You walk in and everyone from Victoria the server, Joe dining at the counter and Steve at a table along with other patrons Brandon and Susan all say hello and ask how you are doing. And this was our first time there. The food is delicious (best breakfast tacos). The local patrons are there every day and I can see why. No need to go anywhere else. A relaxing breakfast We stopped in yesterday for the first time. The place was larger than I expected. From pictures I thought it was more a takeout place with a few tables, but I was wrong. They have a nice bright dining area with a pleasant decor. We settled in. I went with their Meat Lovers Omelet, sausage, shaved steak, & (I believe) bacon, with cheese. Don't worry if you look at my photo and see those two strips of cheese on top, there was more inside. I think it was 3 eggs and ready in under 10 minutes. The omelet was as good as it looked, all that shaved steak on top set it apart from other omelets. The side of home fries, which looked a lot like hash browns, was ordinary. We had a server switch in the middle of our meal, and we liked both. It was a nice relaxing meal. read more

Stopped in this morning which is probably the 3rd or 4th time I've eaten here in the last 2 years. Everything was excellent. I did have one previous experience that was just ok (everyone has an off day) but all of the other times I've been here have been Great. As usual, I had the country fried steak, hash browns, and scrambled eggs along with a toasted bagel & cream cheese. My meal came out very quickly and everything was fantastic. The hash browns were crispy on one side and soft on the other (exactly the way they should be). The eggs were fluffy and hot. All in all, a great experience. There were 3 servers working which is a pleasant surprise considering how much trouble restaurants are having hiring people. My meal including tax was about $18 but please note, my meal choice is probably the most expensive one on the menu. There's no doubt that you can have a great meal for $10 - 12. I will be back for lunch sometime. read more

Stopped in here for breakfast with an elderly lady friend. We took a seat at the back because the restaurant was freezing! (Why did we stay? We were hungry and the reviews were good.) The outside temperature was 46 degrees; as we were leaving we glanced at the thermostat and saw the management or owner had it set to 62 degrees! Explains why it was so cold. Our waiter, Nick, seemed very popular; a lot of regulars knew him by name. We ordered, my friend asking for a skillet with sausage and home fries. When it came, she got hash browns. It took a while to get Nick's attention, because he was on his cell phone, but he did come over and told her she had home fries. No, she insisted, these were hash browns, and she pointed to my plate. He told her there was very little difference but he'd remake the plate, it would just be the same. We got a glance at the order he'd put in and sure enough, he'd written down "hash browns." So, asked them to remake the order, which they did. Without the sausage. By then we were so chilled that it wasn't worth discussing the cold toast we'd been served (twice, in her case), the lack of anyone checking our table to make sure things were now good, or the missing sausages. We just paid and left. Outside of the poor service - imagine a waiter insisting what you have on your plate is something else when you can see it right there! - and the lack of attention from either Nick or the woman there throughout the meal - everything was loaded with grease. I think perhaps the regulars know what to order, but our omelet and skillet plates were not it. Unfortunate, because it looked like an old fashioned breakfast place we'd hoped to enjoy. read more

We went back for breakfast on a Sunday. Different experience. The place had a small rush. There was only one old waiter that was struggling. We waited ten minutes to get menus and water. We were ready to order and he told us that we were third in line. He would take one order at a time, chat with people, walk around the place and then go to the next table and take an order a few minutes later. I have worked as a server in many restaurants since I was a teenager until I was well in my 30's. You take as many orders as possible to expedite things. Then if you have time you can BS with people. The good thing is that our order didn't take too long to arrive. The food was still good and hot. The only problem is that we didn't have any utensils to eat with. I got up and had to get them. He never came back to check on us, refill our waters, or clear the plates. We sat and waited for our check which never came. I finally got up and asked for it as well. I always leave at least 20% tip. I did this time as well since I know how difficult food service can be. But this was not earned. Message to the owners; get some more help. Especially for breakfast on the weekends. Or train your servers how to handle a rush and work more efficiently. read more

Hands down the BEST breakfast in Bradenton. We came in as a party of 9 and they were so accommodating. Food was so fast, hot, and fresh. Everything was perfect and just as we ordered. Several people got the chorizo hash and it was AMAZING!!!!!!! The tortillas are homemade and to die for. I'm obsessed and definitely will be back. Also, the French toast was the best I've ever had. We have been patronizing Ceasars, for about 6 mo's. Service became more and more disappointing, sometimes over an hr to complete a service for 3 guys, even when the place is slow. Prices went up, portions got smaller. Toast a cheap economy bread., lastly, they will tack on a credit card usage fee, thats nuts!! attempted at ask the owner, the server said, thats the way it is per Caesar! I have never been to an establishment that refused to serve its patrons. We were told a 20 minute wait for food upon arrival and it was over 45 minutes when we got up from our table and left. The waitress never even brought over menus. There were at least 5-7 tables that were cleared during our time. The waitress was simply refusing to take more orders. Understaffed and unprofessional.
