I was worried we might not get a table quickly, but we arrived at the perfect time on a Saturday and were seated immediately. We ordered a couple drinks, perused the menu and ordered the ceviche and street tacos and chicken tacos and everything was fresh and delicious. Our server was helpful, Attentive without hovering. They even walked us to our table and later showed me where the bathroom was, which I thought was a really nice touch. As for the food, it definitely lives up to the hype. It's on the pricier side, but everything tasted incredibly fresh and was well worth it. We ordered the enchiladas, which were delicious, and the shrimp was probably my favorite part of the meal because it was so fresh and perfectly cooked. I will say it is the BEST burrito I've had this side of the country. Only issue I had was a with pick up ordering which makes sense if you've seen how busy they can get for lunch! Overall great customer service all around and big servings when you dine in! 5 stars for the food and ambiance / vibe the place has. Make sure to come before 12 if you wanna get that fat juicy burrito as quick as possible. Owner is also a very understanding person which is the reason we love this location. Cabo Bob's is my go-to burrito place in Austin. It's like chipotle, but everything tastes waaaaaay better. I also love that you can mix up the tortilla flavors-- the Ancho/Cheddar tortillas are bomb. I've been eating burritos exclusively from here ever since I arrived in town and will continue ordering curbside until I no longer live here. I recommend cutting your burrito in half! I finally had the chance to try Cabo Bob's, which was fantastic! The fish tacos were perfectly crispy and paired with a tangy, flavorful sauce. The burrito was enormous--almost too big to hold!
