Went to Cafe Lola this morning to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday with some friends. My friend never got her avocado toast or iced coffee and the pastries for the girls. We had to ask a couple times and they seemed clueless. I guess the self service vibe extends to getting the rest of your order. The table next to us who ordered after us got their food and drinks before ours. When we got some of the things we ordered the iced coffees were watered down like they had been sitting before bringing them to our table. I spent $95 (including tip) for a disappointing experience. First time at this Cafe Lola location - Henderson. Similar to its sister locations, the decor is extremely feminine and pretty. It includes wall-mounted flowers, chandeliers, and pink velvet chairs. The overall theme provides a luxe feeling and it's perfect for photos. I didn't expect this location to be as spacious as it is - it'll sufficiently accommodate large parties or groups. I came in for a breakfast meeting. When we walked in (around 9 AM), there were many tables available. Aside from coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, the menu also offers a good variety of breakfast and lunch items. Additionally, decadent pastries, donuts, cookies, and cupcakes are on display to satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. They also offer tea time and charcuterie boards after 1PM. Yummm! This week, I ordered the veggie scramble and pistachio latte. The eggs were cooked to perfection and I loved the feta cheese that was sprinkled on top. The pistachio latte was okay - I was expecting a stronger pistachio flavor. I already had my morning coffee prior to the meeting, so I only drank a third of it. All in all, I think this is a wonderful cafe. This location is far from my house, so I won't be able to visit as frequently as I'd like. Fabulously decorated coffee shop with equally exquisite menu!!! Great specialty coffee, pastries, gluten free and regular donuts.... I visited during Covid, coffee shop was open and surprisingly there were quite busy. Staff was helpful but as they transitioned to online menus it was a bit disorganized. Also orders which were fantastic took forever to arrive...I suppose perfection cannot be rushed... Absolutely stunning cafe. Looks soooooo unassuming from the outside but the inside is gorgeous! I didn't know what to order so the worker suggested the blue moon latte (which I didn't see on the menu) It was a very pretty blue drink with gold on it but aside from its appearance it tasted IDENTICAL to a cup of sweetened oatmilk with a bit of cinammon and it was $10 I (a sucker for aesthetics) paid $10 for blue oat milk. I don't even know what the blue is or what tea they used because you can't taste any tea whatsoever. I LOVED this place. I hit up cafe lola while everything was still locked down. I preplaced my order for the kids Easter donut decorating kit. I got there a little early and ordered a latte while I waited. The latte was one of my favorites. The employees were super nice and brought the box out to my car. I was shocked when I opened the donut decorating box. It was far beyond what I expected! The donuts were beautiful and included neatly wrapped tubes of icing and cute little packs of sprinkles. Wow so rude the lady at the register was attitude. We had specified to her this was our first time here and I told her what drinks and food we wanted she messed up 3 times. I have been to Cafe Lola quite a few times and always enjoy it! We stopped to grab lunch and donuts. I honestly love their vegan donuts!!! Cafe Lola, known for their cute, Instagram worthy cafes has also been a great takeout spot for me. I visited this busy location a few months ago. It is very cute with a few spots to take fun photos. The employees were friendly. Even though they were busy it didn't take long to have our order delivered to the table. For delivery of their food and drink they are on DoorDash. I've ordered several times now. Each time they prepared the order quickly and everything arrived packaged well. The coffees are delicious. My favorite is Alex's coffee. This is simple, but addictive. It's an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon. The Horchata Latte is also great. My favorite food items are the Egg & Olive Sandwich and the homemade chips with French onion dip. The Egg & Olive is a not so basic egg salad made with olives and topped with sliced avocado. The toasty white bread it's on is tasty. Don't pass on the French onion dip. It's very good. The Caesar salad has the usual ingredients, but I always need this as my side. The pepper really stands out. The Turkey and Cheddar Baguette is also great. The ingredient that kicks this up a notch is the cranberry horseradish. Some of the pastries are good, but others are not so great. My favorite item by far is the donut from Saint Honoré. This is a deliciously decadent treat that I could eat daily if calories didn't exist. I hope this will be offered through Cafe Lola on Door Dash soon. The vegan Funfetti donut had a great flavor and texture. The Chocolate Chip Nutella cookie, Coconut Almond Dark Chocolate Cookie, and Chocolate Croissant are decent. I do like that their chocolate tastes like it is high quality. The Vanilla Rose donut that is gluten free has an odd flavor that I didn't enjoy. Haven't been to cafe Lola in awhile but came in yesterday to hang out with family visiting. Cafe Lola has many options for the younger crowd which was perfect. Tried the banana cocoa latte and I was so shocked on how good it was. Sylvia and Sonya were so lovely. We came in late but they let us stay past close and enjoy our evening. OK, of course I'm also here for a caffeine fix. Came in on a Saturday morning at 9 am, place was not too crowded yet. Ordered an iced pistachio Latte, adjusted the sweetness to 50%, and a vegan lemon donut with 24K gold flake. If this ain't boujee, I don't know what is haha The donut was delicious, a little dense for me but still a