It was extremely concerning to observe the bartender consuming alcohol on the job an observation that became more understandable once we realized that the obviously intoxicated woman was the General Manager of the restaurant. Her laughter was loud, her conversations were disruptive, and her phone was playing at full volume throughout the restaurant. This behavior was difficult to ignore and highly unprofessional, particularly for someone in a leadership role. While she appeared to be a pleasant young woman on a personal level, professionalism must remain a priority in management. When leadership fails to uphold standards, it inevitably sets the tone for the staff. This is unfortunate, as the establishment has clear potential. However, without consistent professional oversight and expectations from management, that potential is diminished. The owners may want to reassess their management standards if they wish to preserve the quality of the dining experience and the restaurant's reputation.
