Cafe Blanc is GORGEOUS and boy, does it know it! I've wanted to check this place out for a while so I schleped an hour here for dinner with friends in May 2026 so I could finally try this sort of new restaurant out! Parma Heights is so far, guys. So so far... So after fangirling over the lush, girly decor and taking ALL the pictures ever, my 5 friends and I ordered at the counter a bougie drink and a plate of food each. There's abundant seating in this two story cafe so we found a table and waited between 5 and 10 minutes for it all to be ready. Despite my goal to stop spending money on beverages, I spent $8 on a regular sized iced decaf carrot cake latte with almond milk. Delicious and definitely instagrammable, but RIP to my money. I regret not taking the lovely glass it was served to me in, but my conscious kicked in and I didn't pilfer it. Haha! For dinner, I originally wanted to get a pizza but changed my mind last minute due to it being 90 degrees outside. So instead, I got an italian panini with a side of potato chips ($14). I don't like mayo so asked that be taken off. The only sauces they have are mayo, hot sauce, and horseradish mayo. I got the horseradish mayo on the side, but didn't really use it. I hope they can add mustard and ketchup to their sauce lineup in the future. All in all, I spent about $24. All 6 of us had very instagramable food and drinks. They looked better than they tasted for the most part. I liked my drink and panini but didn't love it, especially for the price. My friends lavender lemon loaf was gorgeous, but sadly dry. I arrived and met 3 friends here on a weekday morning in May 2026 to work. We (2 guys and 2 ladies) all work remote so it was fun to meetup. We all visited Cafe Blanc for the first time and loved our experience especially the large (free) parking lot. We sat on the 2nd level towards the back. Busy during peak morning/afternoon hours and most likely less busy in the evenings. I have not been in the evening yet. Free parking lot and free wifi. FOOD - there are lots of food options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have sandwiches, salads, pizza, and pastries. I arrived around 10:20am so I wanted breakfast. I read that the croissants are okay but I haven't tried them. I ordered the potato pancakes, blueberry hibiscus tea (hot) as a dine-in order plus a slice of almond cake as a takeout order. The potato pancakes ($19) was delicious. It comes with 3 thick potato pancakes topped an egg on the center and with bacon bits spread all over. The potato pancakes also come with sour cream on the side which I didn't realize so I moved that to the side of my plate because I don't like or eat sour cream. I would order the potato pancakes again as a savory breakfast item but $19 is a little steep for the price. The blueberry hibiscus tea ($4) was a refreshing drink served on a mug. If you enjoy the combination of white tea leaves, rose hips, natural blueberry, and hibiscus then this tea is for you. I also ordered an almond cake slice ($6) but to go. The almond cake is a light and tasty cake with sliced/shaved almonds on top. SERVICE -- Friendly. Me and one of the shorter female employee had a nice laugh when I went down later in the day to order an almond cake. They started getting busy when I arrived after 10am on a weekday but I was able to walk right up to the front counter to order. The buzzer handed to me buzzed probably within 15-20 mins and I went down to get my order. I believe the tea that I ordered was ready first. Overall, I'll definitely be back. Prices are higher than a traditional cafe. The plus is that there is free wifi so it's a perfect spot to work on your laptop. This place has been on my Cleveland bucket list for a few months so I dragged a bunch of my girlfriends to accompany me! I had seen pictures of their dreamy spiral staircase, the impossibly chic rope benches, the cream palette with splashes of greenery and in person it all looked even better! The style was real, not too much, not tacky, just gorgeous. Their drinks were the star in my opinion! I got something of their seasonal menu--white rose refresher with sparkling water, not Redbull, thanks. Rose syrup at the bottom, splash of coconut milk and topped with a rock candy!!! So good and refreshing. It was $7 but the size was palpable too. Their food was not my favorite though. I got a ham and cheese croissant and it was the breadiest, least flaky croissant I've ever had. Not buttery, not light and not worth the $11! Their sandwiches looked pretty thin and dry as well. I think I would try a salad next time as that looked pretty good. Home Run! You arrive to a whimsical ambiance. Chairs are swinging in some places, rounded chairs around plants, comforable two seaters on benches really helped sell this place. A bit on the spendier side but worth it. Crepes were a smash and the potato pancakes were delicious topped off with a genius sunset refresher and pistachio latte. Help here was a bit off putting, but given I'm a six foot ten guy who is a tad intimidating I guess I can chalk it up to that. Other than the below par service this place was immense. read more

