the assembly scheduled. Even when I got called back, I was told that nobody is qualified to assemble my particular cabinets and was told that they had to train someone to do it, which took extra time. Before I bought the cabinets I was thoroughly assured by Cabinets to go that someone could assemble them..... I was told that assembly is done on Mondays, so I expected it done then. Nothing happened until Wednesday, I waited again on Wednesday, and apparently there was a mix up in drivers so nobody came on Wednesday. Then I had to wait until the following Monday for another person to come out. Monday morning the assembler magically "disappeared" and nobody could contact him. Finally after countless phone calls to upper level managers they finally sent someone Monday afternoon to start on the cabinets. The fellow that came was very nice, took two days to assemble the cabinets, then went on his way. Finally thinking that I can finally get my kitchen put together, I go to my house only to learn that the hardware is missing for one of the major cabinets, and also I am missing a couple of door fronts to my cabinets, so installation cannot be completed. I called customer service and created a claim. Apparently they cannot rush shipments so it will take 4 or 5 days (hopefully) to get my cabinet hardware. I ordered my cabinets from Cabinets to go because they seemed like good cabinets and also that I would get them in a timely manner. I ordered my cabinets on May 30th, and now it is a month later and I am still waiting for Cabinets to go to get things right, or even just call me back. They have given my husband, contractors, and I so much trouble and frustration that I would never buy from them again. I have no clue when my kitchen is going to be done, and I have been paying my contractors to just sit around and wait for these cabinets. read more

He was so friendly, professional and helpful when we came in July to inquire about purchasing components for a master closet remodel. Unfortunately, Cabinets to Go does not carry the color or component height we needed, but Joshua advised us of what he could do for us if we were not able to find what we needed elsewhere. She has a great eye for design too ... and wasn't afraid to give us her opinion and guidance which we appreciated!! They had a buy one lower cabinet and then get one upper free, which saved us a ton. This is unbelievable, but Lowe's was about double the cost for lower quality cabinets. We got two sets of kitchen cabinets for an average air kitchen for $8K. Searched several places before finding a granite we liked. We found it at Cabinets to Go. Sales person Joanna and manager Minnie (Ximena) were professional and friendly. They used MSI to supply our granite slabs and HyTechTile to fabricate and install it. After installation, we had some problems at first. Manager Minnie was willing to work with us in a timely manner to make things right resulting in us choosing a different granite - one that is smooth and polished. So far this place is a total disappointment. I submitted information to get a quote online and received an email recommending I go to the nearest store. So we arrived at the store at 4:40, knowing they were going to close at 6:00. A man offered to help us but gently reprimanded us for not making an appointment (which was not suggested in the email). He then told us he would be leaving early but that he'd gather it info and provide a quote the next day (Friday). I provided the schematic I'd created and my husband and I were left to wander around and pick cabinets, hardware, and countertops with no suggestions or guidance. We've never done a project this big and were really hoping for professional help, and would have liked to hear about optional finishes, such as glass-front doors and other little things we saw in the store. Instead, we were reminded two additional times that the employee had to leave, so were hurriedly made some choices and are waiting on an estimate (which didn't arrive the next day). It's a holiday weekend, so maybe we will hear back in another day or two. Regardless, I'll be requesting another person to assist. Will provide an update if they end up doing this project! read more

Such a terrible experience. The design process was well over an hour for a very small and simple kitchen island. It turned out that two of the parts were backordered (which they didn't check beforehand) and so after a month of waiting we had to cancel our order. Fast, professional, and significant savings. I had 95% of my order within 2 weeks of ordering and the rest within 6 weeks for special order items. They designed my kitchen then came out to double check my measurements to ensure i could fit what i planned to order. I had 2 items with minor blemishes after shipment and both items were replaced with only a picture and email/phonecall...no issues or problems. I was a bit cautious when ordering cabinets from these guys because of negative yelp reviews. My cautions was unwarranted as they were always helpful when I asked. It is imperative that you know how to install cabinets before undertaking such a large job. They are very helpful but make sure that you do not bite off more than you can chew and take on too much project. They saved me thousands of dollars and I actually have better cabinets made of a superior hardwood than what the big box stores had to offer. Pro tip: get cabinets when they have one of their larger sales or specials. read more

