I love this bakery for custom cakes! I ordered my daughter's cake smash naked cake and my mom's birthday cake from here and was super impressed! The cake is super moist and delicious. They are very fair when it comes to pricing. I've also picked up their ready made cakes, all of which have been delicious!

Small shop with plenty to choose from, but what I settled on was mostly dry. Service was okay, they offered a piece of baklava. They do take tap to pay. The best ones were the sponge pineapple cake and the raspberry bar plus the hazelnut cheesecake. They also serve ice cream. I would really love to give this place a solid 5 but dry is dry and service is service, maybe next time they will get the last star.

I placed a custom cake order and it looked absolutely terrible, I told them to put clouds on the cake and it looks like flying kidneys on my cake. I told them I wouldn't be taking that and instead got a cake on the display. I have never had a cake so dry! It was supposed to be a strawberry shortcake and it had little to no strawberries inside.. will never be coming back and I wouldn't recommend this bakery to anyone... oh yeah this custom cake was also $120

Best balaclava I've had in my life fairly priced too! I wish I lived a little closer to caesars I've had store bought Baklava , fresh baklava made in house and these were just better than those experiences . I had the little finger rolls about an inch long with pistachio inside. The crust was super flaky and the filling and sweetness was superb . If your looking for solid baklava this is the spot . Caesars Is legit ! They also have cakes too. read more

I recommend Caesar's Pastry! I really wanted a great cake for my friends engagement party. I found this place on yelp and was very impressed by the reviews. I walked in the bakery and was attended right away. Jacqueline, the owners wife is soooo sooo kind, she really goes out of her way to make sure you're happy with your order. I couldn't be more happier with this place. I will be ordering again from Caesar's. This is a family owned business with excellent service. The cake I order was vanilla with strawberry.I got a lot of compliments on the presentation and overall taste. I also order vanilla and strawberry cupcakes. This place is my go-to for pastries! The owner, Caesar, is so kind and helpful. He answered all my questions about their cakes and pastries & even threw in some free baklava. This place feels like home & goes above and beyond as a business. I can't talk enough about how delicious their fruit tartes are -- this is the only place I will ever get a fruit tarte from. Their prices are VERY reasonable for how delicious and high quality their inventory is. They were quick to accommodate me with my request for a tiramisu cake with less than 48 hours notice. Overall, I highly recommend this shop for all your baked good needs. Try it and you'll see for yourself! read more

Wow!!!!! I looked every where to try and find a place that could do a custom cake for my boyfriend in 2 days, and I found this one. The cake was expensive ($180) but it makes sense because they had to use sugar fondant and they did this beautiful cake in literally 2 days!!! I was SHOCKED at how amazing it turned out when I picked it up. It looked even more beautiful than the cake I had them use as a reference. We didn't even want to cut it cause it came out so good! The flavor was absolutely amazing (I don't like cake-- but found myself eating more and more. The lady that took my order was very very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be coming back to try some of their other desserts and for more custom cakes in the future! Bravo read more

Bought a cake here for my son's birthday. The chocolate sponge in the cake was very dry, almost like it was old or made with an improper balance of ingredients. Long story short, the cake was a total dud. I'm a chocolate lover and their cake disappointed. I will stick with Portos cakes going forward, their cakes are worth the drive. Not sure why other yelpers left these guys such good reviews. Edit: regarding the owner's comment -- what are you talking about, every time we come to your store? Caesars pastry is the place for special treats like baklava and pistachio ice cream cake which is not available elsewhere. You need to call to place an order for pistachio ice cream cake but baklava is available fresh everyday. Caesar who is the owner is a nice guy. read more

I was visiting my fav shoe doctor in Malibu when he said that he has a new fav cake place and I must get our cake there for the next occasion. We went to Caesar's Pastry and picked up amazing desserts. If you're not a local like myself, trust me, it's worth the hike. Unfortunately, I don't have pics of the goodies before everyone devoured it, here's one I snuck in. Do not come here & expect your cake to look like what you ordered. Completely disappointed, it's completely ugly. This was for my 5 year old daughters birthday & it looks like it was made by my 5 year old. Not worth the money I paid for. I would've gotten a better outcome from a store bought cake. This family-owned business is a sweet-tooth's heaven on earth! My family and I discovered Caesar's Pastry on Instagram as their ashta ice cream cake (order-only) gained popularity across Los Angeles. We placed an order one day in advance. It was absolutely amazing!!! The cake is packed with pistachios all-around, and the ashta ice cream is just delicious. It's impossible to walk out of this place with only one item, so we also purchased their halawejbne (THE BEST - make sure you try this!), mshebek, baklava. So good! Such a cute spot in Granada with the yummiest Mediterranean treats. Got the cannoli and pistachio baklava. Cannoli wasn't too tart with the ricotta and was extra yum with the dipped chocolate. The baklava was small and most of their options were bite sized. I prefer the baklava refrigerated but it's good room temperature too. Really liked that you could buy the baklava indivually instead of by the pound like other places. Love this bakery. Most unique items. I have been there twice and try different items each visit, to share. However, each time, I always purchase the honey-rosewater orb things (name?!, I just point at the items.) I believe everyone speaks english, but have overheard them speaking in Lebanese. Cesars pastry has yummy Armenian pastries and cakes. They are generally pretty well stocked and when I need a cake ASAP, I usually go there. Their cakes aren't too sweet, which is how we like them. If you're into pistachio, they have a lot of pistachio everything, including ice cream pistachio cakes...yumm!! read more

The best pastry in town! They greet you the second you walk in the store. They are very helpful and patient and along with that being said, they actually care for their business, and what is sold to you more than they care about the money they make from you. I walked in the other day didn't know what I wanted, I took a while to look around. While I was looking around the store to make up my mind of what I wanted to take as a gift for my friends party, one of the nice ladies asked me if she can help me out with anything, since I did look like I didn't know exactly what I wanted. So, I explained the occasion I was going to and she had told me, if you have a little time to wait, I can make you a nice tray filled with a bunch of stuff and decorate it, it will be easy for each person to pick up something from the tray without the big hassle of slicing anything and not knowing if it's enough or not. I thought to my self, she works there obviously so therefore she knows better than I do, I decided to let her do her thing !! Turned out amazing and I loved it, and everyone did love it and still bragging about the yummy goodies in the platter. It made me happy. I will for sure be back, thankfully it is nearby my house. This place has the best sweets and the best service. Naim, his family, and all the employees always welcome me and everyone I know with a smile, a free sample and sometimes even a song! Lol! Absolutely delicious! Cesar's Pastry Shop in Granada Hills is a hidden gem, and their knefe is the star of the show. Tried them out yesterday and all I could say was I'm not sad or mad just really dissapointed people tend to get ideas of good versus bad and cheap vs expensive let me say this place is all over the place. Croissants are big and flavorless, hence why they are "cheap" while things like the knafeh are just plain horrible. Never had such bland and disgusting looming knafeh or knaffe? Not to mention the portion size for that very small knafe for the price. read more

I just walked in today to buy some Arabian sweets, I have to say I was blown away by the selection of sweets. They didn't just have Arabian sweets, they also had traditional American and European sweets. They were so sweet and helped me right away. You have to try their Baklava it is AMAZING!
