So we couldn't do anything too adult lol The spot is very attractive from the front. it looked packed inside and the music was great. But we don't like taking our girls to a too grown restaurant. Fortunately they had outside seating which was awesome. ( Even thou i wanted to be inside jamming) lol The waitress was very attentive. I had a 26 oz margarita pretty strong my husband got the coco something lol he said it was good. I ordered the chicken nachos and i don't know if you follow most of my reviews but i LOVE mexican food. Was very disappointed when the "cheddar" cheese was sauce kind of like velveeta. Yuck! So i knelt ate around the parts that didn't have the sauce . My daughter ordered a grilled chicken bowl she liked it. My husband got the Birria tacos he said they were the worst he's ever had. OUCH!!! The brought out nice warm and crispy chips with salsa . Those were good they tasted fresh. we went inside to use the bathroom and the atmosphere was awesome . I secretly wished the girls weren't with us ha ha. Anyway besides the food not being great the service and atmosphere was nice. Never any complaints when I go here. Usually go for the drinks. Literally every type of margarita that you can think of. I've had the Swedish fish margarita, Italian ice margarita, and others. They have a small outdoor patio in the back which also has a bar. There's of course a bar inside also and multiple tables and booths. I'll definitely be back again. read more

Ugh I wanted to like you but too many negatives for my first experience. 1 star for the drink which took a full 40 min to get after we ordered and a half star because the food was edible. We had no wait on a table on the Tuesday night we visited but then it took 15 min to be acknowledged by waitstaff or even just get a water. It may not seem like a lot but it is when they just keep walking by, a quick be with you soon, or scan the qr for the menu would go a long way. The food is mediocre for the prices charged, the rice tasted refrigerated and reheated. There was a scuffle that broke out at the bar (punches, thrown chairs, drinks). Unless this is normal occurrence, a manager should come by nearby tables to check in. The closest table had 2 kids seated under 6, I understand you can't control patrons behaviour but you can control the aftermath and experience it leaves on guests still dining. My first time back at Cabo since the pandemic. I came here to catch up with some friends and get a bite to eat. Currently they are offering indoor and outdoor seating. The place is socially distanced and there is plenty of hand sanitizer for customer use. We decided to sit inside because it was not too crowded and outside was very hot. We sat at the bar had some drinks and ordered food. I got the strawberry banana caborita it was delicious as always. I also ordered the skirt steak tacos they were really good I just wish the plate came with more rice and beans. Both my friends got the Baja shrimp tacos and enjoyed their food as well. Four stars for this RVC gem. I saw the posts on social media of others enjoying the wild drinks so I called up a designated driver and headed out with my sisters. We waited outside on line for about ten minutes and were seated in a smartly designed social distance layout. The drinks were great. I should have been smart enough to get a pitcher however as a pitcher was $16 but a single drink was $20. The bacon wrapped plantain is definitely something to talk about we ordered it twice. I was dismayed that they didn't have fresh octopus to grill or grilled calamari but it's a pandemic so I couldn't really complain. The lobster crusted sea bass did not hit the mark for me but the braised short ribs DID. Mexican street corn and tacos were a win as well. The only reason Shìt I couldn't give more than four stars is that we waited over an hour to eat if the drinks were less expensive and they gave more chips maybe it would have helped but one of us top their food to-go bc the wait made them lose their appetite which is a thing. There's an eclectic arsenal of music playing from salsa and merengue to drill music and old school 90s music. The food was also enjoyable, though their fajitas lacked seasoning and the coconut sea-bass was dry. Granted, it was a busy Saturday night and the kitchen was probably chaotic! The tostones pulled pork nachos were the star of my table. Their alcoholic drinks are also cool and come in big portioned glasses. Last time I came I rated it 3 stars and decided to try it out again. Bad idea! This place is HORRIBLE I don't understand the people that claim that the food is not great but the drinks are. They're both equally as bad. I think just because people see a large glass they think it's a good thing. My husband and I ordered two jalapeño margaritas. The drinks came out with 2 or 3 floating ice cubes and tasted anything but spicy. The drink was weak and upsetting that we paid $17 for them. As far as food we ordered the street corn. Omg it was mushy and just plain gross. I couldn't even eat it because it was all over my teeth. We ordered from the "kids menu" which is non existent the waitress just told us verbally what they had.. the yellow rice had a lot of black pepper and was too spicy for the kids so I'm not sure how this is on the "kids menu" both my beans and my sons beans were super cold. Everytime I needed something I had to get up and get it because my waitress was no where to be found. We let the waitress know how disappointed we were. The four of us gave Cabo another try. There was no cover charge for the live band, but one must sit at the bar outside and not at the tables if not dining in. This is quite fair. We enjoyed drinks and listened to the live band. The band's friend kindly let the 4 of us join her table. My second time here in a long time, I came here years ago and I immediately loved it; I've always wanted to go back but was too far for me being that I'm in Brooklyn. Turns out their was some type of confusion between the food runners and the bartender. It finally came around the same time as the entree. Feeling for a puff with Aidonia then jamming to Soca in the space of half of an hour? Go on WithChaBadSelf, no one would mind here at Cabo. There's a backyard patio or is it the front? You can enter Cabo from two entrances so I'm not quite sure which is back or front but the patio is cozy during the winter with their cute little fireplace. Spring/summer it's always full of people with energy to burn! Outside bar and tellys so you really need not go inside except to use the loo and what nots. The last time I was here we were well entertained by cover band Blindside Tackle and I can't wait to see what other cool surprises Cabo has in store for Summer '17!
