Quick, delicious, friendly service. Eat outside or inside. Lots to choose from & prices are decent.

This is definitive example of a hidden gem. The Mexican food is in my opinion some of the best in Los Angeles. Period. It's a diamond in the rough, don't let the fact that it's in the best Western for you. Everything on the menu is great, and all the salsas are made in house by one of the best Mexican chefs in the United States. Really. I can't recommend it more.

I was at the Hollywood Bowl for an all day event and needed a quick and inexpensive bite to eat. We stumbled across this small but cute spot inside a motel. Loved the decor, very Baja California vibes. Server was very friendly and attentive. The French toast was scrumptious! Appreciated that the bananas were not over ripe and the French toast was just sweet enough. If I'm ever in the area I would definitely go back.

This is a little restaurant attached to the Best Western in Hollywood. We stayed at the hotel recently and wanted to grab a bite to eat before heading home. Service was good. The gentleman that helped us was very friendly and seemed to take a lot of pride in the restaurant. Food was good. We ordered the easy breakfast, fried zucchini and the club sandwich. I really enjoyed the fried zucchini. It came out hot, crispy and seasoned well. The club sandwich was also very good. It was on sourdough bread and I got it with fries. The easy breakfast was fine, but the only feedback that I have to say was the pancakes weren't the ideal texture. They tasted fine, but they had the signs that the batter might have been over mixed. Overall we enjoyed our dining experience.

Had a phenomenal experience visiting Sweet Lily Bakery! Don't be deceived by the name though, Sweet…read moreLily is so much more than a bakery. In addition to their expertly-crafted pastries, Sweet Lily offers a great variety of French dishes and packaged food items. My group ordered the Sugar Beignet, Raspberry Croissant, and Coffee Croissant - which were all wonderful. The Raspberry Croissant had a not-too-sour fresh jelly filling and was definitely the crowd favorite, but the thick, latte-flavored filling in the Coffee Croissant made it a close second place. The fresh-squeezed orange juice at $5 felt like an absolute bargain, and the Cappuccino was also well-executed. The real stars of the show were the entrees, though. Both the Avocado Toast plate and Croque Monsieur truly tasted like a trip to France. They were hearty and full of flavor, without feeling too heavy. The Sweet Lily twist on Avocado Toast includes melted mozzarella and slices grapes, which really elevated the dish! The potatoes and salads that came as complimentary sides were a welcome surprise, and just as craveable as the entrees themselves. I truly don't think there's a bad thing to order here, and I look forward to returning to this bright and welcoming spot to try more!

Near Barham and on the way to Hollywood. They have a few metered parking spots out front, but I went in and asked if they had their own parking and Mehdi told me they had a couple of spots in the alley behind the building, so that's where we parked. It's a cute place, not too fancy. They refer to it as a Boutique Pastry Shop. There are some snacks/knick knacks available for purchase, along with a refrigerator of drinks towards the back. The left side of the space is the coffee bar and the right side has the pastry cases and food menus. This is where we placed our order with Mehdi, who was pleasant, nice and knowledgeable about the menu and all the pastry items. I was talking to another employee, Gabriel, and asking him questions about the omelettes. He talked me through a few different options and he was also pleasant and kind. I decided on the Veggie Omelette (add mozzarella +$2, and side baguette +$1) with a Decaf Latte (+$0.75 for Oat Milk). My son ordered the Chicken Caprese Panini, which came with Pesto and Mozzarella Cheese. ($17). We also wanted to sample some pastries and we got 1 Nutella Beignet ($5.50), 1 Caribbean & 1 Red Carpet ($8 each), 1 Pear/Almond Tart and 1 Raspberry Tart ($6.50 each). Our total for everything including tip was $91.59, and I'm still kind of in shock over it! This place was SO EXPENSIVE!! Mehdi plated our pastries for us and Gabriel immediately got to work on the omelette and panini. We sat down at one of their many tables and got situated while we waited for the food. It was pretty empty as we were there around 3pm, an hour before they closed. There were two other tables being occupied while we were there. They had nice pop music playing, ranging from 90s-00s songs and artists. There were some nice twinkly lights above us along with the regular lighting of the restaurant. The space was also very clean, but I noticed some wear and tear on the tables/chairs. Once Mehdi brought our food out, we got to eating. My omelette also came with a small side salad with balsamic vinaigrette and some potatoes. I think everything tasted good, especially the omelette, but the potatoes were a bit too greasy for my taste. I also think the portion size was too small for the price. This statement goes for everything we ordered. It was all extremely overpriced for the portions they're offering. My son said his panini was just mediocre and bland. He opened it and added a bunch of salt to it. It was also very skimpy on the chicken, about 4-5 tiny slices inside. Moving onto the pastries, the Pear/Almond was my favorite. It wasn't overly sweet (actually, none of the pastries were), which is what I prefer. It was very delicate and tasty. I also had a bite of the Caribbean which was delicious. They went well with my latte, which tasted very good. I will be trying the rest later. My son had a bite of everything and liked the Caribbean and the Nutella Beignet, saying the rest were just average. I didn't use the restroom but my son did and said it was spotless clean, stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and room spray. The trash was empty, floors and counters were clean. They have one men's and one women's restroom and it's spacious. They began closing down the place about 5 minutes after we finished our bites and nibbling. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience by any means, but I don't think I'll be rushing here anytime soon to try it again. It was just outrageously expensive for what it was. I understand the cost of ingredients, labor, etc it takes to produce pastries and viennoiserie, but I just don't think the quality matched the prices. Just my opinion. I would say the service was great, both Gabriel and Mehdi are great employees! I may or may not come back. We'll see.

