Save your money and time ! Went Early and they were almost out of every milk besides one specific kind . They had no eggs for bfast sandwich. They had to remake my Sandwich 3 times . Waited an hour for food and coffee . There were only 2 staff members . One making the food and one making drinks . I recall the one taking orders just walking out ! I felt terrible having to have my sandwich re made , but it wasn't what I ordered . It's pretty small and tight . Not alot of room when the line to order is getting long & there's no much help + to have people standing there waiting for food and drinks . Just makes it super tight .The coffee was bland , watered down . Food was just ok . Plenty of other great coffee shops around instead .

Super cute coffee shop in an area where other. Offer shops keep dying and we're surrounded by chains. Coffee was good; we got a latte and a regular black coffee and both were delicious. Cashier was friendly and quick as well. The environment is nice for working in too, if that's your thing. We'll definitely be back!

I love it here, you can't rip me away! For me to love a coffee shop, it has to be lowkey, casual, plenty of seating, and has to also have a full menu, and I need there to be a general culture of minding your business. Luckily for me, we have Cafe Lucia. This location is conveniently next to Piedmont Park for when you're trying to have one of your mysterious, aesthetic Saturdays (yall know what I'm talking about,) and take your little walk after you grab your latte and send 2 emails. I can't answer about the parking; I imagine it's a nightmare. But this is usually one stop of many for me so it doesn't matter. There is always plenty seating and all of the food is good. Sometimes there is a wait for food but you will be okay, trust me. It's a very relaxing environment, especially if you're someone who doesn't know anything about coffee; it's not stuck up like the others. But if you need help: if they've written in a latte menu on the board next to the register, get one of those!

Great coffee shop in Midtown right by Piedmont Park! I got the peach and vanilla latte which was pretty good. I am normally not a big fan of local coffee - I just dont like the taste of a lot of them. This one was not bad tho and it was just sweet enough! The barista was really nice and the service was fast. They seem to have a pretty extensive food menu too and the prices arent bad. They also have skim milk!! My main gripe with local coffee is that they never have skim

Quaint little place. Quite reasonably priced. Food was delicious - very healthy! Coffee was solid! Be patient though - takes 20 minutes for food to arrive. Namaste!

Eh. I was excited to finally try Cafe Lucia on Saturday, but was mildly disappointed. I got an iced coffee and the sausage cakes. The employee that took my order didn't know about the latter menu item and laughed at me, asking if I meant something else. I said yes out of embarrassment until they realized it was an item on the menu. Service took a really, really long time although it was friendly. The iced coffee was rough. It tasted like old diner coffee over ice, and I couldn't finish it. The pancakes were alright, but not really worth the price or calories IMO. I did like the vibes here; felt very 90s coffee shop vibes. Four stars for that ambience, three for service, two for food. Eh.

Met up with a client for a business meeting at Café Lucia Midtown. First time dining here and over all it was a pretty good experience. I ended up ordering a ice chai latte and a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich, while my client ordered a regular office and and muffin. Our drinks were made quickly but the food did take a minute. They do give the disclaimer that it may take a while because they focus on quality over quantity, but trust me when I say it's worth the wait because the food was delicious! If you're looking for a nice spot to give a fresh cup of coffee and just relax, this is the place for you. And if you're trying to get coffee on the go, just order ahead. It'll save you a lot of time!

I got an iced Caribbean latte with oat milk. It was really sweet. I don't see it on the menu on the website or their Instagram and I don't remember everything that was in it. The place is close to piedmont park, so it's nice for grabbing a drink before you go to the park. There are a few outdoor spots, but the inside isn't especially cute to hang out in.

Cute little low key spot for coffee or a quick breakfast/lunch bite. Despite the bad reviews we enjoyed our order and it came out quickly. Interesting vibe on a Sunday as there's some drinking (full bar) and others doing work in surround tables/couch. Something for everyone I guess! Honeybee latte was a little tooo sweet for me but my husband found it delcious. Americano was decent as well. We had the garden veggie sandwich on naan which was also yummy, but had raw onions and peppers which wasn't what we expected but still good! Just a few mins walk from the park so will keep it in mind for lazy weekend days!

Super cute spot in downtown for coffee or breakfast. My friend and stopped by after class to get some work done. The girl working was very nice and helpful with recommendations. I got an iced white mocha latte with oatmilk and it was amazing. My friend got an iced coconut matcha with oatmilk and he said it was delish. The drinks were very resonably priced aswell! Great place to sit and get some work done or just get a cute drink:)

This place was amazing!! The food was great and the service was impeccable!! It really is reminiscent of a quaint cafe! I ordered a veggie omelette and Honeybee Latte with Almond milk and they both were delicious!! I love that they sautéed the veggies first. They also have a lot of meatless options for use vegetarians. They have an incredible tea and coffee selection and serve pastries and muffins, croissants, and bagels too! I'm a huge fan and will definitely be back! Oh and it's owned by a black woman which is the cherry on top!!!

