Ahhhhhhh, Cafe 168. I'm in love! No, not with the girls in skimpy clothing and lingerie walking about the cafe, with the Vietnamese Iced Coffee they serve here. Seriously, it's probably the absolute best Vietnamese Iced Coffee I've ever had (and coffee for that matter). The service here was good. My iced coffee came out within minutes, coupled with an iced tea. My iced tea never went empty either. The waitresses take turns coming by to refill your drink. The music wasn't too loud in here, and the building itself is pretty spacious. The smoking type tend to hang out towards the back of the cafe, which is nice for the non-smokers who can hang out towards the front. A good variety of sports, infomercials and other content on the televisions throughout the cafe. $6.00 for the iced coffee and teas (with tips for each refill). Overall, not bad. If you're here for "naughty business", they aren't having it here. Also, unlike other cafe's which are similarly themed, the waitresses here don't walk around topless (or otherwise). If they do, I didn't witness it on my visit (and I stood around for a good hour or so). The restroom was pretty dirty. One of the urinals had a water hose hanging down into it, with a drip, drip, drip to act as a flushing mechanism. Weird. Also, no paper towels. read more

One of the best coffee shops in the area cause you get the more action at 168. There are plenty of girls that work there but they don't refill your drinks very often. Decided to pop in before getting a massage next door. Place was busy but not packed. There were 5 or 6 girls working on a Sunday afternoon. They were friendly and very attentive. I was the only woman customer there and 3 of the girls stopped to sit and chat a bit. I had one go get me a scratcher ticket and it won a few bucks. My smoothie was pricey ($9) but it was worth it. 168 is a cool place. It's up there among the better bikini coffee shops in Orange County. The girls who work here are mostly cute, scantily clad and friendly, which are the three most important aspects of a place like this. The drinks (coffee, tea and smoothies) are all pretty good. Why only 3 stars? Well first, this place is too dark. Even in the daytime it can be tough to see in here. Second, although the girls in here are cute, and minimally attired, 168 has always seemed to lack the real stunning beauties that can be found at some of the other bikini coffee shops in the area. The ladies in here are always friendly, and easy on the eyes, but I've never had that jaw dropping wow moment here that I occasionally experience at other shops. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could. My dad recommended this place to us, so we thought we'd try it out. The girls: Now I ain't no beauty queen, but if you are coming to this cafe in hopes of seeing beautiful ladies, keep on driving. Not saying that they're ugly, but management might want to set a standard for the shape the girls need to be in. Dang girl, if you are working at this establishment at least try to stay fit. Two piece suits don't always flatter the female body. Please, more ab exercises or wear a corset to hid that muffin top. The drinks: The iced tea is free, but it's good manners to order something along with the tea if you plan on sitting there and ogling the girls. I been to this place twice. The head and all the girls greet you with their beauty. Some have strong personalities which you have to understand they probably encounter lots of losers but if you're cool and have tough skin they warm right up to you. I like it there because everyone is chill. Their drinks taste great. They don't have a menu but ask any of the girls they will gladly explain to you what they have. The girls are on their A game. Every time my cup of tea was empty they were right on it and fill it back up. They sit with you for a second to talk and I wish they would spend more time but you have to understand at times it gets crowded so they got make their rounds. Typical vietnamese coffee place, the girls rotate quickly and are friendly if a bit young, it's like the starter place for alot of coffee girls and almost everyone is super friendly. It's not smokey and the place overall is cleaner than most coffee shops, super sweet smoothies. Girls looks wise they are average to pretty. Service is decent, good place for bigger groups tho parking is awful. The drinks being super duper diabetes inducing sweet, get coffee instead you'll thank me, tho the coffee makes you poo, the bathroom is kinda clean, kinda not, not somewhere i'd poo at. Pro-tip: drink the tea and have the girls come refill it not your drink, the drinks are 7-10$ each and not cheap. Also don't point ur phone at their goodies when they're out and about, if ur not a regular, i suggest putting ur phone flat on the able and just making friends. read more

While other coffee shops may be slightly better in a category or two, overall Cafe 168 is still the best special* coffee shop in OC. This quarter's visit have usually been very entertaining compared to the other special coffee shops. The staff is very lovely, efficient, and usually social (depends how busy). The variety of waitresses is very pleasant to the eye and the shop is almost always fully staffed. The number of special waitresses is truly impressive and the show is performed regularly. I appreciate how management tries new things to try to enhance the customer's experience. For example, varying the schedule, having the girls wear matching colors, wearing sexy themed outfits, and changes in the show. There are two minor areas of concern: (1) the skirts they occasionally wear are comically unattractive, and (2) the extra show is performed infrequently or not at all. Aside from these two minor areas, Cafe 168 is the best place to visit for your special coffee shop needs. Note: if it is not too busy and you would like to talk with one of the waitresses, just ask the manager. Cafe 168 has the best eye candy out of all the OC Vietnamese Coffee Shops. They show off their young beautiful Asian waitresses, most of them still in college. Bottomless refills on your tea, and occassionally they top off. The refill rounds are timed almost like a script, they like shaving to gain a few extra bucks. The place smells smoky and it's almost always busy anyways so it's a great place to bring your boys. That might be the only way to gain their attention since they only really service the regulars. Cafe 168, Cafe 368, and Girlz Cafe have the top three showcase in OC, with 168 being the worst overall (including service). But they have the hottest and cutest girls by far, so you must pay this place a visit. read more

This place is racist!!! October 6th me (Hispanic) and my African American best friend came into this establishment for the 1st time. I was seated first and my friend was told to wait a moment. After I was seated, I was informed that my friend could not be serviced at their establishment. Went here with friend to talk about old times. Nice-looking Viet girls serving iced-tea in lingerie and bikinis. Friend has bronchitis though and couldn't tolerate the smoke. Though they have "no smoking" signs, they still allow patrons to smoke. I even saw one of the girls smoking. The signs are just there for "liability" purposes, so when the cops come they can say they have the signs but the people don't listen. If they cleaned up the smoke I'd visit more often. I would have given it a 5 stars if the exhaust fan system works better. The atmosphere is great with many large screen TVs to watch your favorite sport teams. The waitresses are nice and friendly even though some are friendlier than others. They did not fill up your tea regularly like the other coffee places but doing them when they have the special shows for the guys so this place is not for the ladies unless you are into other ladies. If you go to this cafe for the first time by yourself,then expect to be treated poorly. The old hag of a waitress tried to seat me by the door where I couldn't see any of the entertainment or the screens. What's the point? When I refused to take the crappy seat she told me they were full even though I could see a bunch of open seats. "Thanks" to the older gentleman who offered me a seat at his table.
