    Pandan series

If you're looking for a strong Vietnamese coffee this is a pretty solid spot. The pandan hojicha had a perfectly roasted flavor and fragrant aroma that complemented the pandan. The pandan comes through with the right sweetness and strength if you like the flavor. The shop gets packed and the small strip mall has limited parking but there's additional parking available at the church on 5th. There's decent amount of seating inside along with a few tables outside, but both tend to taken. Given the area, the outdoor seating could be occupied by smokers as it's not as regulated as other parts of OC.

If you want a decent Vietnamese coffee place, you have to check them out. I tried their vanilla marble, drip espresso, and the vanilla cream top was amazing - reminded me of vanilla bean ice cream. And the Vietnamese espresso was strong. I was surprised by the interior and how spacious it was compared to the outside. They do have tables outside, but I recommend sitting inside if you wanna get worked on or just chill. They have free Wi-Fi and a wide range of drinks as well as pastries. And relatively quick service.

You need an energy boost? You've arrived at the right spot. Truong Nguyen coffee's are strong and traditional. The color is so deep brown that's the legit viet coffee. Strong Strong Strong! They've been creating fun flavors to keep up with the trends and they're tasty but still super strong coffee. I'm kind of scared sometimes cause it's so strong. Their sesame coffee is delicious! If you're feeling sluggish and need a boost come here!

This is my favorite go to Vietnamese coffee spot that is high quality in flavor and with decent prices! They have plenty of seating inside as well for working or catching up with friends. Very well decorated and clean. My favorite drinks to get from here are their: 1) Iced White (Bac Xiu) Phin Coffee (5/5): I love getting this "marbled" Vietnamese coffee that has half milk and half sweetened, dark roasted Vietnamese coffee! The price is only $6 and it comes with half fresh milk that's sweetened with condensed milk and strong dark roasted Vietnamese coffee on top. Mixed together and it tastes like a creamy but strong, milkier viet coffee. 2) Peanut Butter Foam Espresso (5/5): I absolutely LOVE peanut butter and this drink is milk at bottom that's sweetened with condensed milk, Vietnamese coffee, and a peanut butter foam that it nutty and rich! If you love peanut butter please get this. Very unique and probably the best peanut butter coffee mix drink I've ever had!

Had such high hopes for the banana coffee:/ The coffee part was delicious but the banana top was the artificial banana that tastes like laffy taffy. If you like that that flavor, then this is the drink for you but i love real banana flavor in my banana drinks. The menu is pretty big and the coffee was good so I wouldn't mind coming back to try a different flavor:) Service was quick and nice! There's free parking in the lot with lots of space. Also, there were MANY tables to sit at. Overall not a bad place to be:)

Quite a nice and great place but at an odd location (wouldn't think it would be here at all). Drove by and saw this quite stuck in street traffic. Decided to go in and get some stro by slap in the face caffeinated, VNese style. Been to their other couple location throughout CA and really enjoyed their decoration and the layout. Clean, spacious and clean cut space with both indoor and outside seating. Staff is nice and friendly. They do have big selections so I have to read abit before I picked. Quick turnaround (since not much folk here). Drink is great, strong and deep, just how I like it.....I went for pandan espresso so it is very strong for sure. Really enjoyed it overall.

Great Vietnamese coffee and matcha. The coffee is strong, which is a good thing. Love the blueberry matcha, as it has the right amount of sweetness. The strawberry matcha is good as well, but it is more on the sweeter side. There is a free parking lot, but I have had to park on the street once on a Saturday because it was full.

This hit just like the ones I had in Vietnam!! I'm almost a little mad that I bought espresso beans in Vietnam, especially since I found out I could just buy them here instead! The salted cream coffee was all I got in HCMC, so I had to get it to compare, and it did not disappoint! Strong coffee flavor, basically was a 1 to 1.

Rating the NEW Pandan Series at Trung Nguyen E-Coffee... My friends and I tried the new launch to see which combos actually work. We ordered them half sweet, and here's my ranking: 1. Pandan Coconut Cloud My top pick, and it's completely caffeine-free. The pandan flavor is light but feels pronounced because it's paired with crisp coco water. Feels refreshing for summer!! 2. Pandan Espresso An actual surprise for me bc I don't even drink coffee. Espresso flavor is strong so pandan takes a back seat. It's a jolt of energy! 3. Pandan Matcha Matcha flavor is prominent but it slightly overpowers the pandan flavor, at least at half sweet. Tastes more like a solid cream top matcha latte. Still good, just less pandan forward. 4. Pandan Hojicha Latte I honestly thought I would love this one the most, but the combo of hojicha and pandan didn't hit as much. Not bad, but the flavor profile didn't hit as high as the others. They have two locations if you want to go conduct your own taste test... for research purposes ofc. 427 N Euclid St, Santa Ana, CA 5710 E 7th St, Long Beach, CA

Corn coffee was really good! Sweetness of corn layer with dark roasty coffee. It was stronger than the pistachio coffee and I liked that you don't lose the corn flavor as you drink or mix the layers together.