treat. My iced Latte was good, hardly taste the pistachio but that's probably because I asked for it to be less sweet. My friend grabbed a honey lavander latte with a cute little frenchie foam art. Say what you will about their pricing, but Cafe Lola is wildly successful with their target audience of social media savvy women and their young families. Simultaneously the best and worst adjective to describe this place is "Instagrammable"- it's a gorgeous location, with beautiful dishes, and everything fits a certain aesthetic (girly, pink, floral, chic). But I came here for a meal not a photoshoot, and the actual dining part of my experience was solidly average. I spent $7+ on a featured latte and another $14 on their burrata & prosciutto toast. Drink was large but poorly made, watered down with clumps of matcha throughout, and served with a printed design on top that was fading before it even hit the table. Toast was decent, in that burrata is always tasty and prosciutto pairs well with it, but the other flavors (fruit compote?) did not really work well with it. Bonus points for offering a side of their chips & house dip (french onion) to make it more of a meal (+$2?), it was actually my favorite part of my visit. Food and pricing complaints aside, service was friendly and the location is so much larger than their original location. They do offer a HH menu, and I do like their commitment to community organizations and female empowerment projects. Dropping a buck or two off each menu and increasing training in the kitchen for more consistent product would make me more willing to come here when friends suggest it. read more

By the time 2 of our kids food came out an extra 30 minute after our food was eaten (birthday girl included) everyone else had long ago finished eating. They had 6 visible employees in the front part of the restaurant so they appeared well staffed. Extremely disappointed, place is too pricey for such a terribly run establishment. Update 09/17/22 The Manager of this location reached out to us and invited us back to redo our experience. This time everything was promptly brought to our table, the drinks and food were all delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the menu board is misleading as it shows a gold-colored latte cup in the description. 2) It is not sprinkled with the said "crushed rose petals" as marketed on the menu. Rather, a pattern of brown lips which appears to look like cheetah print instead. 4) Couldn't taste the "expensive" oolong tea the cashier mentioned when we asked about the difference between this Signature drink and the Rose Matcha Tea Latte. 3) The kicker right here folks! The macaron, which was included in the $12.18 price, was delivered to our table in a disposable coffee cup lid (instead of a proper small dish). Is this for real?! Are we being Punk'd?! My friend had mentioned a new location in Anthem. I've been to the one on Hualapai but this one on Eastern really blew me away. It's way more spacious, very upscale, and fancier looking! They added crystal figurines, a floral pink telephone booth, and a tree swing. Still fairly new and opened about two weeks, already there were technical issues with the menu board not functioning so we end up using a booklet to order at the register. If you are new, go for Berry Delicious Toast, it is excellent. On this visit, I went for the Beet Salad and Lola's Classic Soup and Sammy. The Beet Salad has good flavor. The Sammy is a sandwich with ham and melted cheese in a crisp buttery sourdough bread, and it is scrumptious! It came with a small bowl of creamy tomato soup. The only disappointment was the drink and pastry. The macaron all taste the same, not one had a distinct flavor of pistachio, raspberry, or coffee. And the latte I had was bland. Maybe I'm just accustomed to having quality dessert and good coffee. The atmosphere was very lively. Lots of chatting and laughs, but hardly any background music. When they did play a song, it was cranked up on full blast so loud it felt like Christmas was rockin' in a disco club. And then it got quiet again. What happened to the music?! I've never been so disappointed. I'll admit the decor is incredible, the size, and facility itself is great! We ordered 2 drinks: Rose Matcha latte & London Fog tea. The drinks are so watered down... and they didn't even come with the designs that they market it as. I was so excited because I've been following the owners on their socials and watched this place get built. We ordered at 10:13 on a mediocre day, if this is how they handle the average crowd... I don't want to experience it when the place is full. We didn't receive our TWO DRINKS until 10:47. I had to give this place a try after seeing Alexandra Lourdes all over YouTube. I love her videos! Atmosphere "fun" everything the photos look like! It truly is the decor and thematics that make this place what it is!! Cleanliness, needs some work. It's the small details of floors, corners, bottom of furniture and dust free decor that matters. They need some improvements in this area. Food, your paying for the concept and not quality. We had the veggie scramble, veggie quiche and avocado toast. It was good, it wasn't over the top the o my I can't stop talking about it. I wanted more from the food with the look and feel of this place and especially because of the prices. Service, the owner says it on YouTube. It's hard to find people who are as passionate about your business as you are. It shows, we experienced the same subpar level of service as others speak of on yelp. This makes me sad, because in her videos she has soooo much pride!! I do not have a service complaint, just the usual. Backed up on the drinks, didn't know nutrient questions when I asked and forgot my vinaigrette on my salad. We were here on the day they opened in Henderson and they did not have most of the items we wanted available. The prices are way too high for a local establishment as some reviews have mentioned. Yes, $14 for an Avocado Toast (no egg). The