During my recent visit, Fanny was absolutely amazing -- incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Her customer service truly elevated the experience. My go-to order is always the mini elk tacos with flour tortillas, and of course the mac and cheese, but this time I tried the queso and chips and it was divine -- rich, flavorful, and honestly one of the best I've had in a while. I paired everything with a Ranch Water and had such a relaxing evening. I returned again on Memorial Day and although the third floor was closed, the second-floor experience was just as exceptional. Lauren -- the one with the long dark hair -- was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Ask for Lauren if you visit. She provided genuine hospitality and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. 10/10 every single time. Whether you live in Plano or you're simply visiting the area, Haywire is absolutely worth experiencing for yourself. Several people have encouraged me to try their steak and of course and tons of other meats that look delicious, including Elk tacos. thankfully, they came through with Texas corn, spicy green beans and charred broccolini, as well as a house salad. And when her shift ended, Oryn (the bartender) took over seamlessly and made sure we were still taken care of--top-tier service all around. Oryn was the highlight of our visit. Just a solid, friendly and respectful dude with a great personality. The vibe is everything--90s R&B, chill atmosphere, sports on all the TVs. It's the perfect mix of sports bar energy with a laid-back, welcoming feel. We even met the owner, Chris, which made the experience feel even more personal.
