The young woman at the window greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to explain all of the delicious food they offer. Then we met the owners, who welcomed us like family and made us feel genuinely appreciated. That kind of heartfelt hospitality is hard to find these days, but it's exactly what sets this place apart. We tried the apple fritter, glazed donut, blueberry scone, cinnamon balls, and three different drinks. Every single item was outstanding. The apple fritter tasted just like an apple pie, the blueberry scone was perfectly baked and full of flavor, and the glazed donut was light, fresh, and absolutely perfect. The cinnamon balls reminded us of fresh churros and were a huge hit. As if the food wasn't enough, one of the owners generously gave us a chocolate cookie made with imported chocolate from France.