BEWARE of this company. I had a very bad experience with this company. I timed the delivery of my cabinets to occur shortly after tearing out the existing kitchen and bathroom vanity. I was living out of the bedroom with only access to water from the bathtub. Very uncomfortable. I was only able to work on the place two days a week, on my and my handyman's days off. First, they did not deliver the cabinets when they said they would, so I lost a whole day of installation, even though I had already scheduled it, and had to pay my handyman. Next, they delivered a cabinet that shouldn't have been delivered. We put the cabinet together. The only place it could go was above the refrigerator, so we assumed that it was the cabinet for over the refrigerator. We installed it, followed by all the other upper cabinets in line with it, only to discover that there was another cabinet for over the refrigerator. The one we installed shouldn't have been delivered to me at all. Worse yet, the one that did belong over the refrigerator was longer, and did not fit once the floors were installed. So we had to move all the upper cabinets up an inch, and move all the lower cabinets on top of the installed floor rather than the sub floor so everything would fit together right. We would never had made this mistake if we had started with the correct cabinet. So basically, I lost another full day of labor and labor costs. When assembling one of the upper cabinets, I discovered a faulty part. I'm still awaiting the replacement part -- it is back ordered. I've now been living out of my torn up home with no sinks for weeks longer than I had planned. Lastly, not able to move forward on the kitchen, we tried to assemble the bathroom vanity. One of the drawers was crooked and we couldn't figure out why. I called customer service, and they wouldn't replace the whole cabinet, only the defective part. So, we had to spend all day trying to identify which part was defective. It was a hole drilled in the wrong place in the drawer. We spent hours on an assembly that should have taken 20 minutes. Weeks after I thought my cabinets would be installed, I am still no closer than I was the day they were deliver. I've lost hundreds of dollars in labor costs, I still have no sinks or running water besides the bathtub, and I'm missing parts of my cabinets. Cabinets to Go takes no responsibility for the costs I have incurred due to late delivery, defective product and delivery errors. Please avoid this company at all costs. read more

Overall the experience was good. The staff was fine. There were a few surprises regarding the cabinets themselves. Here is what I learned. You have to decide up front the lazy Susan door hinges on right or left. The shelf in the base cabinet is a half shelf. The upper corner cabinet shelves are about 3" away from the front making you really really reach. One other thing is ... I bought white upper cabinets and you can see the hardware under the cabinet. I suggest you get the light veneer to hide that. The construction team was A+. Fernando was the lead and he was very helpful. They took pride in their work which you don't find too often anymThey were extremely efficient and worked tirelessly to get my kitchen installed for Thanksgiving. The tile guy was gold. Good color, weird texture or the drawers do not match or just look stupid. OH! This is rather important. We found a place and the rep told me to come back with my list of dream kitchen stuff. I started discussing the animal food storage, the coffee,,kitchen things that are unsightly and I would like them put away finally. That,,,um,,,gal told me that was up to me to find spots for this stuff. Minnie at CTG listened to me. I have a place for my copious amounts of kitchen gadgets and appliances. She was honestly the only person who listened to me and my goal. I wanted elegant yet efficient. She had the design I wanted plus the color I wanted in that design. We got the Dark Chocolate and it is gorgeous. Minnie did not try to upsell us at all. She made suggestions on items, like trim, end pieces, the lit glass door cabinets, that we did not even consider. Because she really has an eye for this, she managed to make my tiny kitchen significantly larger. The pricing on these cabinets was absolutely the best we found for what I wanted. The store manager did the design for my kitchen but did not take responsibility when a drawer was blocked by the stove, even though I provided the stove dimensions beforehand. He refused to provide a smaller drawer to correct the mistake even though I had already spent thousands of dollars. I called the "customer service" number to get the situation resolved. The person on the phone apologized and said he'd have someone get back to me on Monday. That was more than a month ago, and I have still not heard from them. We went on Saturday morning with a cabinet door in hand and a slab of granite, looking to add more cabinets to match. There was a thin build, dark-haired Olive Oyl looking woman sitting at the desk helping a couple. She did not acknowledge us when we walked in. We weren't expecting a fan faire - but a smile and a "I'll be with you soon" would have been sufficient. Instead, she ignored us as we waited and looked around for 15-20 minutes at what look to be like cheap quality basic cabinets (think Ikea and expect to replace them in a few years). The last straw came when the phone rang and she proceeded to help the caller while the couple sat waiting patiently. We did not get any service in person, but someone on the phone did.
