Really friendly service and coffee beverages are tasty. Prices are quite reasonable and the orders are complete in a very timely way.

First Timer & I Am Definitely impressed With This Spot! I'm Very Picky With Chai Lattes & Wow They Did A Great Job! It's On The Sweeter Side But Very Delicious! Banana Bread & Chorizo & Egg Burrito Were Very Good As Well! Their Service Was Great As Well! I Will Be Back!

I've been coming here for years, and love getting coffee via drive through as it saves a lot of time. There are a couple of tables here and about 5 spots to park if someone wanted to sit and eat instead of eating in their car. I'm sensitive to that since I'm trying to keep my new car smell as long as I can. There is also a short little walking trail that goes along a marsh behind the next-door hotel. I love how they open so early at 4:30! This is the best for commuters but not great for late coffee drinkers since they close at 4:30pm and 12:30pm on weekends! Closed Sundays.

Quick service and nice stop! Hot mocha and good prices. The worker us by herself but she's very friendly and the place was getting a little busy. Props to her.

Stopped by here on the way to a hike in Marin. Staff greeted us and the spot didn't seem too busy. It seems like you can drive through to buy coffee, but we parked and walked up to the window. That was a little confusing since most places have a window for walk up versus a window for drive through. It's a convenient spot if you pick up coffee after fuelling gas down the road before hopping back on 101

Amazing banana bread. Great start to the morning. Coffee and banana bread! Easy access drive though.

    The whole place!

Satisfying black coffee served from a cute cable car. Wetlands make a fine backdrop for together time on a road trip. Close and convenient to the highway.

My boyfriend's eggs were runny despite having asked for them to be scrambled hard. My niece didn't like her pancakes, and the group generally felt the food was bland. The service was also spotty. After remaking my boyfriend's eggs they forgot his toast. Then when the toast came they forgot the jam. The waitress didn't ask about drink refills, though she did refill my coffee. The ambiance was fine, but not the special holiday brunch spot we had imagined. Next time we'll find a different Larkspur restaurant.

We've been supporting this small woman owned business for years and will NEVER step foot in this (or San Anselmo) establishment again!! Cashier worker Andrea was so nasty and confrontational and even had the lack of decency to be rude and nasty to my innocent by stander of a child!! I was nearly in tears over this workers verbal assault. I immediately rang the owner Heather. She didn't seem terribly bothered and thought our verbal assault from her employee would be rectified by offering us free drinks. No go! This didn't change the worker Andrea's attitude and death stares, not to mention we could hear her talking crap about us to other employees. The mouth and behavior of this employee is abominable and shouldn't be a behavior that we as supportive patrons should ever experience. Fortunately we have several gluten and dairy free options in Marin, so save yourself a verbal assault and go elsewhere.

Eric made my birthday even more special by having the fireplace burning and some bubbly waiting on ice when we got there. The showers were huge with two shower heads- one on each side. Ultimate luxury. I loved the rustic homey feel they had. There were rolled up blankets everywhere, they had a little game room where we played scrabble and jenga before bed. Breakfast was included and they had two different types of homemade quiche and something from everyone- bagels, yogurt, individual fresh fruit cups, and cookies. We hope to come back again some day! That's all tolerable when it a beautiful setting and there's cozy communal rooms to enjoy the scenic vistas and fresh air on the mountain. The bad and ugly - the customer service and 'breakfast' included. As one staff member likes to say 'we're not the Marriott' - lol? But maybe try a bit harder so your food is at least better than a Holiday Inn Express continental breakfast. Seriously, the owner seems to not get it that when guests are paying $400 + for a room with 'breakfast included' they need to do better. With only 10 rooms, why not prepare a decent breakfast offering like most quality lodges and B&B's? It's so easy to make basic and necessary improvements, and make guests feel welcome and appreciated. A simple 'welcome in!' Offer to show guests to their room and ask if they need anything. At check out 'how did you enjoy your stay! Is there anything we can do to better accommodate you next time'?' But that only works if the owner actually listens and wants to make guests happy. Sigh. So much potential to be a great place to visit and I so wish I could recommend this place because there's many reasons one might want to return, but too many reason to keep me away. No A/C either there and for that price on a very hot day I can't imagine how any guest would feel they're getting a good value. Windows lack screens too. Likely West Point inn next time for me. Yeah it's rustic but views are better and I'd rather pack in my own food than eat the prepackaged bad food at the Mountain Home Inn.. and yeah, it ain't the Marriott either, but I wasn't expecting that. Just some basic courtesy and a good breakfast offering. Hmm, I see that the property is listed for sale so maybe that explains the issues - they clearly don't care about guests returning
