    A little ladies night karaoke
    Typhanie J.

Had a fantastic time at their karaoke night. Met their manager, Tim who did a great job with table service talking to the guests, and making them feel welcome. Then our server Ashley went above and beyond. Even to the point where I was having crazy heartburn so I asked them if they had pickles and they gave me a shot of pickle juice. Hit the spot right away. We will definitely be going back here.

    Steak Nachos - $17

Came here for the first time to hang out with one of my best buddies. Pretty cool little spot. Atmosphere/Ambiance - 5/5 - Felt not divey, but a bar's bar. Dark, and chill. Came on a weekday not too long ago, and it was a great, quiet place to just talk and catch up Staff - 5/5 - Friendly and attentive. Again, it was a slow night on this week night, so they were able to make sure we were well taken care of. Food/Drink - Ordered the following: Nachos - $17 - 4/5 - Massive. Went with steak and it did not disappoint. Also grabbed from happy hour drinks, but nothing special. They have the following Happy Hour Specials M-F and all day Sunday: HAPPY HOUR - $2 off premium domestics, crafts, & imports pints * $1 off house chardonnay & cabernet * $3.00 Bud Light, Coors Light, & Miller Lite Pints * $2 off well drinks I am glad we stopped by, and I will definitely stop by again in the future.

The food was good and the server was attentive. Decor was an off mix of sports bar and Home Goods Vases. The cocktails were EXCELLENT! Hostess was a little aloof but more friendly on our way out. The hush puppies were SO good! The Cuban was a little heavy on the mustard but it was delicious.

Went on Saturday morning around 10:30. There was a few tables taken and some locals at the bar. Our waitress didn't seem like she wanted to to be working and asking her any questions she didn't have any answers. The food was just average, nothing too special. Would love to know what they are known for. Bathrooms were gross and smelled really bad

Great place, awesome food, awesome service! Had an awesome lunch here, atmosphere was great.

Plenty of sports playing on the Tvs

I've enjoyed coming to this bar for a cold beer on occasion. The bartenders are always very attentive and friendly and the beer is always ice cold. They have a great selection of beer on draft and they have penty of TVs with sports playing constantly. They have a nice pool table area and also have a live DJ on weekends. A very comfortable local bar that I highly recommend!

Nice neighborhood bar - not divey. Food is typical bar food. For me, onion rings were just okay ... onions too thin, with a lot of really crispy batter. Hamburger patties are thin ... I'm glad it was a double, but burger was good. Music could be a little more diverse. Customer service and espresso martini is very good!

Such a cool neighborhood casual bar and grill. Plus pool tables!! The menu was very well curated. You can tell a lot of thought was put behind what items were placed on the menu. We began our adventure with brisket deviled eggs. My husband doesn't like deviled eggs, but he sure liked these!! I had the Brothers Creation sandwich-pimento cheese, turkey, bacon m, jalapeño and strawberry jelly. Can you say YUM?!? Hubs had the pork chop which was perfectly cooked and the food came out hot-which is AWESOME!!! I'm pretty sure one of the brothers came by to check on us during our meal. Everyone seems happy to be there. I will definitely go back.

The service was impeccable. The food was great. The most impressive part was the bartender and the manager, handled my under cooked steak to perfection, and it came back a perfect medium rare. Thank you Abi

Highlights include: * $10 double cheeseburger with a pickle * $3 East Coast oysters * Half-price drinks, including martinis and wine by the glass Overall, it is an excellent value for a really nice place. Atmosphere and Service The atmosphere and service are impeccable. After more than one visit, the bartenders may recognize you--or at least remember your beverage choices. The Bar Show The best part is the show. The people-watching at the bar is unlike anything else. Happy hour starts at 3:00, but the bar seats are usually full by 2:45. Latecomers often walk in, circle the bar, and leave when they realize there are no seats available. Many guests settle in for the full three hours, which creates its own entertainment. Then come the "watchers," each with a strategy for claiming a seat: * Look for someone nearing the end of a drink. * Watch for guests paying their bill. * Hover nearby, hoping a seat opens up. * Ask someone for a heads-up when they are about to leave. It is surprisingly entertaining, and the occasional bit of staff drama only makes it even better. Bottom Line Either way, it is a great deal for dinner, drinks, and a show, all with amazing service. Show up early--or come prepared with your own strategy.