We both ordered the traditional breakfast plates and it definitely did not disappoint. It was a pretty large breakfast with bacon, eggs, potatoes, a croissant and two crepes with your choice of hot sauces around the table. We ate so much and still had so much to bring home. This did us good for two meals and I loved the incorporation of the crepes, which I feel like you normally don't get on a traditional breakfast plates. The potatoes were crispy and crunchy on the outside but a very nice soft potatoey texture on the inside and of course the bacon was exactly how bacon should be when you order it. Wished I ordered orange juice or another coffee drink instead because the chai latte was just a bit too sweet for my liking, but I still drank the whole thing. There was a water dispenser provided with to go boxes self serve which I really appreciated. Loved the atmosphere as well and the bathroom was very clean. I would definitely come here again and would recommend :-)

I got the following : -Iced Pistachio latte with oat milk 5/5 -Chicken Musakhan 5/5 The chicken was very flavorful, fresh and rich wrapped in a very thin crepe like style. It's a must try. -Cheese Fatayer 5/5 It was a soft and fluffy triangle shaped- pastries. The three types of baklava were crispy, flaky, rich and nutty. They were outstanding! -Adnei tea 5/5 It was aromatic, rich and flavorful. I re-ordered more musakhan, cheese Fatayer and meat Fatayer for home. Honestly, their pastries were irresistible! We had a wonderful experience at Sana's Cafe. I cannot wait until I go back. The drinks can be hit or miss depending on what you get. The strawberry lemonade is very rich in taste but the amount of ice they added nearly reached the brim of the cup. I noticed this was the case for other people around us sitting down. I got a matcha latte and rose latte on separate visits, and didn't find either to be worth raving about. The rose latte especially doesn't taste like rose at all. Overall, worth it for the pastries alone and the drinks are a good pick-me-up before a 2.5 hour show at Pantages.

I also ordered a sugar free caramel latte, decaf, organic whole milk, EZ ice $8.50. This was saved for lunch and it tasted great with a subtle caramel and tasty espresso flavor. It took awhile to get my order but they were working hard and being as efficient as possible. I ordered a breakfast burrito which was very good with fluffy eggs, bacon, crispy tater tots, cheese and beans. It was good but the tortilla was baked crispy so it was a bit dry. Strawberry Matcha was a hit. I have been craving a strawberry matcha for weeks and I am so glad the drink took care of that craving. The matcha was smooth, not diluted too much with milk and the strawberries matched it perfectly. Overall, this is a great spot to get a coffee or a matcha drink and work on some writing or art.
