Sylvia is RUDE! I went there today, and as always, I thought she would see my dog very quickly. Well, the last few times she hurt my puppy's nails, because she cut too much and bled near the nerve, but ok, it's the closest place so I took her there again to take a shower today. I arranged 12 pm today, however, she texted me, asking me to arrive 30 minutes later, but I didn't see it. She could have called since I didn't answer. But did she call? NO! I live two minutes from the pet shop, I could come back later and that's fine. I arrived and said I could wait without any problem. She closed her face and started saying that she didn't want me to say because it stressed the dog and she and that she likes to work alone. I was VERY GRACELESS and asked what was better to do and she said: "let her there or bring her back later". I left, brought my puppy and I'll NEVER come back. I sent a message after that canceling the shower and I still had to read her saying she was stressed! And what do I have to do with. This???? Don't you have the patience to answer? Don't answer! I just wanted to share my experience after reading the last review. Silvia has always been very prompt in her communication in regards to last minute changes on her scheduled appointments with me. Being a sole owner and operator she is limited to text messages. Which is understandable. After the first visit she let me know what my dog had difficulty with, the trimming around the face, and took her a little longer which caused her to have to push back other appointments. For this reason I can understand how she may have to adjust her schedule slightly form time to time and she does so very promptly. And as stated before she is most efficient through text messages. We all have cell phones so a text is the same as a phone call. We see a text the same as a phone call. At least I do. If I am to miss a text message I was going to miss the call as well. Silvia also let me know that I should get my dogs teeth looked at when I picked my little guy up. I did and come to find out he had infections in several of his teeth. I got that fixed and he is acting like a puppy again! I thought he was just getting older. But Silvia helped me to help my little guy to have a better quality of life. Whenever I pick him up he always looks fresh and poppin' as the the kids say these days, and I get a ton of compliments. Keep up the great work Silvia. Brodie and I appreciate you!! read more

Stumbled across this groomer because I live off pepper dr. I used to take my dog to Petco but they are never available last min, they have my dog for 2 plus hours. She is quick and available last min a lot of times. read more

Been taking our dogs here for a while now, and each time the dogs come back looking great and smelling great. I would highly recommend.

Just go somewhere else. She was great, until she wasn't. I heard and saw her yell at my already stressed dog. I didn't say anything, I suppose I should have. I went else where for awhile, tried to go back, but she will not answer her phone. I'm ghosted I guess. Her prices are reasonable, but the cash only is also not optimal. My dog always looked great afterwards so her ability to do the work is not in question. It's just how she deals with my dog. Not kind at all. Just go somewhere else, unless you have a dog that can handle the possibility of her being harsh. read more

Sylvia is Rude! She always changes my appointment times to accommodate her other clients. She complains that I don't take my dog in as often as she wants. She's disrespectful to a point that I strongly feel she picks and chooses her clients. One time I picked up my dog and he seemed sick the next few weeks. Sylvia has negative energy and my dog hesitates to go in her shop. She mistreats the owners & their dogs that SHE doesn't like. No equality at her shop and I'd rather pay more to take my dog where we're both treated w respect & kindness. Plus, she likes to argue to make the customer feel like it's our fault. The customers are always right! She lost a client today! I will never take my dog back to her! read more

Yesterday I had a reservation for a grooming. I arrived on time. I was told it would take about an hour. There were no other pets being groomed. I left and sat in my car I saw a lady with a small dog enter after me. I returned 70 minutes later . My dog was not yet worked on. I was told it would take about 20 more minutes. The lady after me returned and received her now groomed pet. I had to wait another half hour to receive my dog. I asked why the other lady was served first . I was told she was late arriving for her appointment. I should not have been delayed because of her tardiness! Plus my dog received a rush job and was subjected to an extra hour of stress in a place he was certainly stressed read more
