Salmon wrap with cup of split pea soup.

Very good selections and prices. We enjoyed our lunch. Salmon wrap with a side of cup of soup, and grilled chicken breast sandwich. We'd return if in the area.

One of the many outdoor plants.

Everything was amazing! A little nugget in Red Lodge. This will definitely be my new go to place . Lovely outdoor area with beautiful flowers, server did an amazing job, very friendly.

Became addicted to this sauce we'd never heard of! Now it's on repeat on our Amazon orders.

Great food in an old grocery store. We stop here for breakfast frequently on the drive between Cody and Absarokee. Service is fast and the food is reliably good. If you're coming from Absarokee take Airport Rd to avoid downtown Red Lodge during tourist season (unless you're a tourist ).

    Outside seating in August!

Great food and service! Lots of servers who pay attention to the details! The food was exceptional and was served in a timely fashion.

There's nothing "grocery" about this spot. Ignore the second half of the name over the door. It's all cafe. And what a spot it is. From the wood floors, big windows, garden seating -- complete with wild turkeys on patrol -- chalkboard of daily specials, Cafe Regis doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is: a family friendly stop with interesting twists in classic menu items. A few things on the menu looked interesting, but the French Scramble was calling my attention for some reason with its green onions, dill and cream cheese mix. It was tasty and served with the fruit salad, a nicely balanced choice to get the day started without needing a nap first. My only "ding" was getting charged for coffee when I didn't have any. I think the waitstaff is so used to having customers order a meal with a beverage they automatically add it to the bill without thinking. It was a nearly three dollar extra, but I didn't press it because it was otherwise a good experience, and, Christmas Eve didn't seem like an appropriate time to forego the "goodwill to all" theme. I look forward to trying this place out again, though.

This place was absolutely charming. Had a lovely breakfast in the garden, the weather was perfect and warm. The flowers were gorgeous to look at. The food was delicious and they offer so many options.

Table full of breakie. Lots of coffee!

This is a gem in the mountains, Montana that you can't afford to miss. We started with the Burrata…read moreand prosciutto appetizer. The burrata was perfect and fresh. There was lovely oil and the bread was tasty. I want to warn you, though this is on a bed of prosciutto. Like so much. I had the carbonara and you could tell the pasta was fresh and the sauce was made simply with fresh ingredients. My dining partner had the Maccheroni Alla Norma which had delicious fresh pasta and sauce and tasty roasted eggplant. for dessert I tried the torte Della nonna The torta itself was great very lemony. But the ice cream was honestly some of the best ice cream I've ever had. we also had the profiterole the chocolate sauce was great and the cream was yummy. Wheelchair accessibility: this restaurant is very tightly packed and to get to the bathroom people had to physically stand up and lean chairs against tables for us to pass though. We really did appreciate the fact that the hostess led us to the back having the people move rather than us doing it ourselves. On the way out of the bathroom, we actually went out through the kitchen door and back around and when we went back to the bathroom later, we did the same thing. The bathroom door is heavy and so you might need assistance, but the bathroom is spacious. We actually dined alfresco, and one of the two tables at the entrance to the restaurant highly recommend. there is an accessible parking lot on the street right around the corner.

The pasta preparations are creative and balanced, the pasta is perfectly cooked al dente, and if the prices seem high for the area, it's balanced by very large and shareable portions. The Caesar salad (huge) and busiati pasta made a great meal for the two of us. Would piccolo cucina be five stars in New York City? Probably not. The dressing was a little cloying, and the complimentary focaccia was a little dry. But that's nitpicking. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