I was excited to try Café Blanc because of good things I'd heard and it did not disappoint. There is plenty of seating, with a second level up a set of spiral stairs. The entire place is neutral colors and even had some cute swing benches. The have a counter you walk up and order at. You get a buzzer that goes off when your food is ready. If you dine in, you eat from real plates and glasses which is nice. They offer a nice selection of to go boxes that you can also grab yourself, too. They don't serve their pizzas until noon, so that's what time we went and what a great decision! I had the Blanc pizza, and requested it well done as my normal preference, and it was delicious. 6 slices, a nice size. Very flavorful and cost $15. I also had the Bacon Cesear Wedge, which was not traditional wedge salad, it was made with romain - that luckily was still very crisp! It was a good portion, but could have been a little cheaper at $16. The bacon was made fresh, it is an open kitchen concept with a window so I literally watched her make it which was refreshing. Café Blanc is still a win on my second visit! The space is nicely decorated, very clean and aesthetic, though I wouldn't mind a little less beige overall. Service was good, friendly they were friendly. Food and drinks were solid across the board, no complaints there. This place is cute in the inside and has so much potential but definitely needs a little work. Con's: the staircase to go upstairs is cute but it's not very functional. It's small and spiral so when people are coming down and people going up, it's a hot mess. Most of the staff looked as if they didn't want to be there. I got a tiramisu latte and I noticed everyone had a lady finger on theirs except for me, but because the staff didn't seem super inviting, I didn't want to ask for it. It also wasn't made very well. Pros: the swing seating is very cute. I wish there was more of it. The aesthetic itself could be cute, but there were a lot of dead plants around. The crêpe I got was pretty good. True to its name, cafe blanc is an all white building, pretty looking too. There's plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. The outdoor tables remind me of European cafes. I think this place has excellent marketing, but falls short on delivery. My second time in, on a Tuesday morning. Struggled to find a parking spot, so I expected it to be very busy; however the line only had 1 group in front of me. Nonetheless, there was one employee working. The young lady was doing orders and drinks, alone. I waited in line for 7 minutes to place my order and then another 5-7 minutes for my to-go tiramisu latte. Almost $8 for a latte, that was just ok. I'm not a coffee drinker and my husband wasn't satisfied with his meal. However, This is still a great spot. Very cute inside. Lots of seating, and different types available. Loved my recent visit to Cafe Blanc! The coffee shop is adorable and huge inside which makes it great to work from or go to with friends. I tried a pistachio latte, lemon blueberry tart and the egg crepewhich and everything was delicious. I appreciated that I could taste the pistachio in the latte, but it wasn't overpowering. The tart was delicious and the crust was perfectly soft and buttery. The crepewhich was served on an everything bagel with bacon, egg, havarti and a sauce of some kind and it was very good. You are given a pager for your order where you can go find your table and come back when ready. The counter/check out area is a little bit crowded due to the line and people picking up orders. I feel like that was my only recommendation - that they streamline that process so it wasn't as crowded there. There is ample seating both downstairs and upstairs and the decor/ambiance is clean, crisp & modern. I was in OH for work, and had a bit of time in the evening, so I came here for an event put on by The Mahjong Girl. What a pretty place! I'm not sure what it's attached to- it looks like some sort of place of worship. But it's connected to an enormous white building with an enormous parking lot. There is a pretty area in front with outdoor seating and a pizza oven & small bar. Inside, you order at the front- they have all kinds of interesting spritzers-non alcoholic- and alcoholic cocktails. They also have crepes and pizzas and a few other things. An unusual, surprisingly sturdy spiral wooden staircase brings you upstairs but there is seating downstairs too. Our games were upstairs, so that's where we went- lots of room, probably a great place to dine with friends or do a work group during the day. We each received two drink tickets, and the spritzers- made with juices and sparkling water- were fantastic! Really really good- they came with rock candy for sweetener, nice touch! Just okay... I had really high hopes for Café Blanc, but sadly I don't think I'll be back. Let's start with the positives: The atmosphere was fantastic, it looks very nice inside and well decorated. I loved the Christmas decor. I got the tiramisus latte and the bacon ham and Swiss panini. The tiramisu latte presentation was gorgeous and it tasted great, not too sweet. Negatives and why I won't be back: For the location that Café Blanc is in, I definitely wasn't expecting the prices to be so high. I paid almost $23 for a sandwich and a Tiramisu latte. Granted, the coffee I expected to be around $7 so I wasn't that surprised. However, their food is up there with some restaurant pricing and is definitely on the more expensive side for what you get. The panini I got wasn't great, it had a good amount of protein on it but was kind of dry and the bacon was very fatty (tasted like packaged pre-cooked bacon). Additionally, the last couple of bites tasted like detergent/chemically so I didn't finish it and I thought that was really odd and kind of gross. I spent a good bit of time in there studying and again the atmosphere was very pleasant. However, it was quite cold in the building to the point where that was the reason I left. I couldn't feel my fingers by the time I headed out. Also one odd thing to note: the bathrooms had no hooks to hang items from. Thus I had to put my book bag on the floor, which was quite disgusting. However, the bathroom was clean, so that was good. All things considered, this is a little out of the way for me and with the high price point/not great experience I won't be back. read more