toast was cold and hard but the sauce on the side salad made the salad worth it. We paid about $50 for two Avocado Toasts with no egg, 2 lattes, and a vegan chocolate donut which was not fresh and too sugary. The first time I visited Cafe Lola at their original location, I was excited to see all the different types of coffee and teas. But this time, it just was not up to my expectations. Maybe it was due to this visit being on opening day. The decor is lovely. It's cute, pink, and Instagram-worthy. Definitely unique and one of the best coffee shops in town as far as design and potential. Not too sure about the food but I am glad they offer vegan options. We got an assortment of stuff to include: strawberry waffles, chocolate croissant, cinnamon roll, lemon and confetti donuts and a Caesar salad. No complaints there. But the drinks really left you wanting more. I'll list. -honey lavender - flavors were all there but wayyyyyy too sweet. -pink confetti donut - everyone that tried it said it tasted like lightly sweetened water. -mango - wayyyyyyyy too much mango flavoring. The line moved fairly quickly and we were able to find a table. I waited over half hour and had not received my drink or food. They said have a seat and they would have the food out. I think. They didn't really speak English. They brought my coffee about 10 minutes later and it was not great. It was not the greatest either. Order took forever and the place was not busy. I had ordered two cookies and a flight of the sauces along with my meal. Neither was in the bag and I had to ask for them. At a price point of around $30 per person, so not worth it at either place. So disappointed. I If you have a wait, it seemed to go by quickly and gave you time to review the menu and look at the selections of pastries. This was the highlight of our Vegas trip! I brought my wife and Grandma here for a fun place to eat lunch with a beautiful atmosphere. They felt like the Queens they are. The food is delicious, there are a few vegan options which was great for me. The strawberry shortcake waffles were their favorites. I've been to Café Lola three times now. It's absolutely gorgeous inside... I LOVE anything pink and floral, so this cafe is right up my alley. The tables, decor, chairs, couches, and photo opp displays (telephone booth overflowing with florals, vintage bike with flowers, floral walls) are bursting with pink hues and give a sweet, classy ambiance. I want to love this place because of how adorable it is and how much obvious work the owners put into it (and all their other restaurants). Despite the hype and the cuteness, the food is mediocre at best. It is pricey for what you are getting --it's one of those places that do not have prices listed on their menu.. that tells you everything lol. I ordered their Turkey cheddar sandwich + avo. It was good, very basic, and not worth the 13-15$. I also ordered the (vegan, GF) birthday cake donut and their seasonal summer blossom iced latte: rose water, lavender, vanilla, espresso. The donut tasted like a sugary frosted mass of flavorless cakey dough... not even my toddler, who has never had a donut he did not like, liked this donut. He took one bite and told me he did not like it. Def not worth $4!!!! That also makes me scared to try their couture donut shop, Saint Honore.... Although those donuts are super gorg. The latte was the saving grace of my experience today. It was delicious! It tasted like I was drinking a flower. I ordered it half sweet, and it was perfect that way. My friend ordered a dulce de leche latte (iced, also seasonal) and that was delicious as well. It contained espresso, cajeta, cinnamon. I recommend Lola for the photo opps and coffee. It's definitely not a -grab your coffee from there every day- type of place, more like a treat for a fancy specialty coffee. I would return again only to try more of their specialty lattes, I don't think I'll be ordering more food or pastries from there. read more

An adorable cafe here in Henderson! It has a very cute, chic aesthetic that's perfect for taking pictures. They offer wine as well as coffee, pastries, and several lunch items. Their pistachio latte is simply one of the best I've had! This location can get busy but I've never had a problem getting a seat. Service is quick and efficient. A nice place to meet up with some friends to have brunch. read more

I really wanted to love this because their decor and presentation are so cute! I really like their smoked salmon toast, egg salad sandwich, and avocado toast. The teas are okay, no complaints but nothing too impressive. We've also tried their afternoon tea, and the desserts were a big let down. The texture of the donuts was very dry and dense, even for vegan baking. The macarons, sugar cookie, pastry, and cupcake were way too sweet, but also dry. I was so disappointed to not even like one dessert. I will still go for unflavored caffe lattes and toasts, and because I enjoy the atmosphere. The location on S Rainbow is cleaner and seems nicer than the one in Henderson. read more

This place is so cute and so good! I see a lot of reviews saying this place is expensive and over rated but IT IS AN EXPERIENCE!!! Yes you can get a latte half price from the gas station but this place offers so many cute pictures opportunities and fun with your girlfriends! I ordered a small cupcake latte with oat milk and it was amazing but very very sweet. I was glad I only got a small. It came decorated with a mini cupcake it was around $9 and so worth the price! The food is reasonably priced. I got the buttermilk ranch chicken club with chips and it was so filling and good. This sandwich had so much flavor and the perfect amount of all ingredients. It was $15 and worth the price! My sister got the Lolas Signature Vanilla Rose Latte which was extra cute and came with a macaron and the veggie scramble. She was also impressed with her meal. I will definitely be going back to Cafe Lola and I can't wait to check out the Summerlin location! read more
