We ordered the Stellato special, BLT, cafe latte and a single scoop of the cookies extreme while we waited. The core cream was amazing, great for anyone who loves cookies n cream. The sandwiches were solid too! I only wish they were hot, but definitely tasty and tasted like fresh, quality ingredients. There was only one person working, but he was quick and efficient. Just wrote a review for the location in Burlingame and realized this is the same shop! I've been going here for years and prefer it over every other ice cream/gelato shop on University Ave. The shop is around the corner from the main street and offers many gelato flavors to pick from, making it easy to satisfy my cravings. Delicious gelato!!! My boyfriend and I stopped by here for a dessert after lunch one day. We parked in the lot right next to the place. We were greeted by the staff there. He was friendly and nice. We tried a couple samples, and we each chose two different flavors on cone and a cup. I honestly don't remember what flavors we got. I think he got a coffee one and something else. Such a delicious gelato place! Came here for dessert on a Friday night and were served quickly. I went to Italy last year and can tell you that this gelato is up to par with the gelato from over there. The pistachio (5/5) gelato was a great flavor, creamy, dense, and everything you're hoping for. I can't wait to come back! They also have candies and serve Italian sandwiches. Wow. The stretchiest gelato I've ever had. The gelato place that was here prior to this one was my favorite in Palo Alto. I was bummed that it closed down a couple years ago. Saw this cute little ice cream shop after eating at the Mediterranean food right across. Walked in and saw so many flavors, some flavors you don't really see in other shops. Honestly, they have so many flavors and too many sounded good, it was gelato overload. Ultimately, I ended up with the salted caramel with almonds, and it was divine! It was rich, plenty of crushed almonds, and just what I was looking for. I'm the type that only needs a couple bites of dessert, so the single scoop, which was just right amount for me.
