My coworkers and I LOVE ordering their tiny donuts from here. Today we ordered on door dash, we are all the way in League City. Ordered for a large office and the quantity that was delivered was incorrect. I called the store to let them know and I was not rude at all, I let the lady know that I spoke with that they should just pay better attention to their orders. She raised her voice with me and said I AM NOT GOING TO BE TALKED TO LIKE THIS and hung up on me. In no way was I speaking to anyone rudely. I will never, nor will my coworkers, use Cafe Dew again. I was working in the area and googled coffee shop near me. This place with the weird name was close so I stopped in. Got me a giant iced mocha which was very good. They were really close to closing so were not serving food but I did get a pumpkin muffin which was outstanding!!! The menu looked really good for breakfast and lunch. All their meat is halal and the food is crafted with proper care, whether it's the signature Sirloin Steak rice bowl or the authentically seasoned British Fish Pattie. Chicken wings can use some work as the marination is solid but sauces could use more variety. Also, adding bone-out wings to the menu would be a big time difference maker. Truffle fries are an awesome compliment to any meal and they have some solid protein variety given that bowls can be customized with Turkey Bacon, boiled eggs, and several types of cheese variations. You can also add a side of small samosas to any meal and those little potato bites hit the spot, packing lots of flavor! Then there's the coffee factor here that boosts the appeal significantly. Their cafe features a wide array of coffee options ranging from macchiatos and lattes to the Dapper mini donuts and standard coffee. Prices are reasonable and the owners are very friendly. Next time, I look forward to trying their signature grilled chicken bowl and I urge folks to give them a try ASAP, especially if in the Clearlake area. read more

While the mini doughnuts are amazing, unfortunately things stopped there. First off, we waited 45 minutes for our food (arrived about an hour after opening). "Fresh squeezed" orange juice was not fresh and arguably from concentrate. Bacon breakfast sandwich had no bacon. Latte was so so. Staff was nice and atmosphere was cute. Hopefully it's COVID related problems that will resolve soon. read more
