While eating, I suddenly suffered a painful tongue laceration on my tongue caused buy something sharp in my food. This was not a minor event as ended up in the ER and required to follow up with an oral surgeon. No one goes to dinner expecting to leave needing medical treatment. What is truly unacceptable is the restaurants complete lack of concern afterwards. I made them aware of what happened, and despite the seriousness of the injury, the showed no accountability and no willingness to compensate. They told me they would not compensate for any of the medical bills that I have incurred. This raises serious concerns about their food safety standards, and how they treat customers when things go wrong. In this case their was clearly wrong doing on their part.
