The matcharista started teaching me the technique to whisk it properly, talking about the quality of the matcha and how I can attempt to make it at home. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the quality of the matcha, it was incredibly earthy and slightly creamy... and that small squirt of strawberry was jut right, not too sweet but added a hint of flavor.
