Lotus drinks can sometimes lean way too sweet, but this one was smooth, flavorful, and not overpowering at all, perfectly done. I also grabbed a breakfast burrito and wow. It was packed with hashbrowns, eggs, reindeer sausage, and cheese, served hot and fresh with a side of sour cream and salsa. Super filling, super flavorful, and exactly what you want from a drive-thru breakfast. Service was great too, friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which always makes the experience even better. I'm already excited to go back and try more drinks and food. DG's just earned a spot in my regular coffee rotation

They also have some interesting and surprising items in addition to their standard coffee drink and food fare. These include an Apple Pie Latte, an Incredible Hulk Redbull Smoothie with green-colored whipped cream to symbolize St. Patrick's Day, and the Double Whammy.... (a lethal combination of Redbull and Rockstar, if you dare...) This is another good addition for the south side when looking for something quirky off the beaten path.

I will drink iced coffee when it's -20 degrees out, no hesitation, and they absolutely nail it every time. I also love that I get to see baby Bostyn when I swing through.
