    decaf iced almond milk latte

worst coffee i've ever had. don't get any espresso drink here, i got decaf latte and it tastes how people who hate coffee would describe coffee connected to the golf course and has a pool table and shuffle board table!

    Great food. great atmosphere!

Came in today because I saw the Salmon Sando on Facebook. Great special. Always creative. This week it was the Salmon Sando - Miso salmon salad with a sticky rice cake (my cake wasn't really a cake but the rice was good). Napa slaw, (nice to see someone using something other than chopped cabbage around here) and a Japanese dipping sauce. I used to think the Grandover was just a resort and never came here. Now I try to come by and try the specials at least twice a month. When you come in, park to the left of the building and walk around back. Keep walking till you see the table and go in the cafe. It's open to the public. Cool little spot.

I'll admit, my expectations were quite low for a cafe within a resort when I first came to this place. However, my expectations were quickly exceeded and now it is one of my go-to spots! Their sandwiches and lunch items are the perfect pick-me-up but the real star is the brunch and dessert. Their omelettes are HUGE but incredibly flavorful and fulfilling. But make sure you save room for dessert because their banana bread pudding and churros are superior! Often times I'll stop by for dessert after a dinner at home-- it's that good!

Surprisingly affordable and, even more surprisingly, good. Wasn't expecting much after reading reviews but we didn't have many choices after stopping unexpectedly late for the night on the way home after Thanksgiving break. At $10.50, the burger was quite delicious, from the Angus ground beef to the flakey bun. The Turkey club at $8.50 was also very good. Both included steak fries and sweet potato fries which where outstanding and served piping hot and perfectly crunchy. We ordered at the counter and ate in our room; however, the dining area itself was spacious and comfortable albeit scarcely decorated and a bit boring. This matters little however as it is connected to the game area with several large TVs screens on the walls. Area includes a two pool tables, two foosball tables, and a shuffleboard table, all of which are complementary to hotel guests. There was little service involved other than taking our order, yet it was friendly. Sanitary rating was lower than we like at 93.5. I rarely do this at hotel restaurants but I have to give it four stars and I would happily eat there again if the situation presents itself place to stay at the Grandover Resort again.

We stayed at The Grandover for a wedding in November and wanted to hang out with relatives one night for a bite. This is the casual dining option that The Grandover offers, complete with pool tables and foosball. It looks like it's from the 70's or 80's. Service is minimal. Mostly counter-service, although a gal did come to our table and take our order for Nachos, Wings and Fried Mushrooms. None of which were very good. The beef on the nachos flat-out smelled like something was wrong to me, but I was the only one whose tummy was bothered by it later. The next day we popped in trying to find something small to eat at one point, but nothing was appealing, so I ended up with just some peanut butter crackers. This Cafe felt to us like it was only there because it had to be, not because they wanted us to like it. Certainly not a destination if you're not staying there!

The sweet potato pancakes were really good, and the steak and eggs surprised me because the steak portion was huge and cooked really well. The avocado toast was also delicious, and even something simple like the eggs and cheese tasted amazing -- they really know how to make good scrambled eggs there. I also thought it was really cool that they had a little French market section where you can shop for French products while you're there. Most of the mimosas were really good too, and on Sundays they're only $5, which was a nice bonus. The wait time was definitely long -- over an hour and a half -- but honestly, the food and overall experience made it feel worth it in the end!

Everything is clean and intentionally places, it almost feels like dining in someone's really nice sunroom. The service was great. Molly took care of us and she was helpful, quick and efficient. Would definitely look for her again on my next visit. The food. First of all I underestimated the portions. The Red Potato Hash is enormous. Really great flavor but I barely made it halfway through the bowl. I also ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes. They're probably my favorite thing on the menu. Taste, texture, consistency, all perfect. Tried their crepes for the first time and loved it as well. As someone who drinks coffee daily, they make really good lattes. The salted honey was that perfect balance of sweet and salty without being too much of either. This is the perfect breakfast/brunch restaurant. They're consistent, personable and efficient. Can't wait to come back and check out some new items.

I remember the vibes were pretty welcoming. I have gone once since then but during the day and the vibes were pretty chill and low-key but nothing too crazy. Just a typical experience but also a really good college outing memory. The matcha I had from there wasn't particularly my favorite but they used to keep their espresso machine up at night during the performance, I'm not completely sure if I remember correctly if they sold liquor or alcohol but the drink that I did have from there the first time I went was pretty good. The ambiance is pretty normal for greensboro, I feel like almost every establishment you walk in, there will be cracked floors but I just remember the staff was pretty awesome and as far as pastries, they had a pretty good variety and gluten free options and other food sensitivity options. I believe a few years ago, I recall an episode of "Catfish" where Nev and Max also visited this place so that was pretty interesting to experience that but honestly a pretty decent place.

Really liked the aesthetic and all of the art pieces hung up. All of the drinks are named after famous celebrities. I got the Leo DiCaprio with less sweetener, but wish I noticed the seasonal drinks before I ordered because they all sounded really good. The barista was pretty nice as well.