Our waiter Ruben was probably the best server we've had in years. He knew the food and drinks inside and out, he anticipated our needs and magically showed up with refills before I even knew I needed one. He told us about things on the menu and the restaurant and the services they offer. He was a guide without ever being pushy, he was always there with whatever we needed but was never hovering. Nice kid! I rarely talk to the managers unless something is seriously wrong. In this case I called Tom over to compliment how great the place is. We told him it was our first time in and that the only reason we hadn't been in before was it looked a bit expensive. He did mention they just came up with pick-a-pair for lunch at $14.95. Normally this means skimpy half-portions of stuff but not here. I was in the mood for bacon so I went for the BLT Salad & BLT Sandwich. The dressing was made in house and wonderfully garlicky without being overpowering. The tomatoes were juicy and flavorful, the bread was grilled to perfection, and even the arugula was delicious (and I hate arugula/rocket). My wife got the club with fruit salad as her side. Ruben said they cut the fruit daily. My wife doesn't like strawberries nor pineapple so I got bonus fruit on my salad. She only at half because Firebirds has a crème brûlée cheesecake and we had to split that. While we were there, a nearby table was celebrating and a bunch of waitstaff came out with shakers and martini glasses and poured everyone drinks. Fun and classy at the same time. We joined the loyalty club. No having to check in nor track points, they just send you discounts and free stuff in your birthday. The Jr. Chef club members get a free TShirt, a sundae on your birthday, a kitchen grill tours-makes me wish I was 10. Diverse staff, all happy to be working there, all focused on making sure the customers are happy. I wish I had come sooner, this is my new favorite place!

Rodeo Goat is where it's at I'll be talking about the 2 most recent burgers I tried - The brisket beef attacked my arteries in the best way - the brisket melts in your mouth (overshadows the beef though). This is the meatiest burger I've ever had from here. I have a bit of a sweet tooth so the sugar bomb is the most frequently ordered burger for me (maybe 10+ times?). I really enjoy the arugula mixed in with grilled peaches, a bit of jam and the party itself. I love this burger and I hope it never leaves the menu. Rodeo Goat seems more of a schtick theme. We started with the "Steaming Pile," which is basically characterized as bacon-cheese tots with additional goat cheese & a sunny side up egg. The egg was properly cooked. The portion was small for $10. It's really not a shareable size for more than two light eaters. There was zero hint of truffle oil. The Cowboy Cobb salad was a healthy portion, and all was good except for two things: the "jalapeño croutons" were not crispy in any way - they were like what would happen if a mushy hush puppy and tempura batter had a love child and it wrapped itself around an uncivilized jalapeño trying to socially climb. The second was that the burger patty had no cheese (why bother?) & I know it was an add-on. I ordered the Inspector Clousseau. Not much of a smash on the over-cooked patties. And, yes, I know what to expect from smash burger, but again, these patties were two the thickness of anything I've ever seen called a smash burger. More importantly, the pan sauce poured over the entire plate was cold and congealed. Generally, the flavor was okay. The service was nice, but at premium prices, I'm looking for elevated effort from the kitchen.

Music was loud enough to where I could hear my husband across the table but not anyone else around me. We could still hear the comforting sound of the fountain and fans that blew a cooling mist too! We ordered the pretzel bites as an appetizer and it came out in literally 60 seconds. Bread didn't taste like pretzels, but it was tasty and the sauces yummy. Like, I could order the bites and some beers and be perfectly content. But I was here for the fish n chips and I was so happy! I'd have preferred a full filet of fish, but the batter was so crispy and salty (I love salt!). Fries were okay and basic but not bad with malt vinegar (I can literally drink that stuff!). Husband got the elite brisket flatbread. It was huge and honestly we'll probably just split this next time we come. We ordered the Boss Hog flatbread, chips and queso, and two margaritas the Skinny Bear on the rocks and the Caddy frozen margarita. We definitely enjoyed the happy hour discounts, which made the visit even better. We started with our drinks, and both margaritas were mixed very well. The Skinny Bear did seem a little stronger, but both had great flavor and were easy to enjoy. For appetizers, we ordered the chips and queso. The chips were thin, crispy, and had a nice dash of seasoning on them, but we do wish they had been served hot. The queso was warm, but not piping hot, and the texture was a little gritty, almost powder-like. We were expecting a creamier cheese, so it was good, but not our favorite part of the meal. Now, the star of the show was definitely the Boss Hog flatbread. It was cooked to perfection, baked really well, and had that nice crispy texture. The toppings were generous, and every bite had great flavor. I would absolutely order it again. The ambiance was also amazing. We loved being able to see the brewery, and the dim lighting set a cool, relaxed tone. The employees were nice, friendly, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I would definitely come back to try more menu items, and I recommend Union Bear for a cute date night, happy hour, or a laid back evening with good drinks and food.
