Don't get the sushi, it's just grocery store sushi. Quality is not great and the rice is terrible.

I always receive good service and the food is nice home-like cooking. I have tried about 1/3 of the entire menu at this point so I can say with experience that the pancakes are always a knockout.

After being seated, we waited quite a while before someone finally came over to take our food and drink order. After placing our order, we sat there for well over 30 minutes waiting. Our drinks, which were just an orange juice and a coffee, never arrived, and no one ever came back to check on us or give us an update. We were simply left sitting there with nothing. At that point, we decided to get up, cancel our order, and leave. I completely understand that restaurants can get busy, but there was little communication and we felt completely forgotten. It is really unfortunate because this used to be one of my favorite brunch spots. I hope this was just an off day, but today's service was unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. I truly hope they can turn things around because I would love to enjoy this place again. However, until then I don't think I will be coming back.

Our server was very attentive to our table checking on us several times. We ordered the sloppy joe, and the avocado toast breakfast. The sloppy joe was packed with meat and very tasty while the eggs were scrambled to perfection. Friendly service, great place to visit in Palm Springs!

We were there for breakfast and there was only one server - he was a hard worker. The environment is fairly large and simple. With the north facing wall being all window, it feels airy and open, you can see my inside and window view pics. We shared the Traditional Eggs Benedict and the Breakfast Bowl, see my pics. As you can see from my pics, the Traditional Eggs Benedict weren't quite up to par. The poached eggs were a bit under done. The hollandaise sauce was creamy but lacked the pinch of cayenne and a bit under flavored. The ham was ample but not so flavorful. There was a bed of spinach between the ham and English muffin. This was over cooked. The diced potatoes were nice and crunchy, but there wasn't any seasoning on them. On the other hand, the Breakfast Bowl was quite refreshing. My pic doesn't do justice to the freshness and variety of this bowl. The coconut milk was sweet and pared well with the fruit. The texture of the granola and coconut shaving nicely contrasted with the bananas and berries. Mixed through the coconut milk was the red quinoa which made the milk more substantial. This was a great way to eat healthy.

My family and I went to Si Bon this Sunday for brunch. The restaurant was very busy, but we were…read moreseated quickly since we made reservations. We were a party of 7. It was a hot day, and we were seated outside. The misters and fan made the hot environment much more comfortable. Things were going well until it was time to order. One of the folks in our party requested to have her check separate, at which point, certain parties also decided to request separate checks. Our waiter initially said he would be willing to cut the checks however we wanted, which we did. As he finished taking our order, he walked into the main entry door way and gave a large sigh saying "Ayayay" as if he was bothered that we requested separate checks. I turned his way and saw that he was caught with his sigh. That left a bad taste for our party during the meal. We eventually let that go, and when it was time for dessert, we ordered 2 desserts, and before we gave him the 2 desserts we wanted, our server sarcastically stated with an attitude, "Who is paying for the desserts?". Again, that didn't sit well with us. I believe the main servers' name was Ramiro. Tall gentleman with glasses. There was another individual who was helping him refill coffees/teas at the table along with other small requests. He was very nice and friendly and demonstrated customer friendly at ALL TIMES despite the numerous requests for refills. The food overall was pretty good and tasty. Great coffee. A fine dining experience. I am giving this experience an overall 2 because of how our main server demonstrated less than customer friendly service to the customers sitting at the table. I would ask that management remind their servers to maintain a more professional/service friendly demeanor at all times despite how busy they are.

Honestly, I would be a weekly regular for that meal alone if it weren't for two major drawbacks. First, at $45, it's a premium price point compared to a standard steak. Second, and more importantly, the parking situation is incredibly frustrating. They charge $20 plus tip for valet, offer absolutely no validation for restaurant guests, and provide zero self-parking options. Management should really reconsider this policy for non-hotel patrons. Charging a steep parking fee just to dine is completely out of step with every other premium restaurant in the area, and it turns an otherwise exceptional dining experience into an annoying hassle.

Starting with the positives: the cocktails and wine were excellent. I had the Hot Hibiscus cocktail, which was delicious, and the wine list was well-curated with solid options. The Restaurant Week menu was also impressive. Our table ordered the short ribs and halibut, both of which were well prepared. The gazpacho and salad were particularly outstanding. Unfortunately, the service did not match the restaurant's caliber or price point. It was inconsistent and often inattentive, which seemed more like a management issue than an individual server issue. Additional staff training would go a long way toward improving the overall dining experience. Another downside was the $20 valet parking fee. While you can park elsewhere, it's a bit of a hike. The frustrating part is that the hotel will validate valet parking if you ask at the front desk, but this isn't communicated upfront. It would be much more customer-friendly to make that information clear from the start. Overall, the food and drinks were good, but the service and parking experience left enough room for improvement that I don't see myself returning for dinner.
