I called many plumbers and these guys were the only ones who not only answered their phone, but were able to come out in a reasonable time. They resolved my initial issue and also noticed a larger problem, namely tree roots growing in the pipes that flow out to the sewer. They were able to get back out there the next business day and got all the roots taken care of. On top of being fast and efficient, everyone was super nice. But after hanging up, I tried his instructions. And sure enough it fixed the problem. Long story short, if you have a spare bath that is unused. Not running the flush or shower can cause a ?vacuum? where the sewer smell could escape... (something like that, but don't quote me). I haven't written a review here in years, but wanted to let everyone know that Kaelin (Draintech) is a good and honest business.