Corner of Euclid and 5th. Consistently busy. Cute shop with seating inside and some outside. Small parking lot, even with one of the shops sitting empty. I forgot they had food so did not have any, maybe next time. I have had 3 different drinks and they were all very nice and just what I like in Vietnamese coffee.

    Vivi H.

The blueberry matcha was the best I've ever had! Sweet, creamy, earthy, and all the good things! Parking was tough, but to be expected with so many businesses around. The staff were speedy and kind, and I was thanked every step of the process! It was a clean, sharp space that I would definitely come back to. Next time I'll try the Vietnamese coffee!

    Airi G.

I gave most of these drinks away, but I did get to try two of them. I ordered the vanilla marble cream for myself, and it was definitely on the sweet side, but still drinkable for me. I was surprised that the vanilla cream was extra thick compared to the other drinks. I think the double matcha was pretty good but not the best compared to others in OC. The market is competitive now since almost all cafes are putting out their own version of it. I didn't expect it to come in a larger cup compared to the coffees. The drinks did take quite a long time to come out, though, so be mindful of that if you're in a rush. There's a decent amount of seating but almost all of the tables were taken while I was there.

They've been consistently amazing ever since they opened, and somehow they've only gotten better over time. I honestly enjoy just about every drink on their menu, especially their seasonal specials. My all-time favorite has to be their 2026 Spring Earl Grey Matcha. I was getting it almost every week, and I was genuinely sad when they switched over to their summer menu. Thankfully, they kept the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha, because wow... what a flavor explosion. It's easily one of the best matcha drinks I've ever had, and my friend and I keep coming back just for it. I know it sounds a little adventurous, because it did to me, but when I tried it, it genuinely changed my life (kidding). If mango isn't your thing, I highly recommend either the Double Matcha or the Banana Matcha. The Double Matcha is perfect if you love a strong matcha flavor; you can really taste the quality of the matcha they use. As for the Banana Matcha, I normally don't gravitate toward banana drinks, but SIP completely changed my mind. They use what tastes like a banana pudding instead of artificial banana flavoring, and it blends so smoothly with the matcha that every sip feels balanced and indulgent. The café itself is just as charming as the drinks. The wood paneling gives the space a cozy, retro vibe that makes you want to stay a while, and the staff is always incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming.

Now the MATCHA I looooved their matcha with the Earl Grey foam top. OMG... it was phenomenal!! The matcha was earthy, umami, and so well balanced, and the hint of Earl Grey in the foam complemented it perfectly without overpowering the matcha. Such a good combination! I will 100% be coming back for this one!

It was a very small drink (9 oz). It was slightly salted, tasted bitter, and wasn't sweet despite having condensed milk as an ingredient. It wasn't good. Canale: Despite having to wait for the drink, I needed to wait longer for this because the staff forgot to put it in the order. I needed to wait for them to prepare it in the back and also go back to the counter to charge for it. All to wait for something that was mushy. Coffee Beans: I saw there were coffee beans from Glitch in Japan. It was a brand that I loved there so I wanted to give it a try. I don't usually like fruity notes but this was really delicious. However, it's extremely pricy for how little beans there is.

Cute, lively, but still casual enough to stop in for brunch or coffee. The workers here were super attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, but we narrowed it down to the Seafood Ceviche, Matcha Cloud Latte, Egg Coffee, plus the Beef Belly Banh Mi Chao. The Seafood Ceviche comes with scallops, shrimp, calamari, mango, coconut, Thai chili, plus shrimp chips. This was such a clean and bright bite with a little tropical flavor from the mango and coconut. There was a nice kick of spice too. They gave a good amount of seafood, so you weren't just eating toppings and sauce. Scoop everything onto one of those crispy shrimp chips... so good. The Matcha Cloud Latte was dangerously easy to drink. I genuinely think I could take down three of these. It's made with oat milk then topped with matcha cheese foam. It was creamy with such a vibrant green matcha flavor. Slightly sweeter than I normally prefer, but I'm sure you could ask for less sweetness. I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but the Egg Coffee surprised me. It's Vietnamese milk coffee topped with egg foam and cocoa powder. That cream was DELICIOUS. Last was the Beef Belly Banh Mi Chao.