There are plenty of seating options that are comfortable and spacious (outlets too!). Let me set the scene, it's a Tuesday, early afternoon. 45 degrees f in Cleveland and the sun is shining! I have a hair appt near by so I got work from here until my appointment. I was skeptical reading the reviews, but this place is fantastic for a daytime cafe. It's Tuesday so the foot traffic is manageable. I asked a lot of questions at the register because it was my first time. The gal working was receptive, authentic and patient. The water station is easily accessible. silverware and grab your own boxes Togo , I appreciate that and definitely has to reduce interruptions to staff while they work. Cafe Blanc is a beautiful space! It's thoughtfully decorated with a calm, relaxing vibe. I came in with high expectations, & maybe that set the bar too high. While the presentation of the food and drinks was visually impressive, the flavor and portion sizes didn't match the price point. The only thing that seemed ok for the price was the bagel board my sister got. That being said, it's a cool spot for a casual hangout or even a quiet book club meeting. They have a lot of spacious seating upstairs and even a few games you can play. I sat upstairs, which was somewhat cafeteria like. I found the café slightly uncomfortable temperature-wise because every time the door opened, a gust of cold air would fill the space. The ceiling seemed dingy too... Could use a coat of white paint. Overall, though a bit noisy. Had a small networking event for real estate people at 9am. Place was spacious, vibe was modern, clean, and professional. The bench swings and rope lighting is very unique. The most well acquainted Café in Parma Heights for sure Cafeteria style ordering. The food came quickly. Unfortunately the Caprese salad needed a hug; the tomatoes weren't ripe, the mozzarella was gritty, the basil had no taste. I decided to give their highly acclaimed pizza a try and no dice, they were "out" 45 mins before they closed (even though it's made in house. Apparently their potato pancakes are great as well, again they were out (am taking this as a good sign). The service was right on Que and faster than expected. Today was my first time visiting Cafe Blanc, and I was immediately drawn in by the awesome ambiance and decorations. The vibe was fantastic, and it was easy to see why it's a popular spot--so popular, in fact, that it was extremely packed even right at 9 a.m. which is when they open. While the bustling energy was cool, it did create a rather cramped waiting situation. The line stretched to the door, which was a bit awkward to stand in since the tables are right near the entrance. I felt like I was constantly in someone's way. After about 10 minutes, we were finally able to place our order. We ordered a pair of cortados and, since they were sold out of banana bread, a banana bread cookie. The cortado itself was absolutely delicious--rich and perfectly balanced. My only suggestion would be for them to use a smaller cup. A cortado is equal parts espresso and milk, and in the large cup it only filled about half of the space. Other coffee shops offer them in smaller cups, so the entire cup is full. It just felt a bit strange to have so much empty space. While we only had a small treat, I did notice that some of the food prices seemed a bit high compared to other places, with crepes for $15 and avocado toast for $13. Overall, the coffee and atmosphere were both outstanding. Despite the awkward line and wait, I would definitely go back to enjoy the great coffee and aesthetic - but probably not on a Saturday. read more

I can see why this is the hit new spot in town!!! This place is adorable!!!! I came here for a nice little birthday breakfast and it was delicious!! We got a table up stairs because the swing chairs were taken ( I will be back for you guys!!!) We all ordered coffee and a plate! I got the breakfast bagel... it was yummy!! It's served with chips on the side, not my favorite for breakfast but it wasn't bad!! I also got a lavender latte which was delicious and not too flowery!! The cafe is very cute. A great Instagram photo spot. The staff was nice, but the other customers are very rude. There is no defined line for ordering or picking up food. After our pager went off because our food was ready, the customers in line to order wouldn't move so we could pass though (possibly with the fear of being cut in line) but they still wouldn't move when I had the tray of food in my hand. This happened at multiple time points as other members of my group ordered at different times and had to get their food at different times. The refreshers are very good. No offense, but I can't believe I'm in Parma AND found this amazing, beautiful, cool vibe, coffee, shop and lunch place! This is great for summer because they have an outside dog friendly, covered patio and coffee bar. Then for the cold days, inside they have really cozy yet clean atmosphere, comfy seating, and I don't know where it leads to but a spiral staircase. However the food and drinks were definitely overpriced and just okay quality wise. My cappuccino was undrinkable and the mushroom and havarti crepe was much more crepe than filling and the cheese inside wasn't even melted. The pistachio and raspberry tart was quite good, but very small for $9. Service wasn't super friendly either.
