I got the eggplant parmesan calzone and we really enjoyed it. The portion was really big.

Not pleased at all. When I called to order I was estimated 45-60 minutes for delivery. Meaning 60 minutes should be the absolutely longest it should take. It took about 90 minutes to get just one large pizza. Would not recommend. read more

I have never experienced service as bad as this in my entire life. I called for delivery on a Sunday night and I was put on hold 3 times before I was even able to order, I was then told to repeat all of my information over again each time I was put on hold. I ordered based off of the prices online and was then charged over twice the amount that I was expecting because "those are the old prices" according to who ever I was talking to on the phone after. I called back after I saw the charge and the line was dead or it just kept ringing with no answer. It took me 9 times before I could actually reach someone to talk to and when I did things didn't get better. I was then told that they didn't have an online menu, even though I was looking at it and that the prices were not correct on it. I asked if they could change my order to make it so it wasn't double what I was expecting and I was given a very rude answer. I stated that I didn't understand why I should've known these prices when clearly they are marked on their menu and I assumed they were correct. I was given the response "Well you shouldn't assume things". Basically I was told in the end to just send it back after I had waited for an hour and a half for a salad and buffalo chicken. A simple apology would've been enough but never once did they apologize for the miscommunication or anything, I only received a lot of attitude, cold chicken and a soggy salad. read more

This place is one block from my office, so I get lunch there a few times a month. I can't comment on the sandwiches or pizza because I am hooked on the salads - check kebob, steak kebob, etc. which come with....... hot pita bread!!! Excellent. read more

I order from here at least once a month. I always order a chicken parm sub and the stuffed cheesy bread. Both are always hot when I pickup or when delivered and price is more than reasonable for the amount of food they give you. One of my favorites since moving to Beverly. read more

Haven't had their pizza, but their service is so wonderful--everyone who works there has been very friendly every time we've gone in. It's refreshing to have a friendly pizza place! Their pita bread is the greatest I've ever had...I'd be happy to just order a pile of that stuff. Calzones and subs are great, salads are always satisfying. Pretty good pizza. Great crust and tasty sauce. But the guy who answered the phone was terrible. I said 3 times small and even gave dimensions and still got a medium. And the driver didn't have right address after multiple explanations. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Said it would take an hour and I ended up waiting 3. My food was cold. The driver didn't speak any English. Had 3 orders and they all came at different times with different drivers. The driver was also unprepared and clumsy, didn't have a pen for me to sign with. Every time I called the restaurant to see where my food was they would answer and hang up on me. Also called and got through said the driver would be there in 2 minutes he showed up two hours later with cold food. Would not recommend if ordering to an apartment. read more

I wanted to order out and recently received Cabot Pizzas menu in my mail. I ordered a chicken finger dinner and a soda. I wanted it delivered which took 40 minutes which is exactly how long they said it would take. The delivery driver was very nice,however I was not impressed with the food. My food was so cold I had to microwave it and the chicken fingers were dry and tasteless. And they forgot my soda. Not going to order from Cabot Pizza again. read more

i have had a HORRIBLE experience at this place. me and my sister decided to order and have food delieverd we have never been there so we decided we could try it. not only did they take an hour to get the food here but when they did they forgot my soda and duck sauce and kethup when i had asked spacifically for thoes things! did not even eat at all - i paud 9.50 for a chicken finger plate and it was the smallest meal i ever seen from a sub shop like that it was like a hand full of salad 3 chicken figers and a hand full of fries - so it was really worth only 5. and also my sister got a calzone that was raw and cold looks like it was a frozen one that u buy diddnt look home made at all looked like the out side was pie crust - i am VERY DISSAPOINTED and it waqs such a waist of money i diddnt even touch it i threw it out but lesson learnsed to never order from here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Work group ordered a bunch of salads for lunch, called order in at 11:20. (we are 10 minutes away) by 12:30 called back as we had not received our food , was told driver would be there any minute. 12:45 called back still hadn't gotten our order, had me wait on phone said they called driver he was in parking our lot. person on phone said I'm sorry I only take the orders and blamed delivery person (he took our order), 1:05 we were about to go somewhere else and was going to refuse order when it finally arrived. Bread and chicken (on salads) were hot meaning that it was not the delivery person's fault , more like our order never got placed. All the person on the phone had to do was say sorry I forgot to place the order it will be there momentarily we would have understood mistakes happen but instead blamed the driver who we barley tipped!!!! NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS!! How ever food was good !!! read more
