Everything was really good. The sauces were a standout, especially the aji verde, house sauce, and huancaína. The yuca fries were perfectly addictive. A little pricey at $15 for a handful, but tasty. The mariscos saltado was $26 and a HUGE portion. As many of you know, Peruvian food has strong Chinese influences and saltado is that classic stir-fried, savory combo. The fish was soft and the seafood wasn't fancy but it was tender and well cooked. The chicken was super flavorful and juicy. The vibe here is casual and neighborly.
