Had one of those "lucky" moments, where the water heater goes out and you don't realize till late…read morein the day. Called up Eagle and spoke to them about my dilemma. I don't recall the woman's name that I spoke to but she was super nice. Her phone etiquette off the back made me feel like I was calling the right place. She said she'd have somebody sent over to take a look within an hour of me calling. Larry showed up and took a look at our stagnant water heater. Did a few tests to see if he could get a few more miles out of her but sure enough... It was a dud. He snapped a few pictures and gathered information needed, then said he was going to source one out and give me a call the next morning. Sure enough, next day; I got a call in the AM, water heaters ordered, he's picking it up and such time, and then installed and back in business. Larry seriously kept us informed on every step of the process. When he'd be here, after he ordered our water heater, when he was going to pick it up and then the install.