They've been desperately hiring the past few weeks and seem to be sucking at employee retention. You will probably run into a drugged out homeless person while patronizing this business. The inside is charming but in a grunge way. There's potential but it's just not hitting it these days. They didn't have any of their listed non-dairy milk options nor any bread except for naan (and no bread the second day I came). I've gone in often and they've run out of inventory with no timeline of replenishing. I was able to get a B.E.C. sandwich ONCE in the handful of times I've been here. It was decent and fairly priced, but unavailable the following visits I made. At some point I had to have a sandwich made with no bread because they were out. That was my last time there. Most of the baristas appear to hate working here or simply being on the planet lol. My last visit I was looped into an unwarranted political conversation when just trying to grab a coffee. I get that it's near a college campus so EVERYTHING is made unnecessarily political these days unfortunately, but maybe they should coach their folks to not engage unsuspecting customers in these conversations... literally just prioritize the JOB and the BUSINESS and the customer experience. I don't need or want a lecture on how unbearable you think our country is when I'm just trying to get a drink. It's a horrible business practice to assume ~anyone's~ social/political leaning and I hope we as a society can collectively move into a space where we stop normalizing this behavior. Hope they can pull it together because in theory it is a neighborhood asset. But currently? No bueno.

The katsu don bowls took a long time to come out (around 30 mins!) while our friends were already served their ramen. The katsu don was good, very filling but definitely not the best I've had. On the bright side, they gave us free strawberry pastries for the long wait which were tasty. We were the only group in there, and the TV was playing loud Kpop music videos that interrupted conversation. Overall: mid food, long wait for katsu don, eerily not crowded, and loud music inside. I went on a Friday morning, and the restaurant was moderately busy there were spaces open, however, it was still active, and there were a few full tables and people having conversations. They had anime and various other things playing on the televisions throughout. I went in for simply a pastry and specifically to try out the apple pie Matcha. I will say it did not disappoint. One thing I always love when I'm getting a Matcha is stellar presentation and it met that. With the piping of the cinnamon cold cold foam, to the apple crisp and caramel on top, it looked beautiful, and I was happy to enjoy it! This had a great balance between the whole milk, and the amount of Matcha you can see it is a nice dark green color It also wasn't too sweet, and I felt I was getting apple pie from the drink through the hint of spices in there, along with the garnish. I was able to secure a table against the wall for two by myself to take a quick snapshot of my tray and try out my drink before leaving. I also got a caramelized onion croissant with Gruyère cheese. These were both strong flavors, that worked well together. I do wish I could've gotten heated, but maybe that's something you have to do upon request. Overall, I can't wait to go back and try some of the other items, and dine at the restaurant in the future, looking forward to the next seasonal drink! ** be sure to park in the lot next-door, to have it validated inside!**

I circled the block before I found street parking about a block away from the coffee shop. Because it was a weekday morning, I wasn't surprised that the streets were busy and parking didn't end up costing too much. After a brief walk, I approached the building and first impressions were fantastic. Daydreamer is connected to an apartment building and the aesthetics are on point. Like, this place is gorgeous! There was way more seating than I expected, inside of the cafe, outside on the terrace, and inside of the attached leasing office. There were a number of tables, booths and even comfy couches to lounge on. Electrical outlets weren't plentiful, but I eventually snagged a booth that had a plug. Yay! There seemed to only be one menu at the front and it said 'please don't take', lol. So I stayed very close to the register as I read the menu, but I'm hoping they just ran out or my 4-eyed self missed the larger menu on display. I decided to go with the sugar graham hot latte w/ oatmilk and one of their pastries. The employee behind the counter was really patient and so kind to every customer, he was running that counter like the navy. 5-stars for him! I see why this place is such a hit among other Yelpers. I'll be back to enjoy the great coffee and good vibes!

This has got to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing coffee shops I have ever seen. In addition to the gorgeous midcentury modern decor, there is a ton of seating available. I believe the coffee shop is attached to the apartment building, so the theme runs between both large seating areas. It was so cool! My matcha was delicious! I ended up going with the Morning Matcha (Lavender and White Chocolate, I added oat milk) and it did not disappoint! The prices were on par with other coffeehouses in the midtown ATL area. I did not have a chance to try the pastries but hopefully next time! Overall, this was a great experience! I look forward to visiting soon. Parking can be difficult in midtown so be mindful of that when visiting. Definitely a great place to study and get some work done if needed. Happy Eating!!
