I really think it has the best pizza in the Pasadena Altadena in this whole area they really have wonderful combination of flavors and their wings are also wonderful even the plain ones are just nice and crispy. Their prices are really reasonable. Their staff is very personable and helpful. Their sandwiches are huge and they come with steak fries so really well priced and again nice flavors sometimes a little short on sauces ask fo extra on the side. The only reason they don't have five stars is their pastas are not wonderful. Their salads are however so other than the pasta I think everything on their main meal is just delightful well priced and convenient L as they deliver. read more

Service here was prompt and reliable. I ordered one cheese and one pepperoni pizza for a kids' party. Somehow the order got messed up and they made us 2 pepperonis. When my husband picked up the order, they were nice enough to quickly make us a cheese pizza for no extra charge, and let us keep the extra pepperoni. All 3 pizzas were demolished at the party. My son gave it a thumbs up, and my picky daughter ate 2 slices. read more

My wife and I found this place when we were looking for a good pizza place. Sometimes it's kind of hard to find a good pizza place around Pasadena because you have your regular food chains like Domino's or Pizza Hut. Domenico's is great but sometimes I still want something slightly different. There's also pizza man, but unfortunately we did have a bad experience there and never went back. So upon entering in this spot it was great good customer service the place was clean. I also liked how there was a restroom which was clean. There was a place to eat I think it was about four tables maybe I could be wrong. Now the food was absolutely delicious. I went there on Friday and ordered they're special with one extra large pizza with three toppings with wings about 24 of them to be exact. I just got the mild wings and as for the pizza I got the pepperoni and bacon. The pizza was not oily at all and the wings were done just right I think they bake them instead of deep fry them because they didn't taste oily. So come Saturday when I ask my family what they want to eat for dinner low and behold they wanted to go back to the same pizza place. So I went back this time I ordered the same thing but I got the extra large meat lovers Pizza and 24 Wings again but half were garlic and the other half for mild. Then I ended up ordering a non pasta salad which tasted like a large sub with fresh quality it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely go back again I'm kind of craving it today. read more

Cafeteria Food Took over an hour to deliver. I had to call the restaurant twice to locate my order. They said they'd call me, they didn't... Driver called to say he was downstairs...he wasn't. I had to call his number twice. Then when he finally arrived he took his cell phone out without even saying hello. Stayed on the call the entire transaction. Then ignored my waiting for change leaving before I could even check the order walking away with a 28% tip. I opened the box to find mushy luke warm wings paired with a horrid gelled dressing they claimed was bleu cheese. One wing was more than enough. Never never ordering from here again. read more

It was all very convenient to order through the app.I ordered the hot wings and BBQ chicken pizza. The hot wings were solid. But I was underwhelmed by the pizza. Nothing special about the crust. The onions were a little overwhelming and I probably should have ordered the cilantro on the side since it was a delivery. The BBQ sauce wasn't particularly flavorful either. It tastes like a knock off brand picked up from Ralph's. After having a bad experience on Sunday today (Thursday) I was able to answer the call from the location manager. He had been calling everyday since Sunday trying to get in touch to apologize about the experience. He ask to give them another opportunity and I agreed. To my surprise the service was great and the quality of the food was from night to day. The pizza was hot and stayed warm well after an hour of receiving the pizza! The jalapeño poppers were crispy warm and not undercooked. I will definitely order from Bambinos again after today they made up where they lost points last time and they obviously care about their business along with customer care. Thank you Bambino's! The pizza is hard because of its temperature and the jalapeños poppers appears to be undercooked and cold. Horrible experience. EDIT: I'm going to leave my initial review at the bottom, just to show how mad i was initially, but then how management went above and beyond to fix this situation. From 1 star to 5 stars. So last night there was a huge storm and I'm sure everyone was ordering pizza on a night where there were power outages and phone lines being knocked down. This is our favorite pizza place in the area, we've never had a problem. We ordered through grubhub and apparently the system went down, which led to the original review below. Then we ordered from another place, but this order finally showed up, we ended up paying the wrong people, and it was a big huge mess. But ultimately it came down to a misunderstanding and technical issues, and as I said above, management bent over backwards to fix this. They were very nice and understanding and called to make sure everything was ok. So yeah, they definitely made it up to us (even though it really wasn't their fault). Also, their BBQ chicken pizza is pretty much the best bbq chicken pizza ever. Anyway... original review below... ORIGINAL REVIEW: The food here is great, don't get me wrong.
