I really like this place! I live close by and have been to multiple salons in the area & my go to spot up the hill was just getting insane when it came to pricing. Cacie does an AMAZING job and has great pricing and is always so sweet. She did dip for me last time that lasted multiple weeks and looked great. I missed having tips so today I got an acrylic full set for a vacation and she nailed it! They're perfection and she got me in and out in under 45 minutes. Will definitely be back :)

I have been a customer for six years and I highly recommend this salon. I have gone from gel to dipping powder and they are always perfect. I was a hand model for 15 years so I'm really picky.

I walked in and one of the ladies touched my belly and said "Oh look so big" No I'm not pregnant I'm just fat. But it was the only place open nearby so we went for it. My daughter got a full set and they looked cute but started chipping a couple days in. I sat down for a pedicure and my feet soaked for a good 30 mins before the gal was able to sit down and finish my pedicure. They seemed grumpy and cold. And this was the cart the gal used on me. My toes burned for a day or so after and I wasn't sure if it was the water or they were too abrasive with me.

It's really hard to find a good nail salon for the right price and quality especially here in the southend area. I've tried many places in Kent and Auburn but the experience I've had here at Cacie has me convinced and I definitely plan on coming back. Highly recommend!Ask for Hannah! She does an amazing job Fill with Shellac for $33.00

I went to this place because it was the closest to me. I read some reviews but decided to go anyway. I was completely amazed! It's a nice atmosphere! The ladies are super nice and it was only $55 for a fill AND pedicure! Will definitely be going back!

Very happy at the way my nails turned out a long with how my moms nails turned out. The customer service was ok. Don't really want to go in to detail. However, I'm happy the way my nails came out

My best friend and I have been here 3 times. We've had quite friendly encounters with the ladies. They remember us and ask questions about our jobs and school etc. Beyond that, we have never felt rushed. In fact, they stayed late to ensure that our pedicures were done correctly. Admittedly, a couple of the ladies can seem a little less friendly but we never took personal offense to this and always left with awesome nails.

Nice and did a great job !!! Love the design , I asked her for a flower and she did this beautiful flower design that was more elaborate then I expected. Also with regular pedicure they do hot wax which is extra at some places

Very pricey and they use cheap nail polish. If you get a manicure I recommend you bring your own polish! Mine was half chipped off in 24 hours--pretty absurd.

Walked in after being turned away from another salon and they got me in right away. I got the deluxe pedicure and shellac manicure and I'm very happy with my results. The nail tech took her time and I didnt feel rushed at all. I was happy that she took the time to cap each nail when doing shellac since some salons skip that step. She also asked me many times if the water temp was ok and if I was comfortable. Prices are super resonable... deluxe pedicure was $35 and shellac manicure was $30. My one critique since is that the salon is pretty dingy/in rough shape but she used a fresh liner in the pedicure tub.

    Do not go here.

Best manicure, pedicure, wax and eyelash salon I've ever experienced in over 60 years. Been going for ten years. Couldn't ask for more.

    Do you do powder dip?

Yes. But clearly this salon does not know how to use it after she sanded my nails down into egg shaped domes after she powder dipped my nails 20 times. I still have permanent nail damage from this place

Really good massage on my pedicure! I would go back again, they are located to convenient for me…read more I come from Renton to Hagen and they normally can get me in within the hour. Have one god a pedicure here, but highly recommend.

I came here a few weeks ago for a mani/pedi. It was early in the day on a weekday so I was the only…read moreone there. The lady who did my acrylic set was really nice and worked with me as I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. I thought she did a pretty good job. I also thought the price was pretty fair for what I got. Unfortunately that's where the good part of this experience stops. There were two women and one man there, the other younger woman got set up to do my pedicure once my nails were done. She didn't ask me if I wanted anything to drink, she didn't ask what kind of pedicure I wanted, she put my feet in cold water immediately and walked away. I took my feet out because it was really cold and she came back, looked at me funny as I tried to explain to her that the water was too cold. She come up beside me and turned on the warm water. My feet "soaked" for maybe 10 seconds and she had me put both of my feet out as she trimmed and took off nail polish. I figured I would put my feet back to let them actually soak before she began but no, she got out the scraper and just started scraping away at my heels. And when I say scrape, I would say she halfheartedly, very lazily scraped my heels. This is the main reason I get a pedicure, as I have pretty dry heels, but she was done in about 20 seconds on each foot, and not a lot was coming off because I had barely soaked them at all, so none of the skin was soft enough. I tried to ask if I could soak my feet a little longer before she did that but she didn't understand a word I was saying. The other woman and man were nowhere to be found so I couldn't reach out to one of them. So I sat back and was like well. I guess this is what I'm gonna get then. She started the massage and again very lazy and halfheartedly did this part. I could see the dry skin on my heels still and thought maybe I'll ask for some paraffin wax to soften up a little bit more. When I asked for this, she looked at me with a question in her face, like she didn't understand what I was asking. The other woman had come back and was just hanging out on her phone as no one else was in the place, so that's when we finally did get her to come over and I saw her teaching her how to do the paraffin wax. So now it's making a little more sense. This is just a new person who maybe hasn't done very much, but you'd think that someone might be guiding her as she is doing it because she clearly was not doing things properly. when they took my foot out of the wax, I could see there were still a lot of skin and I'm just not satisfied so I asked the other woman if she can scrape my heels a little more because there was still a ton of skin on them after the paraffin wax. At this point, the other woman I could tell just told the younger girl to leave and she took over from there. From this point it was great because clearly this other person was more experienced. You think also that this young girl would sit there and maybe watch and learn something from the more experienced person but no, she went to a different chair and just sat there on her phone. The man was pretty much in the office for most of the time, he did come out and say hello and ask if everything was going OK it was polite. You can tell he's probably the boss. But he and this other girl literally sat around on their phones for the 2 1/2 hours that I was there. There was a ton of nail dust, dirt and grime all over the tables that they probably could've been cleaning. The general cleanliness of the place was good enough that I didn't leave immediately but as I sat there and got my nails done, I was really picking up on a lot of grime. Anyways, my manicure barely lasted two weeks before they started to fall off. My pedicure started chipping within the week (but I was in chlorinated pool so I can't blame them too much for that). Overall, I will not be returning to this location. I think I can get better service and quality elsewhere.
